[Resolved]  Airtel — Bad SLA / escalation matrix

Hi Team / All,

This is with regards to the issue which we are facing for the past 24 hrs. We have been calling various people and talking to multiple executives in airtel to get this problem rectified but nothing is working. Each time I call and ask for the next level of escalation, I don’t get a proper response. The executives are not willing to send any sort of e-mail response about the problem and not even ready to share contacts details for the next level of escalation.

The PRI line which we have is the primary number and all incoming calls would land on this number. This is down for more than 24 hrs now without any estimated time for rectification nor an SLA for this issue .

It’s an shame that Bharthi Airtel does not have a proper escalation matrix nor proper response to the customers. During my conversations with one of the executives at the Customer Care[protected] I was requesting for an e-mail confirmation from Airtel about the outage to which he replied they don’t have the facility to send an e-mail about the outage and only after the issue is resolved they can send it. When I told him that verbal confirmation is not acceptable he told that he would send his executive who is working on this issue to my door step to explain the issue to me ( Does this mean that I need to take this guy to my Management and explain them about this issue / And take the same guy to my US office and explain them about this issue ? ).
For any e-mail sent about this issue Airtel would take 8 hrs to reply back and for the executive to send an e-mail about this issue it would take 48 Hrs ? Is this the SLA for the PRI’s line which we use has an pilot number? We have been with Airtel for more than 6 - 7 years now and it’s very disappointing to have such service for one of the esteem customer . Not only with this issue if you see my e-mail chain below I have been requesting to know who is handling the GXS account from Airtel end and I haven’t been got any proper reply nor updates on this request ?

We have the same issues with the corporate SIM connection too not getting any proper response to any of the issue addressed ( It might be with Billing / Services ).

Hope some responsible executive at this stage at least wakes up and response to is customer ASAP.

Airtel — Horrible response by customer care executives

Its really disgusting.the customer care executives are not at all good.the kind of response i am getting from them from the past 1 week is really really annoying...firstly its realy difficult to contact them through 121 n after being so patient n getting d call connected the bd response is so damn irritating.always procrasination.i m facing a serious problem.even after activating msg pack of rs.36 local msgs r being charged for a msging on a few numbers.even after complaining i have not found a solution.

please help..

respected sir,
this is rinku pramanick, noe of your airtel mobile customer & my numbers are [protected] & [protected].
i want the call details from dec2007 to june2008, and for that i sent 2mails, about one and a half hours ago. but there is no feedback or rply till now about the company's decesion.
pls take the necessary steps, and let me when do i get the details through mail.

prepaid mobile connection — network jam

for the last 2 days the network has crashed making it a living hell for all airtel users in pune. no message, no indication from the company whatsoever regarding reason or repair of the problem. as it is users in the camp area have to bear the bad network. is this what they get in return? i had been pondering about changing my service, i think this response hs left me with no choice.

Airtel — problem in SIM not being properly addressed

my father has purchased a SIM from airtel, it has got the problem that it automatically receives all incoming calls without user input, i hace checked this in one china mobile and one spice dual sim mobile. this sim works properly with some sets, while some other airtel sim work properly on the abovementioned sets. the company customer care asks us to purchase another sim at our own cost, but without giving guarantee that the new sim will work properly on my mobile.

Airtel — multiple subject as foollows.........

sir/madam,

whenever my balance is more than 20 rs. i lose 20 rs. in afternoon between 2 to 5 pm i tell this to custmercare but did not get solution futher i say about cousmercare they did not reciveing calls niether day or nor in night,

from last few days airtel network coverage is not as good as befor...

plz get off me from these problem as soomn as possible.

Airtel — Nobody taking care of complaint

I am consumer of Airtel for he last 1 year and my mobile no. is [protected] and presently i am in jodhpur (rajasthan) the plan which i was using having the call rates of std 1 rs. and local .50 paise but last month when i asked the vendor to incorporate a topup of Rs 220 instead of doing the topup he recharged my mobile an plan get changed and call rates became 1rs.local and std 1.5 rs. per minute an to rectify the problem i had went to customer care of jodhpur many a time but they are not at all giving any solution to the problem moreover the way of talking is very rude public dealing is totally nuisence overthere i am totally confused that which sort of office they have got in johpur this office is in ratanada jodhpur. Please help me out from the problem otherwise i have to change the number.

Airtel — Problem not solved by Airtel even after complaining them multiple times

I have a postpaid connection of Airtel, Delhi and have been repeteadly charged for Rs 25/- for SMS to unknown number 69602. It is not the single time I have charged for this, I have made several complaints on the same and each time I have been promised that from next billing it will be reverted back. But around 5months have passed and yet no action has been taken on this issue.

Airtel — don't get proper connectivity

dear respected officer,
i have recharged my prepaid a/c [protected] with rs.395 for unlimited internet plan. but i don't get proper connectivity last 5 days. in this 5 days i have called at customer care office many time but i could'nt get any right setting, first time call there they told me setting about mobile office and next time they said " u didn't get any proper setting in your mobile" then they gave me setting of airtel live and i use motorola slvr L7. and at that time customer care service has bloged for me.so plz help me quickly my second no. is [protected] and my airtel no. is [protected].

AirTel — Address Manupilation

Initially while purchasing the SIM I has submitted my ID and address proof and even the Airtel people had verified it, on 24 Jan 2009 I lost the SIM, on 25 I gave an police compliant and too the receipt and went to the Airtel show room and got the SIM blocked at that time they verified my name and address, on 27 I applied for a duplicate SIM and the show room people told it will be activated in a day, as it was not activated on 30 I went to the show room to get the SIM unblock at that time they asked my name and address and when I gave those details they told it wrong, the SIM is in some others name.

Airtel Mobile — Worst Service (Helping terrorism)

Hi,

I am Rohan Sahu, I had applyed for a airtel mobile postpaid connection for my wife. I received mobile sim and every thing correctly, verification also done, mobile is working fine. But now I am getting two mobile bill . One for the number we got and second one we dont know . But that another number is issued on my wifes name as per customer care. when we tryed to contact with the person who is using that number we came to know he is "Faizal or Afzal", he got this number from a airtel executive. When we gave complain to airtel customer care executive on 121, he is telling he can't disconnect the number untill we dont pay whole amount. Even he is not agree to give us compain number, bcz that mobile is not with us .

We cant do any thing, we are helpless .

Please I am requesting to you all people, be careful about this type of service provider and please you check how many number has been issued on your name.

FINALY airtel is helping Terrorism in India.these SIM are being used my terrorist.

prepaid mobile connection — Network problem (Bad Network Service)

Dear Tata

We are facing so much problem due to Tata telecomm network service of bad network from last six month. Infact, network tower situated on the distance of 1 KM only. We logged complained regarding this to tata customer care. But they are not taking any step for further. Kindly resolved as soon as possible.

Airtel — BAD NETWORK AND BAD RESPONCE FROM CCE

I AM UNABLE TO CONTACT WITH AIRTEL 121 SERVICE .THAT'S WHY I HAVE SO MANY PROBLEMS AGAINST AIRTEL.AIRTEL STARTS MY CALLER TUNE SERVICE WITHOUT MY CONFIRMATION.
