[Resolved]  Airtel Broadband New Connection — Delay insulation

This inform to you i am apply a new Broadband connection to air tel and fill a form and Advance Deposit a cheque no.748498 date 18/03/2012(state bank of patiala) rs.1000/- on date 28/03/2012, i complaint is my connection not insulation up to till 26/04/2012,
air tel complaint no.1st[protected] date,20/04/2012, 2nd[protected] date 21/04/2012, 3rd[protected], air tel is not solution my problem and connection start by air tel system 30/03/2012,

Airtel Broadband New Connection — Non-Installation Applied Date 25/09/2010

We had been getting frequent unwanted calls for installation of AIRTEL BROAD BAND CONNECTION from call center for almost 15-20 days.Finally, we decided to go get one broad band connection in my office at 5/5767, Dev Nagar, New Delhi -110005(Atul Verma).
Mr.Deepak Rana visited us and got all the documents along with a cheque of Rs.500/= ( Cheque number . dated 25/09/2010) on Syndicate bank, dev nagar, new delhi-5 and assured us that the same will be installed on 27/09/2010 or 28/09/2010. But till date, we are calling on the number [protected]... Mr.Karan / [protected].. Mr.Deepak Rana and [protected] .. Mr.Rohit. Very interestingly, on the last number mentioned every time we call, a new person picks up and says sorry, we are getting it installed in half an hours time today positively,.
Repeatedly, it has been since 05/10/2010, we are calling them every day from our land line and mobile phone. They donot even bother to pick up the phone ,and it goes blank/no reply.
A complaint number 38578768 was registered on 09/10/2010 on their Toll Free Help Line[protected] to one Mr.Kapil at 1525 hours. We were told that dead line date the computer is showing is 13335hours on 12.10.2010
However,we were still contacting the above said numbers , dut till date and 7.22PM we have no result.
I spoke to one Mr.Karan / Mr.Rajat//Mr.Amit and finally Mr.Sahil today and now they say that there is some DP problem.What about the past 21 days.
We request you to kindly look into the matter,as on their assurances, we got our MTNL broad band disconnected from this premises.OUR WORK IS SUFFERING VERY BADLY , AS NOW WE HAVE NO ALTERNATE ARRANGEMENT IN THE AFTERNOON HOURS.
Looking forward for a very STRICT ACTION AGAINST THE PROVIDERS.

Airtel Broadband — Delay in Airtel broadband new connection

Hello,
I have applied for a new Airtel broadband connection on 28th Dec 10. Airtel promise to give the connection in 7 working days, it has been almost 3 weeks now still there is no sign of broadband connection at my address. The Airtel representative, whom currently I am in contact with, is asking for 2 more days to get the connection.
I am fed up now contacting multiple persons/departments. Airtel customer care doesn't seem to have clue about actual status of the application processing. The contacts who do have clue are not reachable on their mobile phone.
I have given the details of all my interaction with Airtel in attached file..

To all broad band users - I am not saying you should not go for Airtel, mine could be one-off case, however you must be careful when it comes to the promise Airtel makes. If this has happened to me, it can happen to anybody

I applied for a new connection on Aug. 2nd and charged me Rs 4500 and made promise to have connection completed in 3-4 days. Feasibility done on 4th. Now it's 20th. I have called them 8 times and they have give me 4 complaint #. Everytime a very nice person says there is a backend problem and problem will be resolved in 24 hours. As expected I don't received any calls, so I call back and same answer. When they cannot respond to phone I don't expect them to respond to email. The funny part is if I ask them to cancel they hang up the phone, if I start complaining at the beginning of the call, they hang up, if I ask to talk to supervisor they either say they are the supervisor or transfer the call and after 10 minutes the call gets disconnected. This is notion of Airtel's great service. I have been give 4 complaint #'s. Latest Complaint # 2513786
