[Resolved] State Bank of India — CARD ACTIVATION

I am a Credit Card Holder of SBI and my credit card No. is [protected] and the card says it is valid up to 12/2011 Whenever I tried to use the card, the response code is "not active". I have SBI Rail card from 2009 . starting limit was 30, 000 by the uses of card the limit was increase upto 60, 000.all payment is done .nothing is due on me . but some technical reason they blocked my card from may 2014.
my card No- [protected]. I did not understand the reasons for blocking.
