Aircel — not getting pocket internet facility

I have buy a micromax q3 ezpad made to access Internet facility but till now I can not avail Pocket internet facility. I have also visit customer care office two times please help me to get the aforesaid facility as soon as possible.

Dear Sir/Ma'am

This is Sachin Sharma is writting a complaint about the pocket internet service.

I have a Aircel cell number & using its internet service by the recharge of Rs98.00. This time i have recharged it on dt:- 20/02/2010and after that i am enjoying this service but suddenly after 3-4 days I am unable to browse internet service on my cell phone ( I am using SAMSUNG Handset "Corby" ) but now i am unable to use this facility on my Cellphone.

So many times I had tried Customer care number but nobody respond me or in some how they are unable to solve my query. Can you please solve my problem, I have a small business & most of the time I need to open my gmail account but now my business is suffering because of this problem.

Problem when I start my web:-

1- DNS Failed
2- Service Unavailable
3- Time out.
4- Etc...

Please solve this problem ASAP & hopefully I am looking forward you.
