[Resolved]  Aircel Tamilnadu — Aircel GPRS

I requested for GPRS by sending SMS to Aircel. But they send some settings which are not working. When I called customer care they asked me to go to aircell cell city(Customer care centres). But cell city in Hosur(Where I live) are merely bill collection centres and they dont know technical details. Cell city people redirected me to Customer care. I have called morethan 25 times the customer care in the span of 15 days, each time different person are picking up and misleading me. They give me solutions like try with another SIM, my SIM in another GPRS phone, your phone default settings may be wrong contact Nokia customer care. Still it is not activated for me. Frequently they will tell that our customer care will send correct settings within 24hrs or we will callback you within a hr, but they wont.

my aircel numbers are [protected]and[protected]and [protected]/24.we are recently opened a new company located at KAITHANDALAM 6 km SALAVAKKAM.There is no signal in my place.kindly arrange to install a new tower here.my company has enough space to install a tower.
I missed my simcard. what i have to do to get the same number. plz reply me soon

for me in pc i'm getting 18KB/sec means 144kbps...
i'm using nokia 6680 to connect in pc...
browsing in too fast and it is too fast to download...

Dear Sir,
We are working in SUZLON ( Wind Mill ) at Devarkulam Site, Tirunelveli. Totally 110 Employees in our site, 90% of employees are using "AIRCEL" network. Very poor network coverage in our area for last 2 weeks, so we could not communicate to near location also ( AIRCEL to AIRCEL / with in 1 KM ). Please rectify this problem at earliest.

sir i want to connect my mobile with pc but i unable to access net even on my phone...
Currentaly i am having aircel pre-paid connectins.

I want to change the pre-paid to post-paid, I have called aircel customer care, they have came and took my money Rs.1000/- for deposit purpose, still the have not change to past-paid connection, when ever I called to customer care, they simple said that your process going on, you will activate by 24/48hrs past 10days saying the same story.

Aircel is cheating to people.

this is sundar.my mobile no is [protected]. i agree that aircel is the best network in tamilnadu. but, in customer care it must change itself in the current stage. for example sometimes i enter correct entry and heard the reply as ur selection is wrong, try again. so, this is ur mistake. try to avoid this.

i unable communicate aircel customer care [protected] or 121 both numbers was called but recorded voice said 198. This 198 number is not working. I am past 10 years customer but there is no response.
