On my cell [protected] I find once a month a sms that my melody times have been renewed and a charge of rs15 /- has been made to my account.
I would like to cancel if any such facility is extended.
I do not understand the facility nor do I intend having it.

i called many times but there is no response from customer care, am always hearing only the recorded voice when i call.
