Fun Cinemas — this is regarding the insult I faced

Hello. This is about the insult i got from the fun cinema’s staff today that is 28th feb 2019. I had my stuff got submitted at the entry of the fun cinema gwalior and when i returned back from the movie i couldn’t find that lady who had my stuff and when i tried to get it back because i was badly in a hurry because my friend got sick there she came shouting at me like i don’t know what. Is this is how you people treat your customers and am now damn sure am not returning back to the cinema.
