Aircel GPRS

I requested for GPRS by sending SMS to Aircel. But they send some settings which are not working. When I called customer care they asked me to go to aircell cell city(Customer care centres). But cell city in Hosur(Where I live) are merely bill collection centres and they dont know technical details. Cell city people redirected me to Customer care. I have called morethan 25 times the customer care in the span of 15 days, each time different...

Same no. known person ultilise the phone at my cost. Because iam already prepaid the Rs.3000/- fultalk time vality for 2 years.

    Dishnet Wireless, the owner of the Aircel brand of GSM mobile services, will enter the Calcutta circle from 5th MAY. The company will be the fifth player in the GSM telecom space and seventh among all service providers in the city. The company has been present in the Bengal circle since 2005.

    But they break our expectation. From a aircel connection we dont make call to VODAFONE, AIRTEL, RELIANCE(CDMA).

    I requested to THE AIRCEL COMPANY, that if you provide us a facility to do any local call to any network for Rs.246 please dont disappointed us. Please make your connection good, becaue now phone is a daily essencial product .

    Thousand and thousand people from Kolkata has switched over there mobile connection to aircel just because of aircel's unlimited Local calls for Rs.246.Recently I am hearing that the company stopped the offer for some reasons and that is not justified. We need our money back.Else the company has to pay the penalty. This is just not done.Why will the company suddenly stop the offer? they made us fool .They stopped the offer just because they got a good amount of customers through that offer. common' people this is not right... wake up... we need our money back.

    Attantion every one people Aircel connection is very bad. Aircel is a thife company. So, we are requseted every people don't buy this Sim card.
    I want to say that Aircel has given unlimited local free offer and then withdrawn this offer. Is this is a justified ? That they have taken the decision without inform us.They have cheated us, they taken the money through offer.And network is dissgusting, worst, if we dont get any network how we are going to use free local call ? And i tried many times in Aircel customer care but in vain.I dont know why they started this business without their own tower?If they cant provide their own tower why they have given the free local? Why they have to depend in another companys tower? We want our money back or else do something as soon as possible.

    This is the worst connection I have seen in today's life. They simply have fooled us. 80 % people of kolkata have taken this connection with minimum Rs 444 to use the unlimited facility. But if the connection doesnot work properly there is no meaning of this plan.
    How can a network be so disgusting...it has left BSNL way behind...in the quality of service.How can a company enter any circle without any proper infrastructure...nothing..they have just fooled us.Something..should be done.They have cheated us.
    People are so stupid - dont u know this is a launch offer? Reliance smart did the same thing 3 years ago: gave R2R free and withdrew it without any notice.

    I TOOK A AIRCEL CONNECTION AND RECHARGED WITH RS 246 FOR UNLIMITED LOCAL CALL. IT IS VERY SUPRISING THAT I COULDNT MAKE ANY CALL TO ANY MOBILE OR LAND LINE EXCEPT AIRCEL. I WAS TAKEN FOR A RIDE THIS AIRCEL PEOPLE ARE TOTALY THIEVES AND WE SHOULD BE RETURND OUR MONEY.
    THIS AIRCEL PEOPLE ARE CHEATS. THE ARE JUST MOTHER [censored]ERS WHO WANT TO SUCK UR HARD EARNED MONEY.DONT BUY ANY AIRCEL SIMS I[censored] STAY IN KOLKATA.
    I took the connection on the launch date (6TH May, 2008) and my unlimited power voucher got activated on 9TH May, 2008 morning. Since then I chatted with my Fiancee over her Tata-walkie no for at least 31 hrs so far. I'm fortunate that the connection towards tata nos were smooth and my fiancee's family members were having tata connections. I already recovered my money from Aircel and I've the unlimited talk offer in my mobile till 9TH June, 2008.

    Previously I observed that my that my call is getting disconncted after every 15 mins.

    On 21ST May, 2008, I observed that my call is getting disconncted after every 4 mins and I registered a complaint and the customer care executive promised me to solve this problem at the earliest.

    To my surprize, from yesterday( 22ND May, 2008) I observed that my call is getting disconncted after every 2 mins.

    The customer care executives are washing their hands simply by telling that their network support team is looking into the matter and the problem will be solved very soon.

    I don't know wheather this is a business policy of Aircel. I'm a high end user of mobile phone and I promptly took the benefit of Rs. 246 unlimited local call power voucher and made good use of it by making long duration calls and I've already talked for 31 hrs and my investment towards taking this connection is more than compensated.

    Aircel is now planning to withdraw this offer without even informing their valued customer. But on 6TH May, 2008, they had published a FULL PAGE AD in the newspapers just to make people FOOL.

    The bottomline: If you are a high end user of mobile phone, don't take this connection in a hurry. They won't be able to do business in Kolkata unless & untill they have proper infrastructure and offer something new and attractive to the customers. Just wait & watch.

    This plan really sucks! I got the connection on 13th May and it took more than a week to get it activated. After several failed attempts, I was finally able to recharge with Rs. 246/- unlimited local call plan on 22nd May. I was able to make the first call from this after waiting for 3-4 more days. Customer care always told that they were working on the problem. Anyway, today when I was in a call, it got disconnected with an alert for the last call charge. I was not able to make any more calls since then. I called up the customer care, and they politely told that I used up my 600 minutes talk time by then! What the hell!! I have already paid for unlimited plan with one month validity. How can a plan be modified without intimating the customer after getting the money from them? If they want to modify the offer, they should first let the customer know about it. Even after that they should support customers who have paid them for a certain offer! How can they pull off an offer after getting the money from us?? I was suggested by the customer care person that I had the option of adding a top up of Rs. 300/- to get talk time of 300. Why do I need to pay for it when I have already paid for a month o[censored]nlimited call???

    I did not have any need to have a separate phone and SIM just for getting into this. I have been using Vodafone connection for quite some time now and I don't have any problem with it. Aircel must refund the money of customers whom they have promised and took the money from them. They cannot just get away with our money without providing the service that they have taken the money for.
    air cell must refund the amount to us who have purchased the sim upon payment of Rs. 444.00. immediately.
    aircel is a big big cheater.
    Aircel is too bad connection company, can't give right connection.

    I fully disagree with the comments made about the service. The technical faults may happen with any operator and same happened here. But people can call Aircel to Aircel absolutely free which is also a tremendous offer.
    Give the company some time, everything will be ok.
    my mobile [protected] has been deactivated since last 10days on a fake ground of negative addres proof. i am complaining for last 10 days but all in vain. customer care people r also not been able to do anything. it is very sad on the part of aircel . i seek from company to take immediate action and to activate my mobile as i have paid for the sevices which the company is denyind whoch is bad in law.     i buy the aircel connection for R.S 448 with one year validity with one month unlimited call in west bengal in any mob or land line.
    but when i use it many time there was no network and if i try 50 or 60 times then the call is connecting and after every 3 min it cut . i think this is one of the wrost connection of India. if they dont give the network why they say this ? i think they are the big cheater.

      Dear Sir,

      I'm holding a mobile phone connection with Aircel for more than 5yrs and above. My no. is +[protected]. I was not having any problem with them until last year. But, for the last six to seven months. I'm facing many problems with the mentioned service provider. Initially, i.e., on Dec'31st my line has been wrongly disconnected due to the non payment for the unbilled amount. It has been agreed by them also & voluntarily asked me to ignore this wrong service which rendered by them and asked me to make the payment under no compensation. Even then, I myself convinced and made the payment since its a human error. When I was making the payment I requested them to do Name change for the two dual numbers(i.e., +[protected], +[protected] and change of address for the first two primary numbers {i.e., +[protected], +[protected]. They've done the both request only after a period of two months. That too, when I raised a complaint for non-delivery of statements. Here too I'm convinced but, the one which I'm suffering so for is asking me to make the payment for the no's +[protected], +[protected]. which I've given for name change. I've submitted lot of complaints to the related customer service. But, nothing has been rectified except in disconnecting my connection again & again. Finally, I spoke to Ms. Suriya of Aircel Customer Care Representative one weak back. She said will be calling me in 2hrs. time so for I've not received any call from her. And for any request, they're asking me to walk in to the Cell city or Head office at kilpauk, Chennai. They're not taking any complaints through phone and not providing any complaint reference no.

      When I was making the complaint in Aircel Lobby I heard that The Customer Care Representative and their superiors discussing that, this guy will not cancel his connection since he was holding the line for a longtime. So, don't provide any discounts on the error occurred.

      I'm not expecting any offers or discounts from them at the same time, I'm not ready to pay my bill amount unless my problems are rectified. I am having extreme mental agony because of their harassment. Every time I'm getting a call from their collection people and I'm explaining the whole story again and again. None has taken any action on my notifications.

      Kindly take up this matter with them so that they'll not do the same thing for the other poor customers.

        Hi,

        I have applied for Transfer of my old EPF amount from bangalore PF office to my present Coimbatore PF office.. I have duly filled in the form and applied to bangalore PF office thru' our HR & Admin Dept.. They have sent the same to PF Bangalore office on 05-Apr-08..When checked with my present coimbatore PF office for any amount transfer, they informed me that there was no amt transferred from Bangalore PF office till date..

        Previous Employer : HUTCHISON ESSAR SOUTH LIMITED
        My Present EPF No : TN/CBE/45056/1586.

        AIRCEL LTD — Number not transferred

        I have purchased an Aircel VIP number for Rs.30000 in february 2010 but now i wanted to transfer my number to my friends name but they are not getting my number transferd even TRAI has given an policy through which a customer can transfer his number to some others name.

        please help me...

          To stop caller tune u just have to send a SMS write - DT<space>DACT and send it to "53000" after
          u send you will be charge 3/- Rs for once and after a while your Caller tune will be Stop.

          I am a subscriber of Aircel , Delhi region. I have not requested any dialer-tune to the service provider Aircel. But they automatic activated dialer tune to my number and deducted Rs. 30.00. Is this right way to activated any value added service without permission of subscriber?????? today activated dialer tune and tommorrow will be activated or more value added service and will be deducted my balance.........what is the way to control this unathorised illegal service???????

          I somehow disagree with you since no operator can start any kind of value added service without your prior consent. I think there is some miscommunication – I would recommend you to reach the Aircel customer care and look for a quick solution…

My first complent on 03-may-10 the day when hello tune activated, as I didn't know how hellotune activated on my mobile I got message that u hav been charged Rs.30 for caller tune & hadn't press any no. to select the song. I call to customer care & told them about this problem, they give me answer that it has been done by me its not there fault. plz look in this matter because i m not the one facing the same problem.plz for this thing i had paid a lot which cannot be tell here. do something its a request

          this is the worst service by aircel. every month the caller tune is being set automatically and they deduct balance for that immediately. And if you will call the customer care to complain then those edits say "how is this possible? you must have set the caller tune. And again this is a so nice service by aircel donch u like it."

            To whomsoever it may concern,

            I am one of the proud subscribers of Aircel mobile connection residing in Chennai. I am greatly impressed with the service of Aircel and also the kind of response. I am happy with Aircel because it offers me complete peace of mind, as it BLOCKS ALL THE INCOMING CALLS & SMS and keeps me actively involved in the my work. None of my friends are ABLE TO REACH me in any emergency and similarly I am also not able to reach any of my friends using AIRCEL connection. Hats off to AIRCEL for the tremendous job to HELP PEOPLE NOT TO COMMUNICATE and for your wonderful CONNECTIVITY.

            Such a BAD experience is not only faced by me alone but also with most of my friends who use AIRCEL connectivity. I still wonder for the reason to continue using the AIRCEL connection. I have used all other mobile phone network connection and I can openly say that AIRCEL is the WORST and no other mobile phone connectivity can EVER BE COMPARED WITH AIRCEL.

            I took the connection only by 1st of April 2008 and I badly want to exit from AIRCEL network before 26th April 2008.

            Thanks for your "WONDERFUL" SUPPORT. And you have added one another proud customer to spread the NEGATIVE WORD OF MOUTH about AIRCEL

                Hi all..
                Few months b4 i got a cug (Three connections) connection in aircell chennai through a agent.Two for me and one for my friend.I submitted the forms on jan 2nd, My first number activated on 9th jan, my friend number activated on 13 th jan and my second number activated on 19th jan evening. 20th is the billing cycle (I came to know from a customer care exe after billing).
                On 19th i made a local call (300 seconds) from my second number, for that they charged me nearly 200 rupees. For one local call why should i pay 200 rupees, what is the mistake from my side.

                I have taken a new connection on 23rd February, 2010. My cell no is [protected]. I am not a regular user of the connection. I also have not subscribed for any value added services.
                Surprisingly, i got a SMS on 10th March, 2010 at 4.46 p.m that the unbilled amount is Rs 261.80. Again, on 15th Mar, 2010 recd. from your company that the total unbilled amount is Rs362.60. Again on 16th March, 2010 at 10.57 a.m the unbilled amount is Rs 667.20. Again on the same date i.e 16th March, 2010 at 02.18 pm, i recd a SMS that my unbilled amount is Rs 769.20.
                The worst part of the scenario is that when i contacted customer care, they are unable to give any satisfactory reply( they say that they can clarify only when the billing cycle is completed which in my case is 27th March, 2010). Is the company running on some justified process and value based systems?.

                i purchase a sim of aircel (13-14/ 05 /10) but after one days(14/05/10) they activatated caller tune automaticaly with out any subscribe, they charges 15 Rs i called customer care two time but the person who pickup the phone he told me i can't help u but the finaly i called up again he have taken my complaint and he gave me complaint number Sr.[protected]taken by abhijeet) and also i deactivat hello tune that day but again next day they activated my hello tone they charges 25 rs again but customer care person told us we will refund your amount on 18/05/10 but no body taken any actions


                and this time he don.t want taken any action and any complaint also this time person name nitin please shortout my problem otherwise i will througit sim card

                    Some one known to me has aquired access to all the sms sent to anyone and recieved by me from anyone, over the period of last 2 years without my knowledge.
                    I would like to know what is the measure aircel has taken to protect the sanctity o[censored]ser information and sensitive data.
                    I understand that only the aircel employees should have this kind of access to user information. What is the guarentee you give to the customers if this has leaked out to a third party.
                    I request due importance to be given to this complaint and proper handling of this complaint.

                        With due respect, I beg to state that I am a prepaid Lifetime Customer of Airtel, Aircel West Bengal. First of all, I express my sincere thanks to all mobile operators for reducing the lifetime value voucher and also call tariffs. It was urgently required for a developing countries where most of the people are middle class and lower class categories. At present, The Minimun recharge for a lifetime Customer is Rs. 200 in six months. I have not to talk more, so it is seen that most of rupees remains unused and carries with next Rs. 200. It is expensive for me also those who do not talk more. I am requesting all mobile operators, please reduce minimum rechage to Rs. 100 for six months, so that everybody could avail lifetime facilities.

                          Though GPRS introduction is announced, the application is not available in several Cell City counters

                          I am surprised how they would when the service is introduced as the issue is right from distribution of forms.

                          My aircel mob no. is [protected] in Chabua Dist- Dibrugarh, Assam, I am having relation in Democratic Republic of Congo africa, But when ever i give ring from this no. it does not response, even when my relative try to talk on this no, it show invalid number, when so many complains are lodged with local customer care he is always saying there is problem in my relative mob. Then my relative tried from their ISD booth, and other mob, then also it show invalid number, whereas my mob is life time and prepaid. His mob works on other assam mob service like airtel. Kindly do need ful.

                          My friends sometimes accused me of not receiving or rejecting the call more than four times at a go.
                          But At that time I don't notice any call or missed one to my phone.
                          I am putting the instance when my friend called me during 7:20 to 7:40 on 27th Mar 09 he only found me not receiving the call and rejecting the call. While didnot noticed any call at that duration of time.

                            Hi,
                            I took an aircel connection two weeks back . My no: is [protected]. While taking the connection I informed them that I am not having any local address proof in chennai. They said like it is not needed and gave me the connection aganist my driving licence which is issued in kerala. The connection I took was a One year connection . Now they have disconnected my incoming and outgoing facility saying that I need to submit a local address proof. Can any body suggest me how I can take this issue to a higher level so that no more cheating will happen to anyother consumer.Also let me know whether I can take some legal action aganist the service provider. The worst thing is that not even a single call came from there customer support person regarding this issue .

                            I have bought a two sim cards( jodi offer) with postpaid plan few months ago... I have used it for only 2-3 months...After some time i went to the Aircel showroom in tambaram and deactivated that... I dont know whether they deactivated only one sim or two... But i asked for both sim cards... After 4 months from this, someone called me from aircel and told that we are in the court now, pay the bill amount by today itself, otherwise we will file a case on you... I really got shocked and didnt know what to do... I have recorded the conversation once i know its so stupid... They asked to pay the bill, i clarified that the bill is for my old mobile number... Then i payed 1300Rs and asked them to deactivate the sim... They didnt sent any mail regarding this... no message and calls regarding this for four months...They said ok sir we will definitely deactivate the sim, hereafter you wont receive any such calls or messages regarding this... But today they again called me and asked me to pay the bill for this month... I told that i have deactivated the sim two months before... But they asked me to show the Cancel letter something... I really dont know what to do... Also their staffs not respecting the customers, they are speaking like police to a thief...
                            Someone please help me on what should i do...

                              I have two showrooms in the name of M/S PAWAN PUTRA and M/S ANJANI PUTRA in the KONDITHOPE AREA, CHENNAI-79. I have been a regular and persistant dealer of AIRCEL PREPAID SIM ACTIVATIONS from past 3yrs. If you could check our records of activations you would know that we stand in the 'A' Grade of your Dealer's team.
                              By keeping besides other telecom companies like VODAFONE and AIRTEL, I add around 300 customers every month to AIRCEL. But every effort to keep AIRCEL company growing is going in vain due to improper response and rapo with the executives of AIRCEL.
                              We do our job sincerely with the target and schemes given to us but later it so happens to be that everytime the promises made to us regarding the incentives are dropped down.
                              Once we were promised of GOLD COINS on certain number of activations in that month but your executives failed to keep up the promise even upon the accomplishment of the target given to us. They replaced the scheme for us to some cash and some simcards after the target was achieved. We refused to accept it but then after so much of apologies and requests from TSM i had accepted it and warned them of giving me irrelevant targets and schemes.
                              Later it used to be continued several times and once gathering information about what is going on in the outside market with AIRCEL deals, we so realised that we were being duped in the entire scenario.
                              Every scheme and target given to us was entirely different from what was given to other dealers. I even have full proof of what scheme was given to other dealers and what was given to us. I then stopped working and giving my efforts to AIRCEL for 2 months, the activations and recharges had drastically dropped down. Then came the team of Distributor and the TSM to apologise and request us to start the same contribution towards AIRCEL as how we used to do before. Believing their words, we agreed to them and started the same.
                              Now once agian we feel cheated though it may not be AIRCEL doing it but the executives who represent AIRCEL.
                              This time we faced a new technique of cheating from AIRCEL executives . Now recently the scheme given to us was that if we had got an e-recharge balance of Rs.10, 000/- then we get 1 Dealer Demo Sim free. So to go by the scheme we had got Rs.20, 000/- easy balance in each showroom of ours. So it sums up to Rs.40, 000/- and thereby we were promised to be given 4 Dealer Demo Simcards free. This scheme was exactly relevant to what my neighbouring stores had got and known about. But later at the time of putting action to the words, they say that since we do stand in 'A' Grade of Dealers team, we would get only 1 Sim for Rs.20, 000/- . But my neighbouring stores who comparitively contribute very little to AIRCEL had recieved 1 sim per Rs.10, 000/- easy recharge. I even have the proof of all these things. Now i doubt that the officials involved in this case had sold 2 of my other Dealer DEMO cards to someone and that is why they are refusing to keep their words .
                              Now i dont understand why is that always the executives try to cheat us and get some business in hand ? Why do they want to spoil their names and atmost spoiling the name of your prestigious company.
                              Why do they always dupe us ? Why do they always cheat us with fake words of theirs ?
                              The executives i mean to mention are of SOWCARPET area Mr.Arun (Distributor of Dugar Connections), Mr. Kalyan (TSM), and the most important not to forget Mr.Balaji (working under the TSM ) whose words are so rude and arrogant. Never heard such harsh way of communication from any working officials.
                              They once again proved themselves as a team of executives working to cheat us with attractive incentives which never exists. They all say "DO WHAT THE EVER HELL YOU CAN", can u believe some executive talking like this to their Dealers and that too to those who stand in the so-called A Grade of the Dealers team?
                              Its being a very bitter and ridiculous experience with AIRCEL so far. We hereby request you to look into this issue as a very urgent and important matter and kindly sort out issues and take strict actions against these above mentioned executives and give us a better and quality service from AIRCEL. Also a suggestion that you kindly replace these members of AIRCEL mentioned above so as to get a green experience even while conversing. Please do the needful by sending us 2 more DEMO cards for us as per the promise and giving a better quality .
                              Not everyone facing such problems would come forward and mail the higher authorities and let them know about it . But i take out time from my schedule and sending you the fact happening between we and AIRCEL, on only belief that AIRCEL will definitely address to our problems.

                              even a getting duplicate sim also very difficult in aircel commu.

                              i am in chennai. but my aircel sim is tamil nadu sim.

                              i can't get the duplicate sim even now ... you know one thing i lost my mob. last week. but i can't get back my aircel connect inside chennai.. Airtel has that facility for getting duplicate sim for tamil nadu sector sim.. no one is available for attending the customer care calls... very rare case.. one can get the connection. if you continue this further then you loose most of the customers... be careful... don't spoil your name..
                              i am using demo card in that outgoing calls to other mobile is huge.. so kindly redice the charges of outgoing ... reply soon..

                                This time we faced a new technique of cheating from AIRCEL executives . Now recently the scheme given to us was that if we had got an e-recharge balance of Rs.10, 000/- then we get 1 Dealer Demo Sim free. So to go by the scheme we had got Rs.20, 000/- easy balance in each showroom of ours. So it sums up to Rs.40, 000/- and thereby we were promised to be given 4 Dealer Demo Simcards free. This scheme was exactly relevant to what my neighbouring stores had got and known about. But later at the time of putting action to the words, they say that since we do stand in 'A' Grade of Dealers team, we would get only 1 Sim for Rs.20, 000/- . But my neighbouring stores who comparitively contribute very little to AIRCEL had recieved 1 sim per Rs.10, 000/- easy recharge. I even have the proof of all these things. Now i doubt that the officials involved in this case had sold 2 of my other Dealer DEMO cards to someone and that is why they are refusing to keep their words .
                                Now i dont understand why is that always the executives try to cheat us and get some business in hand ? Why do they want to spoil their names and atmost spoiling the name of your prestigious company.
                                Why do they always dupe us ? Why do they always cheat us with fake words of theirs ?
                                The executives i mean to mention are of SOWCARPET area Mr.Arun (Distributor of Dugar Connections), Mr. Kalyan (TSM), and the most important not to forget Mr.Balaji (working under the TSM ) whose words are so rude and arrogant. Never heard such harsh way of communication from any working officials.
                                They once again proved themselves as a team of executives working to cheat us with attractive incentives which never exists. They all say "DO WHAT THE EVER HELL YOU CAN", can u believe some executive talking like this to their Dealers and that too to those who stand in the so-called A Grade of the Dealers team?
                                Its being a very bitter and ridiculous experience with AIRCEL so far. We hereby request you to look into this issue as a very urgent and important matter and kindly sort out issues and take strict actions against these above mentioned executives and give us a better and quality service from AIRCEL. Also a suggestion that you kindly replace these members of AIRCEL mentioned above so as to get a green experience even while conversing. Please do the needful by sending us 2 more DEMO cards for us as per the promise and giving a better quality .
                                Not everyone facing such problems would come forward and mail the higher authorities and let them know about it . But i take out time from my schedule and sending you the fact happening between we and AIRCEL, on only belief that AIRCEL will definitely address to our problems.

                                This is a commplaint regarding an Aircel number [protected] provided by an Aircel executive Siddharth Sharma([protected]) on 3rd August, 2011 with a receipt handed to us along with the Aircel number [protected] and Sim no.[protected] written on it. A cheque of State Bank India was the mode of payement (cheque no.: 566192) of Rs 250/- on the same day. This is a request to either provide the number as promised or to refund the cheque.

                                  today morning i sent msg to my friend, aircel deduct 60 paise / sms, so i knew to recharge my msg rate cutter. so i go today evening 7.05 pm recharge my sms rate cutter by Rs.33 and it confirm by shop person and your sms also confirmed me

                                  after that i msg to my friend all the sms were saved in outbox, i start calling to customer care no, 198 then computerized recorded voice guide me to catch the customer service but for the half an hour from 8.15 to 8.50 finally ur customer service executive MR.NAVIN pick my call, how long i wait for the customer service executive, is this service ? please keep in mind, this time lot of competition in market. Withour number change i can change the network, i didnt get good proper respond for this mail. i ll not begging you to give good service. simply i change my network to airtel or vodafone,

                                  after that i do all the instruction which give by navin, ( change the gsm to dual mode in msg setting in my 5230 mobil ) still im not get proper result again i start calling to customer care from 9.50 to 10.55 more than 1 hour then ur executive mr, sujith ( he is fully drunk, i record that call in my mobil ) attend my call, inbetween one time line to be disconnected by your executive i don, t know who is that?

                                  finally he take my complaint and he give me the SR 1- [protected] has been registered successfully and will be resolved by 29 / 04 / 2011.


                                  why i waiting for 2 days which i have not do any mistake, you ll deduct the amount prefectly once the date over,

                                  you can bare Rs.200 for this 2 days for your problem.

                                  Aircel is the most fake company in the world in my point of view because i have been requesting to deactivate a service which has been activated to my number, [protected] since the last year. The service is "The Daily Jobs Alert Service". But each time i call the customer care executive and they tell me that no service is activated presently on my number. But when i recharge my number Rs. 10 or Rs. 30 is getting deducted every time from my account. Is this a joke? I am fade up with this connection. You are not helpful towards the customer. Every customers are not dull. Mind it? Now if aircel is going to take any action against my complaints then its ok, otherwise i have decided to port my number to another connection. I will make sure that no one from my area can join the aircel family, "The fake family".

                                  Please ignore if i said any rough quotes. I am really very upset. Thats why I am saying like this way. Please solve my problem. Please!!!

                                    Aircel SMS alert is always Keen on increasing customers mobile bills not for customer satisfaction. also we are not notified for chargable messages (58888 message... ). Instead of messaging and making calls to customers about varios offer for dialler tunes... There should be an alert for cost expenses messages.

                                      I am Balaji.I lodged a complaint to customer care of aircel stating that i have a balance of around 16 rupees.Suddenly they deducted 16 Rs. from my acvcount which made zero balance in my account.Still there is not a very clear response from customer care.I was very much depressed so i want to switch to other network.If still there is no response I wil surely change to other network and suggest my friends also to change other network.Take this issue into your consideration and kindly do the needful.

                                      I feel very shame to inform you that one of your employee Mr.NIHARENDU DEB and his assistant MR.SHUBRO LALA ( of the barak valley, silchar region)is working under your banner just for the sake of the name but is supporting the employees of another telecom company (Vodafone)and also being seen to be with the distributors and the branch head in different hotels and restaurents.
                                      Being one of the retailer is it appreciable for an AIRCEL employee? what's the image he is lodging over our mind?

                                      Aircel — connection not active poor customer response

                                      I have taken a post paid connection from aircel outlet, neelam bata road faridabad on 23/07/2009.
                                      concorn person told me this connection will activate within 72 hours, but there is no response till the time (28/07/2009). Everytime when we call in customer care, I call contineuesly for half an hour but there is no response taken by the call centre people even there is no any contact no alloted to the outlet. how some one contact with aircel. customer care has very poor service.
                                      Oh that’s sad! but check up with the person u bought the sim card from… if you got urself a pre paid connection, then the chances are high that there will be a connection delay if the papers are not in order…I guess that’s a security norm … especially in Delhi ( with all the terror threats). I really think Aircel is going good with the safe than sorry approach.

                                      Greetings,

                                      I wish to draw your attention towards the false promises the mobile companies give to the people. I purchased an Aircel Postpaid connection on the 5th Aug 2009. I had also opted for an itemized billing system which shows the records of Local & STD calls & also the SMS's. However the response from Aircel has been very poor in this regard & I have received a couple of bills from their end which are not itemized. I approached their customer service on [protected] regarding this but in vain. The customer service officers too are very rude to talk to. I am feeling harrassed & need your help in sorting this out & also making sure that they do not cheat the other people.
                                      Its strange coz getting an itemized bill is your right. I would suggest you to get to the nearest store and put in your request and also speak to the people available. I am sure this would be in place in no time….
