Dear All Concerns, after so many mail & reminders to airtel now i dont have so much patience for waiting of your reply, because i am geetting mentally harssment. so please get ready for legal notice from consumer Forum FYI:- Find below mail which sent to airtel Dear Mr. Tyagi, Thank you for contacting Airtel. We understand from your previous interaction dated 04/01/09, you had expressed concern over incorrect plan activated for Airtel 444 plan for your Airtel number [protected] and also expressed concern over the wrong commitment given by executive and requested for waiver. We regret for the delay in reply due to technical constraints. We understand your concern and will work towards resolving the same. We sincerely regret for the inconvenience caused to you in this regard. Your bill plan has already been changed to Airtel 444 Plan with effect from 26 December 2008 as per your request. You can also confirm your bill plan details by sending a message as BILL PLAN to 121 [toll free]. Regarding your concern over the wrong commitment given by executive and requested for waiver, We would like to inform you that your concern has been forwarded to the respective department.
