[Resolved] Airtel Bihar — connection has been deactivated | |
On 24th July 2008, i purchased a new connection from a local retailer in Begusarai (Bihar). At the time of purchase i submitted the following documents... 1) Copy of a Passport. 2) Copy of Voter ID Card. 3) Two Passport Photo's. The connection got active within 2 days from the date of purchase. I got it recharge with life time validity card, in addition i recharged it with Rs. 333/-. Approx. with in a week my number was deactivated. On calling customer care, they asked to submit the documents. I submitted the documents twice in support for my verification. Till date my number hasn't been activated. On enquiring again they say that they won't activate my number because i have used abusing language while complaining at customer service, according to me and as far as my memory goes i haven’t talked to them in such language. i am bought a data card from bhagalpur but he is not work properly and now his internet failed so on the internte pleze sent me what can do plz help me or mera lagbhag 3600 bhi spand ho gaya per usb card work hi nahi kar raha hai plz help he any one
hum apne number ko aane wali call our jane wali call ko net pe jana chahte hai uske liye kye karna pare ga plz koe bata de na yaar

In the month of Aug 2009, I have purchased the Airtel Sim from Bokaro Retail Shop(Heena Collection).i submitted the following documents...
1) Copy of a Passport.
2) Copy of Driving L ID Card.
3) Two Passport Photo's.
The connection got active with 2 hrs. I have recharged with 222/---, 111/---, 30/--- in two months. After two month when i was out of station ( in Vellore), unable to make O/G & I/C calls even on Customer Care No..121/[protected].
Two Day before I got a call from this no: [protected] but unable to received this call, due to roaming . Plz look out this matter & unbarred this no. asap
