I use Sony Ericsson hand set G502. I have sent many sms to Aircel customer care and spoke to them aas well but no settings has come yet. I require your help to get manual settings.

I am using Sony ericsson K550i for the past one year, i have requested for GPRS activation with aircel on 16/06/09 they have sent some settings on the same day evening which was asking for installation i clicked yes as per the instruction given by customer care executive, the moment problem rised on my phone started resetting every five minute. My friend suspect that the settings would have come with some virus. it may cused some damage to software. So friends be aware of this kind of problems.

Call divert is not activate in the phone is switch off.
I called aircel customer care but the officers not response.wait for 5or6 miniutes.please care for consumer.

i am using motorola zn200 modle cell phone when i am call to aircel they told setting is not with them i am asking four months but yet not received the setting to my mobile
Im Ashok From Thiruvanmiyur chennai. My mobile no is [protected]. I bought the sim on 20/06/2009. Then i send the gprs request as per the cc person said. I got the settings also but still it is not activated. I called cc more then 20 times. But there is no activation. Cc people gave of 52024 to clear the problem. There is no response. So please activate the gprs to [protected] tamilnadu.

I regret very much to inform just I have activated GPRS (dt[protected]in order to know the nse(share market) prices, but the settings in GPRS settings automatically down load some pictures which I have not asked for-giving a message" you are subscribed for this picture download and the subscription is Rs.90/= and my balance in prepaid is deducted Rs.90/= atonce. Now I cancelled all GPRS settings of vodafore- total fraud setup. The mobile which is used by our staff has CUG and mobile No.[protected] in that connection our staff sure that i am using any type of games dowload. This month bill also they have charged for games dowload. Two month before also same way it has been charged. This we will take action.
Aircel GPRS Is very very dead slow and cant browse anything and download so it is useless to use aircel gprs.I Have complained so many times and they dont give any suitable solutions and they all gave evasive replies.If we complain they dont take complaints .They are fool persons they dont know informations as much as an ordinary aircel user know. So I request you the reader not to waste your money in aircel gprs.

then change multimedia msg & wap services also .po to .pr.restart ur mobile.then try 2 connect net.aircel dont have technecians & customer care.it have only sales mans & sim card sales ponit.so dont waste ur time 2 get gprs settings from aircel.
