[Resolved] Airtel — Refund Amount not settled for last 3 months | |||
Im trying to track this consignment number for a while and today I got a status update from overnite courier express that the consignment is HELD with BHARTHI AIRTEL itself. Do you people have any concern for your customer? If you are not going to give me back the money tell me upfront but don’t involve in these cheap activities. Its been 3 months im following up [atleast 30+ phone calls and 20+ e-mails] with airtel for a refund cheque and aren’t you guys ashamed for the kind of work you r doing? You guys are not returning the cheque back properly, I asked many times that I can come and collect the cheque and you said there is no such policy? What the heck should I do, when you are not giving the money and when you are not permitting me to come and collect as well. Are you guys going nuts? Arun.
