I HAVE INQUIRED COSTUMER CARE ON 23/7/2012, HE SAID UNKNOWINGLY WE HAVE TAKEN THE AMOUNT Rs 114 I REQUEST YOU TO REFUND THE AMOUNT ABOVE SAME, TILL DATE I DID NOT GET ANY AMOUNT AND ANY INQUIRY FROM YOUR ESTEEMED CENTER AND I REQUEST YOU TO SANCTION MY ABOVE MENTIONED AMOUNT OR SEND REASON WHY ARE U DEDUCTED ABOVE MENTIONED AMOUNT?

Hi Sir/Madam,

I have received the bill for the last month and my complain was that from the last 3 years i havent received any bil and i normally get the information to pay the bill by phone . . .
but recently i found that in the current bill i have been charged the late payment charges of Rs 100 and i asked for the bill from the day i am using this no. as this means that i havent received any bill and when i get the call i normally make the payment and that means that with no fault of mine i have been paying the LPC with the bill, which is rediculous and whenever i call the cust services . . .after listening to my issue. . they inform me that the systems are doun and call after 24 hours. ..thatmeans whenever we call with the complicated issues . .ur representatives are not capable enough to help the customers and when u ask for the manager. .they hung up on you.
So will request you to check all my bills and give me the waiver of all the LPC on the bills as if i will not get the satisfactory response. . i will write the mail to Mr. Mittal and i will go to the consumer court

NO.[protected] AND ON NEXT DAY MY NET PACK WAS NOT WORKING AND WHEN I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR SOLUTION THEN THEY DID NOT GAVE ME SOLUTION AND MAKE ME ON LINE FOR 12 MINUTES AND WHEN I DEDUCT CALL THEN THEY DID NOT CALL ME FOR GIVING SOLUTION.

DEAR SIR,
Today I recharge rs346 on airtel prepaid number of bihar but my calling facility is not enable only provide data plan please give my full benefit of this offer or cancell this recharge if you not do anything i will launch complain against your employee ms pooja jharkhand regieion and your company please give my benifit otherwise cancell my recharge or my money refund please revert on this mail now.
