[Resolved]  Airtel — Unsubscribe Text Based Services(Airtel WAP)

Hello sir,
I'm getting msg from[protected]Airtel WAP) That I'm using textbased service on Airtel Wap.
But I haven't used it anytime . every time Rs. 5/- is deducted from my mobile . It's been so irritating for me.
So I like to deactivate this service . Please take necessary action against it.

Hi, this is aniket. I was facing the same issue as yours. I had to share my number to get the service deactivated. Would suggest you to do the same

My Airtel no is [protected] kindle help me in wap.mobifun in UNSUBSCRIBE it is just gping on charging un wantedly for send message saying ur been charged Rs 20 for service (every 2 week) I dont want to wap.mobifun.in please unsubscribed immediatly.

Text based service on Airtel wap — unsubscribe from Airtel WAP service.

I am regularly receiving SMS from the phone number 64611020 thanking for using (subsciptions text based services) subscriptions service on Airtel WAP. Every time there is a charge for Rs. 20/- amounting for Rs. 100 a month. Immediately refund the entire amount already debited under this title because I am not at all using this facility in my cell number[protected]. Moreover this service is not at all required for me. Stop further more charges on this head with immediate effect. This is second time I am mailing my complaint in the last one week. Failing to act with proper corrective measures will lead me to refere the matter in the competant court of law claiming the damages and compensation.
