I got cognizant HR call but I didn't attempt regarding network issue so is it possible again HR call will call back...

I have given an interview for CTS in November.. after that I got a mail saying I have cleared the interview.. hr called me and said the same.. after a couple of days I got a mail requesting for documents from CTS .. I have sent the docs and a couple of days passed and I got a hr call for negotiations.. everything went fine .. but till now I haven’t recieved my offer letter. I have interview to CTS on 13 th Nov 2021 I got mail from HR on 15 th Nov to submit the CIS form along with my payslips and pancard. After submitting its almost one month. HR didn’t come back to me. Shall I wait for this offer or I need to look over something?

I have accepted the offer letter on the superset platform but still now i haven't received my pre joining formalities
letter mail but yesterday I received call regarding background verification . I not able to login with my mail id in one cognizant portal. Kindly help me with these issues. I tried to login with my email id but it is showing as Sorry, but we’re having trouble with signing you in.

Hi, I am Prashast. I had given 2 rounds of interview, on 10th Nov, 2021 Technical Interview and on 15th Nov, 2021 HR. During the HR discussion I was informed that I can expect the offer letter within 15 days post submitting the candidate information sheet and pay slips etc. (which I already did on the same day). It's been 25 days and I haven't heard back from Cognizant Team. The HR is neither picking the call nor replying to emails.
