[Resolved]  Aircel — No Justification from Nodal Officer also

What's wrong with you guys? I am telling you n number of times that without listening the entire call I had disconnected the same once I realised that the same is an idiotic promo call. And I had never pressed the "1" key. So there is no question of activating the service. I want my money back.

If you are sure that only Rs. 30 was deducted for the same, then send me the dialled call log details (phone numbers, date, time and the duration of the calls) from 27 July 2010 to 05 August 2010. I am very sure that the balance in the account was approx Rs. 72-Rs.75 on 02/08/2010 morning. Then how come the same became Rs.12 odd by the end of the day. Show me the proof as required.

Regarding the DND service, as per your confirmation the effective date is 20-Sep-2010, i.e. I still have to deal with these calls for the next 45 days?? And what about your promo SMSs which are sent almost every 30 mints?? Has that been deactivated?

Are you aware what is your market status now? Every day there is a new mobile service provider poping up and trying to get customers. And in this scenario you are loosing your customers by providing such cheating and worst service!

I am also having a Vodafone connection for past almost 3 years and had only one issue, which was resolved in the first time itself, while raising it to the Nodal Officer. And I have not even completed 1 year having this Aircel connection, and I had to write so many times to the Nodal officer.

Expecting a positive resolution this time.

What! If I pick up an incoming call, that's my fault??? Do you want to mean that if i pick up any call and then disconnect it, that means I have given my consent towards the debit ??? How can you say that??? I repeat I have not given any consent to activate such bull offers.

And it's not Rs 30, It was Rs 60 in total which was deducted[protected] check your database properly and refund my money back.

Hi Nodal Officer,

My last complaint (ERN-25573-9FJKBP) was resolved in June last week and again I have to go through a technical (what kind of systems do you use God knows!!) error. My Aircel number is [protected]. The previous reference number was 1-[protected].

It’s a pain to complaint to the Nodal Officer’s team now and then. But still no other way, I have to do.

On 02 August I received a call from the number 57000 at 10:05 am. I picked up the call and before saying anything an automated voice started saying
if I want to make friends with people and all those stupid things…. I immediately disconnected the line.

Later in the evening at 5:28 pm I received a SMS stating “Thank you for subscribing to Aircel Friendz zone. You have been charged Rs. 30 for 30 days. To unsubscribe call 570001
(Toll free). …..” And another SMS received at 21:04 pm providing me the chat ID: 5169092.

What is this? How can you do that??? And it’s not Rs.30; it is Rs.60 which was debited from my recharge value.

I had Rs. 72/ Rs. 73 odd available before the amount was deducted and after deduction it became Rs. 12 odd.

I don’t understand is it some kind of Scam or Money Game you guys are playing with the customers!!!!!!!

How can you activate such type of functions without the customer’s consent?? Don't try to play these kind of silly games with me !!

Before I escalate it to the next level, I need the following to be done ASAP:

1. Refund my money (Rs.60) to my account.

2. Discontinue the Aircel Friendz zone stuff (I am neither going to call or send any SMS for the same).

3. Also inspite of sending SMS I still receive these kind of nonsense marketing calls and messages. Stop these with immediate effect.

Do not unnecessarily call me. If you call me you need to confirm that the problems are resolved.

Aircel — After 1 Month also no is In-Active

Hi,
I bought an Aircel no [protected] on 25th December'2010, which is still on active till date (13.02.2011).

The no was de-activated in the next 15 days saying that the documents were not submitted !
Despite fact that the documents were submitted twice no was kept in-active.
When again later i enquired about the cause shopman said that the photograph was not accepted. I showed him my Passport displaying the same photograph....he couldn't say further !
However when i tried contacting the Aircel Company agent for the same he's not at all replying me.

I didn't expect this from a big Communications giant like Aircel to be so neglectful towards its customers.

Sir my prepaid connection no.is [protected] & has barred without any information.& if i cal customer care service there is no one to listen my complaints & they disconnects the cal by saying that customer care executives are busy on another cal .I have called several times.but still now iam not able to talk with customer care repesentative.Im facing a lot of problems bcoz of this.So its my humble request for you that please activate my line as soon as possible.

I am very unhappy to using Aircel. My name is Vidya Prakash and I have a aircel connection [protected]. 1st time Rs6 deducted from my balance and I call in customer care they reliase a complaint and say Its will solve and refund your total deducted balance. On 25th july I get a call from aircel and she ask how much your total balance and I replied Rs16. So, she promiss to your deducted balance will 24 hours. But its not refund.Today Rs 3 more deducted mu balance and when I call in customer care She disconnected my call. So, sir I connect to you, and think you will be really solve my problem and refund my total deduction balance Rs19. If my problem can not be solve. Then I choose a way of PORT.
