[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Injustice ; Bad Customer service ; Faulty Promises

I took the connection on the first of April. I called them up and asked them about the fare usage policy for the Plan BMax-1000 . They clearly stated that there was no fare usage policy applied to my plan. I confirmed it 2-3 times, then I asked whether the speed would be delivered accurately; They promised 90% speed guarantee. The speed according to plan is 2 mbps. I took the connection by taking a 6 months commitment and played them. Now after 15 days, suddenly as message comes saying 25 GB fair usage policy, your speed is now decreased to 786 kbps !!! , then I tried calling them, I tried and tried, they cannot be reached through phone! Very bad customer service. Now at the month end, I am getting 128 kbps and less! This is very irritating. Please never take beam, its not worth it and I hope my injustice will be solved. Once again, worst customer service! Never ever take beam.

And see, even online they never mentioned about the 25GB speed breaker for B-Max-1000

Hi THis Is Md OSama Omair I Would Like U to Inform About MY Complains On Ur Service First OF All I Must Inform U That My package Of B max 1500 Started At 30 of march and end on 30 of aPril U guz Activated My Account On 23 Or 24 Of March I Dint Used My INternet From 23 Couz Of Disconnection Of Wire From UR HEadoffice And after A Long Period Of Time About Nearly A Week U GUz Started My INternet Connection AT 30 TH MARCH AND DISCONNECTED IT ON 30TH OF MAY SO WHEN THE BILLMAN CAMED FOR THE BILL ON 24 TH OF MAECH I TOLD HIM ABOT THIS ISSUE HE TOLD ME THAT HE WILL DISCONNECT IT ON 30 APRIL AND NOW U R ASKING FOR DUE


AT BEGNING I THOUGHT THAT I TOOKED THE RIGHT CONNECTION BUT NOW I THINK THAT IT IS THE WORST CONNECTION THAT I HAVE EVER GONE THROUGH

1)FIRST OF ALL THE PROBLEM O[censored]R CONNECTION IS SERVICE (WORST SERVICE) NO FEED BACK IF I WANT TO CALL U IT MIGHT TAKE ME 2 DAYS AND DA END OF MY PHONE BALANCE IF I PROBABLY REACHED U U GUYZ WILL TAKE 4-5 DAYS TO SEND THE TECHNICIAN A FEW DAYS BACK THEY SEND THE TECHNICIAN 1 WEEK LATER

2) UR INTERNET CONNECTION GOES OF EVERY 1 HOUR FOR HALF AN HOUR AND U GUYZ TOLD ME THAT THE HUB BATTRY IS SO GUD THAT AFTER POWERLOSS IT WIL WORK 3 HOURS BUT IT DOESN'T WORK A SINGLE MINUTE IN WHICH I THINK FROM 1 MOTH OF INTERENET I USED APPROX 15-20 DAYS FROM 1 MONTH


3) I BUYED A ROUTER A FEW DAYS BACK AND AFTER ENDING MY BALANCE U GUYZ FINALLY ACCEPTED DA CALL AND SEND DA TECHNECIAN AFTER 3 DAYS WHICH HE TOOK 50RS FROM ME

4) AND ABOUT DA SPEED THE CONNECTION FROM WHICH I WAS GOING THROUGH WAS B MAX 1500 WHICH SPEED WAS 4MPS WHAT U GUYZ WIL DO IS EXTENDING THE CONNECION 4TIMES AND DECRESING IT 6 TIME FIRST 5 DAYS I GOT 4 MBPS THEN 1 MBPS AND AFTER THAT 512KBPS WHEN I CALLED U U TOLD TO ME THAT THE BRIDGE FALLED DOWNN AND THE SPEED WILL BE LESS BUT BEFORE FALLING OF THE BRIDGE ONLY I WAS GETTIN 512KBPS NONE OF YOUR SERVICE HELPED

5) WHEN UR TECHICIAN WAS FIXING MY LAN JACK I TOLD HIM A 1000 TIMES TO FIX IT COMPLETLY BUT HE FIXED IT SO LOOSELY THAT ITS PLUG HAS BEEN FALLED


6) U GUYZ ALREADY KNOW THAT PUTTING A HUB ON A POLE IN THE SUNLIGHT WILL RUIN ITS BATTERY BUT NO U FIXED IT ON THE POLE ONLY BUT WHERE IN MY FRIEND'S HOUSE U FIXED IN HIS HOUSE

7) I GAVE U GUYZ 10-14 CUSTOMERS FROM MY RELATIVES TELLING THAT BEAM IS REALLY A GOOD CONNECTION BUT I MUST SAY ITS THE WORST CONNECTON I HAVE GONE THROUGH IN SIMPLE WORDS 3RD CLASS SERVICE

AND UR ASKING ME THAT MY PAYMENT IS DUE 1850/


TRANSFER MY THIS MESSAGE TO UR MANAGER OR HEAD DEPT. AND TAKE SOME ACTION ABOUT IT OTHERWISE U CAN TAKE TAKE UR INTERNET CONNECTION AND I WILL TELL ALL OF MY RELATIVES TO CUTT OF BEAM AND TAKE AIRTEL PERHAPS THEY CAN GIVE ME GUD SPEED AND GUD SERVICE

I am Sashi G Janardhan an extremely unhappy customer of yours (Account No : 98943). I got in touch with your Call Centre on 4th June 2010 and a person from your sales department called me on 6th June 2010 morning from this mobile no : [protected]. He came to my residence on the same day evening and collected the amount of Rs 1200/- (3 months Advance for B Max 400 Plan) and promised that I will get my connection by Monday evening or latest by Tuesday afternoon.

I spoke to the same person yesterday (7th June 2010) morning and was told that he will come in the evening. But in the evening I called him umpteen times to get his phone switched off. Today morning, I called him again many times and this person is not lifting the call, this gives a very bad impression of your company and also being my first impression.

Yesterday afternoon I was given my Account Number and I thought everything is going on fine, today I got into chat with Mr Lateef and I was told that It will take 2 more days for the connection which is totally against my requirement. I had taken this connection to appear for an important online examination tomorrow. Now another 2 days I cannot wait, but will go with SIFY/Spectranet, who gives connection and then takes money.

My appeal to you is, please give me connection by evening today or else my money back

first thing you pick up the phone too slow for the exisiting cutomers.and just today one of your personals came to my hous and fixed my problem bu know again the same thing has started.i can only access the internet after i go to the solution program and it says to restart the network adapter and the interne starts working.very bad service

i have taken a broadband connection from beam telecom which promised internet connectivity at 786kbps and unlimited downloading but after a threshold value of 30gb beamtelecom is providing a connectivity of 256kbps, sir iwould like you to know that your executive has promised a connetivity of 786kbps at all times(subjected to weather conditions or any unforeseen incidents) now when ask him he says he himself was unaware of this policy.pls do the need full
hay friends do you think that they react to our comment.if you think so it is really foolishness.they are in feeling that company is huge customers if customer is lost nothing happen to the company.and every employ gets their salary even you network connection is working or not.it is corporate management style.if you are not satisfied with beam try some other network.it is waste of time calling customer care.it is not a toll free number or qucikly working service.
Extremely poor CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was promised that i will get the broadband connection after 48 hours but its more that 72 hours..i am am still without the internet connection
