Good Morning Airtel...
i am mr. Aba Hasan Khalid, From: Mangrol-362225.
Dist:Junagadh, Gujarat.india.

i am long time use Airtel mobil...and some time
i am very pleasure that it is Best service and some time i am
not satisfied with Airtel service...
You can see my Airtel using..how many long time
connected with airtel..and how much call i have useing and how many call come to me...
I have many time using GPRS on [protected].
and then it is closed ...cos i am new connection only for GPRS
it is[protected]. and this number is now in my using with Airtel mobile office...long time it is in use..
before airtel is mobile office charge perday Rs.15-00 and now it is per day Rs.20-00. Thats no problem if youhave Charged of Rs.5-00 extra perday. it is no problem.
Problem is last 3 month here in my Location "Sayyedwada" near sayyedwada masjid. my Home...
at my Home i can not use Airtel mobile and mobile office...
cos. in my Home no Netwrok. it is shows only 1 or 2 scroll of Network...and every 2 or 5 minit i see that cell info changed..it is shows some time " Gujarati nagar" some time "Vania Wad" some time "New bus stand" and Once in a week "Lalpura Road"...
i am not understand that why it is change net work info.
after every 2 or 5 minit...
And why Airtel net work is problem last 3 month.i can not use this service.i have change also my Handset nokia 6230i and also Nokia 6630.Here Net work problem all time a notice display "Could not loacated remote servar" and some time "Select operator" Either i am always my setting as Manuleandi select Airtel.
i am many time give my feedback to coustomer car 121 and ihave talk with respected executive. and they lition me. they also ask me that within 10 days my problem will be solve. But here no any result...my problem is not solve...
Either i am alltime load my balance and validity.
why Air tel not give me best service. what's a problem...
is here in Mangrol no any technician..?

is there any Tecnician or Airtel executive visit me in Mangrol ..? is they visit my Home...? Are youwant to know the real problem..? if Airtel visit my home and my location you can understand the True problem of Netwrok...
And it is surprisely my home is among the All Tower of Airtel...the sayyedwada is near Gandhi chowk..Kapad bazar.
come to Gandhi chowk..kapad bazar and then sayyedwada. my home is location near sayyed wada masjid. Arab Aba Hasan...
every time when i want to call any where i can not make call from my home..i have to go out of home...
and then i get network...That's problem.
why it is so poor network..pls help me to give me best service and best Network...

my number is ([protected])my complaint is airtel deducted RS 5 daily in my mobile.i got msg which states that fhm video pack is activated.I should not activate this service, it activate automatically. so i want to refund my balance and deactivate this service.so pls deactivate all subscribed service and refund my balance.i call the customer care, but i am not satisfied thier responce.So pls deactivate my service immidietly, Still my balance is deducted, so pls...plsssssss

Thats no problem if youhave Charged of Rs.35-00 extra perday. it is no problem.
Problem is last 2 days.
at my Home i use Airtel mobile and mobile office...
i am not understand that why it is change double rental charge of mobile office (gprs)
