Airtel — about gprs

my handset is LG KG 110
my complent is about that my GPRS is activated when i connect it it shows network error .i called many times to the customer care but there is no use of this .if this problem will not solve then i will take proper action about this matter

I am airtel coustmer, and i am using gprs from 5-6 months .Bt now from 1 month grps is nt working in my area and i had also complaint 3 to 4 times for this to airtel costomer care.but still airtel has nt taken any proper action toward my problem.my number is [protected], location samastipur.so i decided that if airtel will nt solve my problem in 48 hrs, i will cut my number for ever

i have activated airtel nop15 day service from last 5 days but from the first day it is not working and my balance is deduted from the first day custumour care is not helping me i am very dissapoint with airtel service pls help me my no is [protected] and one more thing i want to be my no from prepaid to postpaid service pls help me kindly do the need full
