[Resolved]  Airtel — Extra Charges

I submitted a complaint asking to cancel jokes which I didn't subscribe too. Someone from airtel called me and said that it will be deactivated. It still hasn't. I want justice!! My number is [protected]. I have been getting charged for about a month. I keep getting joke messages and getting 1 rupee charged. I will take airtel to court since this problem has been occuring with millions of customers.

Sir,
In my last bill(billing period:11/jun/2011 to 10/jul/2011)there are some extra charges added.There is a column of OTHER CHARGES,in which you have added 300rs,of DSL shifting charges,but before shifting to my new location,your backhand team have already mentioned me that the shifting charges will not be applicable for me,as you were giving me a weavour(kind of benefit).
So kindly get back to me on this issue ASAP.As the last date of billing is 17th aug 2011. Please contact me soon.

I have been charged 10 Rs for some airtel service without my acknowledgment and then I got an SMS stating that I have to dial a certain number to stop this service and when I do,it says another service activated and I am charged another 10 bucks,please look into the issue and cancel all services along with the repayment of the charges charged. #[protected] email [protected]@gmail.com
I have a postpaid number in airtel [protected]. I had bbm services for sometime and requested for discontinuation 4 months back. I had called twice to disconnect the services, however they havent done it and am charged for it every month even though I dont have a blackberry phone.
Airtel has been charging me extra for no reason and when i call their customer care number they accept that it was their mistake and simply disconnect my call saying they are transferring my call to their supervisor . After being on hold for almost 20-25minutes, call just get disconnected with no response for my query.
I have been charged Rs.160 extra for my Internet usage where in i have sufficient free usage in my bill plan.
