[Resolved]  Airtel — Extra Charges

I submitted a complaint asking to cancel jokes which I didn't subscribe too. Someone from airtel called me and said that it will be deactivated. It still hasn't. I want justice!! My number is [protected]. I have been getting charged for about a month. I keep getting joke messages and getting 1 rupee charged. I will take airtel to court since this problem has been occuring with millions of customers.

I AM USING BROADBAND FROM LAST 10 MONTHS WITH NO REGRET BUT FROM THE MONTH(NOVEMBER and DECEMBER),
I M FACING PROBLEMS REGARDING EXTRA BILLING FOR EXTRA USAGE OF DSL,
MY PROBLEM OF CONCERN IS THAT THE EXTRA CHARGE PUT UP AT SPECIFIED PATICULAR DATE AND TIMEE,,I HAVE NO PERSON

I have not subscribed for MISSED CALL ALERT SERVICE for which I have been charged Rs. 15 monthly for last 2 months. Inspite of logging a complaint no action has been taken.

Airtel — Discontinuance of services

I have submitted my documents twice in airte gallery they have lost all the documents againa nd again and want me to rsubmit the documneta and have diconnected my services from last six days even the mistake is on their part.

AirTel — Taking Extra charge

I have a dot phone connection of airtel.The bill of this phone is not dispatch to my house till two month.Every month late fees & extra charge was charged into my bill wide phone no.[protected].There is a regular phone call on my dot phone to deposit the balance.Please send my bill before due date

I am a student who got a post paid connection in my name in month of march and used for 1.5month and i lost my mobile in April and i given a complaint to customer care, which is complain files . And after that also they simply added 2months minimum bill. so i did not pay the amount know they sent a legal notice in huge amount and also not providing complete bill summary of 2 months. if we questioned means they are telling that we cant get because it is in junk mail .

AirTel — taken extra charges no facility

I have changed my and my wife's airtel plan to get the benefit of CUG and it was promised by Airtel representative that I can utilise the CUG facility but the first bill i have recieved after changing the plan, i saw the charges for calling to my wife which is covered by CUG.

When I contacted helpdesk, they asked me to pay the remaining amount by reducing Rs200 and it will be adjusted next month but even sending 30-40 mails to helpdesk and calling 121, I still not received the correct bill.

Thats why I did not pay the amount till date and they have disconnected my both phone.

Now I want to pay for my bills provided they send me the correct bill (though I dont want to use Airtel any more).

If airtel people is looking into this, please advise me.

Airtel — extra charges after discontinuation of services

My postpaid mobile no.is [protected].I have requested many times to airtel customercare in march09 to discontinue yahoozone services, they told that they would forward my request and would give me vavour of Rs 50 which has been charged after discontinuation request.I do not know what happen as in my recent bill no vavour was given as well as Rs43 has again been charged for the same services.I hav decided that i would not pay my bill unless it is corrected and yahoozone disconnected.

AirTel — dis continuation of services

my phone no, [protected] is in service for the last 7/8 years today i recieved sms that my addrees couldnot be very fied during time of geting conction i diposited all the documents inculding residence proof which was again verified two years back why my residence is againbeing verified
This is reference to the service provided by Airtel. I have this connection from a very long time and i have no time to check the Airtel Invoice regularly. I have checked Airtel Invoice today and seen they are charging for Value Added Services Like Hello Tunes and other Services. In this regard, i have talked with Customer Care of Airtel and I haven't get the positive reply from them.

I have checked my last six invoices, in all the invoices they charged for these services and have mentioned the SMS on 6781 and every month Rs. 30 are charged from my bill. I had requested Airtel to stop this service many times but they have not responded. Rs. 30 are being charged in my bill since long.

Please help me out to stop these charges in future and return of already paid amount.

AirTel — charging amounts of plans which has been deactivated

To AIRTEL,
I hv been charged RS.85 in the last month bill for a plan which i had askd one o[censored]r customer care executive to deactivate.I had called d customer care for which i was asked to lodge a complaint.I m not gonna pay this amount this time onwards. i hope you will deactivate the service and stop charging me the amount, because even if you keep charging me the amount i will be paying Rs.85 less then the orignal amount.

Airtel — some amount has been charged that have not used

I am using airtel from last one year ( [protected]).
I sometimes use airtel mobile internet, I have not downloaded any
mobile games from airtel site or anywhere that is paid but
airtel charged me INR 50 against that. I am trying to call
airtel customer care executive but that is not connecting, i have been trying
this from last 3-4 days but nothing is happening.
One day they send one message saying Missed call alert activated and
charged INR 15 for that.

There is no way to contact to airtel and complaint about this.

Please do the needful.

Airtel — Extra charges for messages

DEAR SERVICE PROVIDER,

MY MOBILE NO IS [protected]. FROM TODAY MORNING I HAVE BEEN CHARGED Rs. 3 per SMS. WHEN I CALLED ON THE CUSTOMER CARE REGARDING THIS THEY ARE NOT GIVING ANY PROPER RESPONSE FOR THE COMPLAINT. ALSO WHEN I ASKED THE EXECUTIVE TO TRANSFER THIS CALL TO YOUR ESCLATION HELP DESK HE JUST KEPT ME ON HOLD AND THEN DISCONNECTED WITHOUT GIVING ANY RESPONSE TO ME; I CALLED AMOST THREE-FOUR TIMES AND EVERYTIME THEY KEPT ME ON HOLD AND THEN THE CALL WAS DISCONNECTED. DO YOU THINK THAT I HAVE TOO MUCH OF TIME TO DISPUTE ON CUSTOMER CARE.

PLEASE CHECK AND DO LET ME KNOW.

Airtel — Charge for Value added services not subscribed

My number is [protected] ,I have been charged for value added services everyday for the past 20 to 25 days for aarti and jobs when I have never subscribed for the same. On calling the paid customer care they say that they cannot issue any refund and will not charge hence forth and on further probing got to know that the call centre called up and somebody asked to deactivate it. Which is not true I have neither sent an activation sms not acknowleged any request for the same. The sales person on checking my last name as Zariwala he/she mistook me as a hindu and for completing his/her target just activated aarti it on his/her own. Same with the jobs alerts.

Airtel — Being charged for something I didn't subscribe for

For the last few days my cell no. [protected] has continuously been charged for something pretty stupid that I didn't subscribe for. It is highly disappointing to have such a poor service from Airtel. It says - You have been renewed for Full Tack subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs.5. Get latest games at http://gclub.in/ea. " Kindly check your dysfunctional system and reimburse the money that you have unfairly charged me.

AirTel — extra charge in bill

Sir,
I had recently changed by mobile plan. i had changed it to cooperate CUG plan and in my first bill they had charged extra money that is Rs355.04 that is for ONE TIME CHARGES but this information is not mentioned in terms & conditions of the cooperate plan. I had choosen 70 to 80 mobiles for this plan and in some of them this kind of (one time charges) is not charged and in some mobiles they had charged this(one time charges). The mobile in which the extra money is charged os- [protected](bill no'[protected] and the mobile in which no extra money is charged is- [protected].

Sir,there is a shop in KHAMLA , which all the time charges extra Rs.1 or Rs.2 on each recharge of whatever it is.Being an airtel user the shopkeeper all the time charges the extra amount.Why it is so? Even for cold drinks they charge extra Rs.2 - Rs.3

AirTel — Extra amount charged

This is regarding service provided by Airtel, its very pathetic.
I was charged Rs 198/- for downloading some games (which i had not) in the month of April, when i called up airtel customer care, i was told that would be waived off in my next bill (which wasn't), again when i called up Airtel customer care for the same i was replied the same that it will be waived off in my next bill also received a sms frm them (thank you for calling airtel.Your request had been registered with us. The service request No. is 37393862 we will get back to you by 18-May-2011 13:48:47.) but till date i haven't received any call from them nor 198/- is been waived off frm my current bill.
Also whenever we give a call to the customer care...they will listen to your query and just say that they can't help you now as their system is getting upgraded (mostly answered by females)...if is that so why don't they say it before listening to the query...and when you tell them to transfer it to any of the seniors some say "Not possible" and some say they are "very busy" and some just disconnect the call which is happened to me many a times.
Today when i spoke to a guy in customer care with the same query, he told me that it has already been waived off (which is still not reflecting in any of my bills) as per him after checking all my details on his system and after few seconds he disconnected the call...after few minutes when i called up again...and spoke to Preeti Chandel (after i asked her the name as i knew that my query won't be solved), she listened to my query and just replied me saying that she can't help me as her system is being upgraded...when i told her few minutes back it was fine when i spoke to a guy for the same...then how come her system was not working...there was no reply for that...told her to tranfer it to any of the seniors...sh kept on hold for sometime and told me that the seniors line is busy...asked her if there is only 1 senior available during that time...no reply from her.
Finally, my issue still remains the same "UNSOLVED"
Yes i agree with this, same thing happen to me also. Even i have the proof.

Not they disconnected my incoming call also. they have wrights to do it but issue here is i submitted the document and main thing is they have not informed me about blocking the incoming call because of that i missed my business also. Who will ask this to them?????
