[Resolved]  Airtel — New connection verification problems

recently i buy a new airtel connection. After activating this connection working properly for 3 days. after it is disconnected with a reason of bachelore accomdation .That's the reason again iam submitted my sbi passbook xerox and ecs check after that it will activated and properly working 4 days

after that same problem is repeated adress proff is invalid and no is completley disconected. I called so many times to 121, and they have provided one number [protected]. I have been trying to reach this number for the last 4 days, but it is giving message 'It's not a valid number'.

please considered that most urgently. I lost more because of the disconnnection.

please considered that most urgently.

Following are Contents of the mails which I had sent to Airtel on their so called Customer care or may Customer "Trouble" ([protected]@airtel.in). It is just disgusting dealing with Airtel, they hopeless... I guess over the period they have mastered their skills of troubling their customers.

Any update on this?? At least have some courtesy to reply back. I just don’t understand what is delaying
you to answer my queries? When I call 121 they say they can’t do anything to it. I am feed up calling Mr. Swami([protected]) and Mr. Vinay ([protected]). Please don’t expect me to submit the documents again, I had already submitted it once and I don’t don’t see any invalid information in it. If this is the kind of service I am going to get from Airtel, I will have to take some serious action against Airtel.

When you say the documents are in valid, can I know which document is invalid. I had submitted my address proof (self owned house) and my company’s id card Xerox . Neither of these documents are fake and I don’t understand what is in valid in it.

I had applied for a post paid connection, my number is [protected]. From last week the outgoing and incoming calls are blocked. I had submitted my address proof, your executive had visited my place. When I called 121, I was told that “FES not received”. This is causing lots of inconvenience so look into the my case ASAP. I really don’t understand as all the documents are submitted what has gone wrong ?

My self Prashant Shinde. I am with airtel from more than one year.

I am holder of 4 postpaid numbers

1) Primary [protected] & its Add-on No [protected]
2) Primary [protected] & its Add-on No [protected]


Right now I cancel all these four numbers because of wrong bills, unsatisfactory service by airtel & purchase another four new airtel postpaid numbers. They are as follows.

But still I am facing problems from airtel.

Problems as follows,

1) A) I cancel Primary [protected] & it’s Add-on No [protected] on 20th Dec 2007 (from Kondhwa Outlet By Miss Aparna Madam and also by writing mail to airtel from airtel.in account). Now I came to know that still my add-on card no [protected] is active and they charge me one month rental ( Rs 100+ 12 as tax). (Bill no[protected]. I have a cancellation note with me to show you as proof.

B) [protected] No: In this I deactivate GPRS service 3 months before cancellation. Then also each month I receive bill with GPRS rental. Each month I call to customer care to cancel these GPRS charges. In my 24 Dec 2007 bill (bill no[protected] I receive extra 81.43 Rs bill for GPRS. I compliant in kondhwa outlet & customer care And came to suggestion that I have to pay only 400 Rs as around 85 Rs for GPRS is added by mistake in bill. So I make payment 400 RS. Now in recent bill (bill no[protected] that 85 Rs charges again added. So total 112 RS of add-on card and 85 Rs of wrong GPRS charges equal to 198 Rs added in the bill no[protected].
This 198 Rs bill payment is done by my credit card on 2nd Feb. 2007. Please refund me that amount

2) A) I cancel Primary [protected] & its Add-on No [protected] on 28th Dec 2007 (from Kondhwa Outlet By Miss Aparna Madam and also by writing mail to airtel from airtel.in account). Now I came to know that still both numbers are active. Reason from your side is I yet not clear the bill amount. I you check my bill (bill no[protected] dated 27 Jan 2008) in this my previous balance is 800.75 Rs but I pay 1006 Rs. That is extra Rs to clear my account balance. Your outlet person says that bill will generate after the bill cycle over then pay the remaining amount. So I wait for the same. I customer care say that this connection is still active any you receive full month bill because your connection is still active and for this reason is I did not pay remaining bill. Hence I aks you to revise my bill I will pay the call charges and the rental till 4th Jan 2008 ( 7 days after cancellation) the rental for remaining days will not paid by me, as connection is still active is your mistake.

3) Now Come to my new 4 postpaid connections mention above

[protected].

These all connections on my name having same address for communication and application for these is given on same day. Then also you’re executive activate my first 3 numbers and he reject last no ([protected]). As per him address verification is not done. I call customer care twice for that. Now for the same no I paid Rs 500 as deposit. From which 93 Rs is deducted from you as monthly rental though no is not activated. And now remaining amount (Rs 407 ) still with you. Yet I did not receive that amount.

4) For the numbers [protected], [protected], [protected] I choose fortune 199 plan & for [protected] I choose fortune299 plan. But after activating I came to know that Airtel activate Fortune 199 plan to all the above numbers. Then also I accept that. On 2nd Jan 2008 I came to know that without my permission airtel change [protected] number plan in to a 299 Privilege plan. (Not Fortune 299 Plan) When I complaint in VEGA center then my plan is again converted in fortune 199 plan. But the bill in Jan 2008 shows that for 13 days I use 299 privilege plan & other day 199 fortune plan. (Though I got 87 Rs discount in that month, if you calculate all the call par 199 fortune plan then total monthly charges is surly less that present applied charges)
