Dear Sir,
I also got similar job offer letter from the same email.id and same person please advice me what to do and tell me its fraud or correct my job ref no. HAUK/COL/242AB.
Thanking you
It seems that the offer is a fraud. I also have received an e-mail a week ago saying that my cv was short listed and they got it from naukrigulf.com and I have to fill some required data and send the e-mail back to them. For the information of the readers I must say that there is no such company as JAMES COPPER PAPER MILL, instead it is JAMES CROPPER PAPER MILL. Phone numbers on the website are also not matching.

Please also note the Importatnt information given above in the agreement:
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
1. Newly Employed Expatriates MUST bears all costs for the Processing of Work/ Resident Permit Papers (Except Air Tickets)
And submits receipts of all Payments
for reimbursement during the orientation program
In this concern, we strongly advice that you keep all receipts of
Payments made to the Office of the United Kingdom Immigration Services.

It shows their next step to get some money in the name of precessing fee and then disappear.
I received the same offer last week. They said the same thing. They also said that my cv was short listed and was provided by naukrigulf.com. They also have required me to fill some forms and contact their authorized agent JM Travels, and was advised to transfer 950GBP as processing fee for visa and other travel documents through western union money transfer.

The appointment letter was written in James Cropper Paper Mills PLC letter head with their corporate logo (exactly the same as that of their webpage) and the contents are what was posted above.

This is what they sent me when I told them about this blog:

Greetings from James cropper,
We received your mail, and would want to let you know that we are in no way offering you a fake job offer.
You are to know that the people writing those comments are people that can not proceed to provide the requirements needed for them to join our company.

NOTE:Any payment you make will be reimbursed as soon as you get down to UK.The payment you make is to make sure you are coming to work with us in UK as we cant really trust people coming down to our country. This is due to the ugly incident that happened last 2 years as applicant whom we processed their travel papers disappeared as the entered the country. So as a mandate by the board of directors all applicant coming to work here with us will bear the cost of their travel papers which will be reimbursed as you report to our company, and we will proceed to obtaining your flight ticket.

Do well to proceed as we do not indulge in such fake offer.

REGARDS
PROF HARBERT CROFT
JAMES CROPPER PAPER MILL.

I replied their first mail yesterday which has a name of 'JAMES COPPER', within few hours I received an offer letter from them with corrected name ' JAMES CROPPER' but still within the softcopy offer letter I can still see 'COPPER'. I wonder how quickly they can respond.

Secondly please also note the mails are coming from yahoo and msn and not from the company server address.

Interesting thing is that the job reference number is same although it is for a different position. Now howcome this is happening.
Pleaes also note that the website of travel agents www.JMTRAVELS.yolasite.com is created on a free website maker YOLA. Visit this website and you will notice the spelling mistakes even on the main page. (Note the spelling of 'Business', it is 'Bsiness'. A reputed company cannot do such mistakes.

Is there a way to catch these guys or make them stop so thay cannot trap and cheat others.
I agree with people they say it is fraud offer as in mail they frequntly changed the paper mill name as james cropper to james copper paper mills. james copper paper mills web site is not available.
I got a mail with same content but Company name changed to 'Qatar Airways'. Somewhere it was also reffered as 'QatarPAirways'. Mail is coming from gmail and yahoo id's, and as mentioned asking for processing fees in advance.
I also got the offer from the James Cropper paper Mills, it the offer letter they have mentioned James Copper.
i am also confussed whether to apply
