[Resolved]  121AirtelIndia.com — Very poor service and customer cheating!

I have taken airtel prepaid sim on 21st March for GPRS services.I applied for GPRS. On 23 rd March this company reduced my balance by Rs.250 which is the monthly rental for GPRS. But still today till 2nd April I have not received settings for GPRS despite of may balance more than Rs.100.

I have sent email to "121airtelindia.com" and sent many queries to 121 but with no avail.

Airtel is a big THUG and CHOR and it has looted my money.

My name is Rakesh Kumar Verma. I am postpaid customer of Airtel and my mobile no. is [protected].I feel very unpleased to your services.
At the moment I am feeling that this is the my biggest mistake to choose your network to me as service provider, because from last one year I am facing Bill related problem. Every month I told to your executive to correct my bill regarding unwanted SMS (Other SMS), GPRS charges whereas from my side there is no GPRS activation request is generated. Whenever I make call to your Cusomer Care at 121 your call is automatically disconnect when press the 9 number after your computerise instruction. When luckily my call is connect to your customer care executive then according to your executive your server is not working properly. Due to this cause my problem is again pending.
I am very frustated to Bill related problem and I assure you that when you correct my bill and in future from your side these types of problems like unwanted SMS which is chargable, GPRS charges without activation is not repeat then I will pay the bill.
i had subscribed for text Based Sevice in Airtel WAP through http://igmobi.com.I am losing Rs 10/- per day for no benefits.I want to deactivate this subscription by tonight.Please be kind enough to deactivate this subscription by tonight I will be grateful.(My cell no is [protected].)

I have purchased a post paid sim([protected])(corparate sim 249 plan) on 27/1/09 & paid RS 500 as security deposit.customer care executive named geethanjali ([protected])called me up and assured me that sim will be activated within 24 hrs but until today (31/01/2009) my sim has not been activated . and they are not responding our enquiry properly . telling us the server is down for past 2 days . when ringing to manager jeevan ([protected]) is not responding . and i have lodged complaint (toll-free 198) and my comlaint no is 20474215. i am really fed up with airtel service . and even with customer care represetative "GEETHANJALI" & "JEEVAN ". i think admin people should take strict action against them.

U r right Aittel very very Big Thug & Bhut -2 badi chor h. Vo plan to 699 ka bolti h or charges lagti h 789 ke without any information. Or kahte h k humne tho baatiya tha. Really this company is chalbaaz company. And all staff is nonsense they donot know about Plan. His staffs cut my call without give me full information.

After that he changed my hello tune and reduced my balance by Rs. 10. I immediately talked senior officer, Mr. Manjeet Singh, about the same, and he credited my balance with Rs. 10.

But on 22nd June, 09, that executive reduced my balance again.
It was great shock. On 23rd June in the morning, my balance is negative (-4). I made a complaint for the same. but my problem is not rectified...
Due to this problem, I have suffered a lot of problem.

An URGENT action in this regard is expected.

Please HELP ME...

I have opted for cug connections .
[protected], 53, 54 in three individual names .
passport and post card address proof is given as proof .
[protected] and 54 got disconnected as they say proof mismatch .
it was the mistake o[censored]r company person . he have entered the sur name as the applicant name .
Company person told he will convert to prepaid and gave me a new prepaid sim for the same number([protected]). the gave me the sim before a week . Till now it is not activated, he and his boss is telling different stories everyday. its my business number. hell a lot of problems due to this reason. i wanted to number to get activated today as possible.
