[Resolved]  Airtel Broadband — broadband speed

i have airtel 64kb speed plan and i am supposse to get 8 kbps minimum but i always get 4-5 kbps .Speed do not even increase in nights.Please do something as soon as possible or i will give an application to cut my connection .

I have 999 unlimited download plain,am not getting downloading speed from past 1 week. The main problem is gmail home page is opening after 5 min. Please do respond to complaint immideatle

I am Airtel Broadband customer([protected]), using the BB services at House no.-642, sector-10, Faridabad -121006. My Broadband connection didn't work for a week so when ever i call for compensation customer service representatives put me on hold and disconnects the call. I got unlimited BB plan i usually got Rs 716(including taxes) bill now i dont how i got outstanding bill of Rs275 whenever i call to get the details same thing happens customer care representatives disconnects the call moreover all the advisors working with Airtel Broadband are incompetent, they hardly know anything about Broadband, they use scripts to help the customers.
