[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel-BSNL MNP | |||
Hello Sir, I have applied for mobile-portability of my post paid number +91 [protected] (Andhra Pradesh Airtel) , yesterday I got message on from 1901, that My service provider has rejected portability due to Legal reasons. I've paid their last month's bill amount plus extra (Rs.500)sufficient amount for period upto portability. Looks like; Airtel is adopting wrong practices to retain customer, They are just trying to fool around & making desparate attempts to keep customers by rejecting their requests. I want to know where & how can I escalate this beyond loop mobile? Is there a consumer interest forum or other legal cell that TRAI has set up where I can register my complaint?
