I RECHARGE MY AIRCEL GPRS IN GHAZIABAD WITH RUPEES 251 BUT AFTER COMPLETING TWELVE DAYS USE IT STOP WORKING !
I CALL ITS CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE ON 198 AND TOLD THEM MY PROBLEM AND COMPLAINT ! HE TOLD ME YOUR SIX GB DATA FINISHED AND CONSUMED BY YOUR USE ! HE TOLD ME RUPEES 251 RECHARGE IS NOT UNLIMITED !!! I LOST MY 251 RUPEES ON THIS FRAUD CHEATER COMPANY ! I REQUEST ALL NCR GPRS USERS NEVER DO RECHARGE OF AIRCEL 251 RUPEES IT WORKS ONLY FOR TWELVE DAYS . ALSO ONCE I RECHARGED IT WITH 251 MY MAIN TALK TIME BALANCE WAS 150RUPEES . AIRCEL COMPANY CUT MY MAIN BALANCE AND MADE IT ZERO . I CALL 198 AND ASK REASON HE TOLD ME DOWNLOADING CHARGE WAS CUT BY OUR SIDE . I TOLD HIM I ALWAYS DOWNLOAD FREE APPS AND VIDEOS ONLY ! NONSENSE POOR FRAUD GPRS SERVICE OF AIRCEL IN DELHI NCR !!! VANDEMATRAM ! JAI HIND ! SATYMEV JAYTE !

I have recharged by a value of 98 Rs. for my pocket internet & after three days its still not activated &
also i have tried several times to customer support on [protected] or 121 but no one is picking the phone. When will i get my issue resolved & what about my 98 Rs. which seems to be wasted.

This is odd, since their gprs works just fine on my cell phone, are you sure your handset is compatible with the settings? If yes, then you must take the matter to the nodal officer in your area, he will be able to help you better.

As their promoter is not playing, in the same way Aircel is not working.

I buy a new aircel sim on 11/6/09 and after 2 days my sim is not activate so i call in aircel appelite and aircel officer(see complaint number in booklet you found 2numbers) and he saying our server is down so please call after 4 hour.
After 30 min i call in aircel customer care. (using my idea sim)

computer say 'hum aapse baat karne ke leele bahut icchukh hai'
and after 15 no any agent pikup the phone. And i lose Rs.30. Next day i lose Rs.80 in customer care. No any support.

When i go to my dealer he says aircel reject your application because your photo is scan photo.(but my photo is 100% clear and not a scan photo.( i think aircel sim activation manager is bliend)

when i give a new photo(i lose Rs.100 for photo) and plus Rs.60 in CD(1 rewritable and one simple)

after 15 days my idea card is expire and also i have no any options because my aircel not activated so i recharge my idea sim at Rs.99 for validity and 100 for talktime.

It means i lose Rs199 + 60 = Rs.260 and some more money and time.

After 1 month still my aircel card not activated and 3 times reject my indian govt. Approved Voter id card + lisence + home aggrement.

He is saying my documment not clear. But my documents is 100% clear and I AM already bought idea and aircel card using this documents.

Aircel is company and no any custumer support and this is a like a KAWAB ME HADDI (AIRTEL N Idea kawab aur aircel sala haddi hai)
