Aircel — Inefficient customer care

i want deactivate my dialer tune.... i called customer care twice.... they told that the dialer tone deactivate with in 48 hrs... but not deactivated..... today also i has contacted customer car... but they are telling that this is the first call, we are getting... i dont know... what they are doing... i want the dialer tone should deactivated as soon as possible... we are giving the complaints... whether it is useful or not..... my mobile...

Aircel — Poor quality of customer support

The worst ever telecommunication service provider award could be recommended for Aircel. They provide a very poor service. Their customer care is even more worst. I can certainly understand that they deal with the telecommunication business and the servers can go down and there can be any valid reason for them failing to provide proper service at all the time. hi my name is Rajesh Kr Singh... and i have the following problems with my no. [protected]..

1) i have activated my pocket internet on my aircel no. and this services is not working. it has wored for 10 days only on monthly card..

2) my gprs or net connection on laptop or mobile is being disconnected in every 3 or 4 minute...

3) THEY DISCONNET CALL ON COSTUMER CARE OR KEEP ON WAITING MORE THAN 30 MINUTE OR CUT THE CALL BETWEEN CONVERSASION...
4) I HAVE COMPLAINT MANY TIME TO "AIRCEL TECHNICAL COSTUMER SUPPORT -121322" BUT THEY DON'T HELP. THEY ARE TO MAKE FOOL TO A CASTUMER... THEY GIVE USELESS ARGUMENTS LIKE
a) SWITCH OFF MOBILE FOR 15 MINUTE...
b) SAVE SETTINGS AGAIN AND THEN SWITCH OFF FOR 15 MINUTE...
PLZ HELP IF CAN BE...

    Dear sirs,

    I am holding Aircell Mobile Nos:[protected] and [protected] for a long time.
    Since I am holding the first number for more than two years, you have given me a message that “ We thank U for being with AIRCELL for more than 2 years. As a reward we offer Add on pack with 1 year validity @ just Rs.49/-. Rush for ur nearest retailer. T & C apply “ on 23 11 07.
    Based on the message, I have bought the above noted Sim and it was activated immediately. Since it is valid for one year, I kept it as additional mobile facility for my family. But to my surprise, it was deactivated after a couple of days without any intimation. You have failed to keep-up your promise and made me to loose Rs.49/-. It is mere breach of trust and promise. I expect your reply by immediately.
    Your services to me so far have been the best except this incident. If you do such thing - misguiding your customer, definitely your customer base will be eroded.

      I am an AIRCEL CUSTOMER My Mobile No is [protected].

      I am getting some unwanted love tips and for which I am registered without my authorisation or any request. This is highly IDIOTIC and unwarranted and illegal. When I wanted to contact Aircel Customer Care number they do not even pickup or respond.

      I need to stop this NONSENSE IMMEDIATELY RECEIVING MESSAGES ON LOVE TIPS ETC. AND WHICH I FEEL THE AIRCEL IS CHARGING SOME SOME AMOUNT. I NEED TO BE COMPENSATED WITH PENALTY OF DOUBLE THE AMOUNT DEDUCTED IMMEDIATELY FAILING WHICH I AM TAKING THIS UPT TO CYBER CRIME BOARD.

        Pls contact aircel customer service (Dial from aircel Chennai: Postpaid:[protected]. Prepaid:[protected] and provide them the below details:
        1. Sim card holder name
        2. Last recharge amount/ current balance/ current plan (i.e. life time validity or 2years etc)
        3. Last 8 digit number of your sim card.

        With the above details the CSR will be able to help you with the new PUK code but incase the sim is locked then you need to drop into Aircel office and request for a dplicate sim card with additional charges of rs.120 or so...along with this you also need to provide your identy proof, address proof with a latest passport size photo.

          hi everyone Im basha and i've purchased a new aircell startup card. its was 5 year validity. when i recharged my card first time i'got the message from aircell that say thank me to choose 5 years validity card throug out 2012.... but now i got message when i disconnect my outgoing calls that contain the message the validity of my card only for 2010. after this event i have try to contact customer care (no.[protected])but still i've no response....................................................

            I dont think that it has use to make my complaint in this website... cos when i tried through verbal communication it dint give me any use .... then how can i wxpect through a mail???????????? my mobile no. is [protected], i called a ISD no. on 5th of October , but no one picked the call, but i was charged Rs.9.20.. when i called to CC and asked to take a complaint, Mr.Pravin Who's CSO in aircell told that he'll take a complaint and send me the complaint no. but i dint get it even after 3 days.... then i spoked to a supervisor named Miss/mrs Swapna, she told that still now there was no complaint raised and she'll take a complaint and forward it..... at last after 5 days i spoked to Mr.Charles who is Supervisor there... really his service and softskills was good... yet he said that there's no updation regarding that ISD no. i left it just like that since i was satisfied with Mr.Charles's service..... really he's the Asset of Aircel..... I do have another Prepaid no. which is [protected] . in this no. Rs.30 got depleted on 6th November. i gave a complaint to Mioss/Mrs.Kirthiga, she said that i'll ghet a docket no. but i dint get it.... when i asked for supervisor they transfered to TL.Mr.Vijay kumar... he hunged up the line in between (4.30pm)... then at night 11.30 i spoked to TL.Devraj he said that the amount got depleted cos i've activated SMS bank, which i already gave a request to cancel in the month of MAY. .. he said that he'll check and call me between 4.30 to 5pm... but he dint... then i called at 11.30 and spoked to a CSO , he said that Devraj'll call me in 1/2 an hour as he went to dinner... i was waiting till 12.30 but he dint call... again i called and spoked to Ranjith CSO.... really he made me to frustrate like anything..... if possible.. hear that call and give a good solution......

            I have been with aircel for more than 4 years. It was a good time with aircel when i was a pre-paid customer. The number i used before apr-07 was [protected]. which i made a mail regarding the de-activation of the number since i got a new number to use . Till date i have been recieving the rental charges and cug charges even for the de-activated number . No response has been given from their side for the complaints. Such a poor service on them.
            i have aircel sim card with mobile number, unfortunately i forgot my mobile number. how to get my air cel mobile number pls, and also there is no outgoing specelity in my mobile bz i have to recharge my mobile.
            so pls give information that how to get my forgotten mobile number?

            I am having Prepaid No.[protected] and everyday frequentyly atleast 10 advertisement calls are comming and I went to washermenpet office and they activate DND on 27/01/2009. Tilldate while i am in driving advertisement recorded calls are comming. I have made somany compaints at Choolai Office and through customer care. No response.

            This is my final compaint and If any calls like above said reason is coming U are the sole responsibility, because my job is travelling by vehicles to meet all official works.
