My Mobile No.[protected]. i have only incoming Calls, out going calls bared. so i went with my documents but no respose for Airtel Office, Singayanapalya, So Please release the my outgoing Calls as soon as possible.

Two days back, I've recharged my mobile with 295 full talk time and just after half an hour I could see that around 90rs got deducted. Also I could see everyday around 20 rs keeps getting deducted. Just now, I got the message that your last call was 140rs and my balance is 0 rs.
I also tried to call customer care but they disconnect the call after listening the issue.
Need help on URGENT basis!!

your attitude towards complaint is pathetic...My complaint is regarding unnecessary de activisation of second pulse rate .It was for 1 year ..but i could not enjoy it for one year...The customer care people insulted me...My complaint id[protected] and my mobile number is [protected]

I do agree that Airtel customer care pepole are worst bugs in the world, they only know how to suck othere penny by looting them.
They are the suckers, want to make Mittal millianaore by sucking blood of people with there unhidden charges, They think they are Dada's of the world and black mail customers by sending legal notices, they are the killers. I am going to discontinue all my services with this hopeless Airtel MITTAL BUCHERS.

I would like to inform you that I am not at all satisfied with the services of airtel.
I have a prepaid airtel mobile and I am seeing from 3-4 months that my balance keep on decreasing and I have never applied for any value added services and it automatically get added to my number.
Yesterday only I made recharge of 51/= and when I saw today my balance was 21 rupees and till 9pm 0.17.I do not know what is happening.
I want my money that deducted from my account back.
Please take strict action for this issue otherwise I will change my services

I Like airtel services.
airtel is the worst service provider. After buying the 3G they are ripping their customers pockets to take that auction money from us. This bharati mittal should be kicked till death. I had 11 rupees balance and they deducted 10 rupees on account of hungama game download. I dont know what is this and how to download it and they have already charged. They didnt refund and whole night I had to stay in office to use office phone as my outgoing got over. Now the customer care number is not working. I think they have barred me after I took the asses of two customer care and cursed their mothers and sisters.
Its really very bad experience for Airtell number in MH, first when i come in pune takes a Airtel number.
But its really very poor netrwork and customer care support. So taken new number...

Airtel Customer care sucks to the core. they care 2 hoots about complaints. none of their optiojs are correct. u enter the correct mobile number it says incorrect and never gives u a chance to speak to a person other than their godforsaken IVR. Airtel stinks to the core.

when you were zain we had better service than now. all i get now is each time i recharge my money is completely taken away leaving me without money to make call. Not once not twice, it has become a continuous process. Today 21 may 2011 i recharge 100 to make an urgent call, after trying the number once but could not get thru, i waited for some times only for airtel to send my balance that i had zero balance when i have not made any call. what is happening cause i intend to witdraw from such a fraudulent net work and my entire families which includes my friends and my wife's friends etc.my no [protected]

I call many times at airtel customer care @121 yesterday at 11.02, evening 8.53pm and 9.18 pm on 18th Sept. 2011 to convert my plan to normal plan, but nobody gave me satisfied answer. I also send sms to customer care but they told that no service is activated on your mobile. They have diectly cut the call without satisfied answers. When I did phone to airtel office one lady said to top up the card with Rs. 41 and friends card service will be remain same but it was not worked. At evening they told that new service was activated in my mobile for three months without intimation to me. Currently, my normal plan is convert into other plan in which Rs. 1.00 was deducted for every sms and 60 paise for local call. Sir I kindly request that please you convert my plan as to normal plan. I hope that you will convert this and give me an satisfied reply as early as possible. My number is [protected]
