[Resolved]  Airtel / 3G Data Card — 3G data card speed it pathetic and is in few kbps

I purchased Airtel 3G data card for RS. 2000 on the first week of June 2011 and Company claimed the speed will be more than 3 Mbps. The maximum speed till now I got is 900kbps and most of the time it works under 2G with average speed of 300kbps.
I complained to Airtel Customer Care many time and couple of Airtel technical people visited my place and they collected the data that the average speed is 300kbps in my Residence. They confirmed that there is issue near my Residence and they will rectify it by tilting the Antenna, Even after they modified the antenna Speed has not increased. So i want to return this 3G card and get my money refunded. But Airtel people are not ready to pay me my money back.

Please don't buy Airtel 3G data card. Its useless.

Ms Narendar ( [protected]) called me from airtel and asked me to visit the Airtel outlet again to receive the refund for data card. I visited the Airtel outlet ( Chandra layout ) on 11 Jun 2011 and their attitude was same and refused to refund the money. Ms Narendar told me she will get back to me with in 48 hrs and its been 3 weeks she never called me again.
I am tired of writing here and if My issue is not resolved again I will have to go to Court
FYI – I had also purchased TataDocomo 3g data card which also had speed issue, Tatal Docomo people immediately refunded the money. Not sure why Company like Airtel is cheating people.
Also I am getting calls from Airtel Billing department to pay the bills for Data card. I don’t understand why I should pay that when I never got the speed Airtel promised.

I have sent the comments in several bits as its not accepting the entire msg in single posting
Even, iam facing the same issue with this airtel 3g data card. Its strictly useless. The speed is limited to 200 kbps to 500 kbps. My airtel no: [protected]. They assured me 3 mbps at any place. Its really, useless.

DONT BUY AIRTEL 3G DATA CARDS.
