[Resolved] Micromax Q3 Ezpad — IMEI No. not Registered | |
I have received a message twice that my handset does not have a valid IMEI No. from Aircel customer care on date 18th & 20th Nov'09. Their customercare representative also told me that my IMEI no. is not a valid one. They told me to speak with Orissa circle IMEI office and after that as per consultation of IMEI officer, I have sent SMS of my IMEI No from my Handset to 53232 and I was told that my IMEI no belongs to manufacturer Micromax & Brand Q3. After that also I have received SMS from Aircel customer care regarding the same. I want to solve the matter. Thats why I am sending this mail. its problem that if i was calling line one then that time line two is not working if any people called he say to me your number going swich off., wat to do now

i have bought a jmax f1 mobile phone and i had connection of idea before 2 years.
now i have recieved a message from idea customer care that my imei num is not valid.
my phones services will be rejected on 30 nov. i have the bill of my handset. i think this is the problem of manufacturer.
