I am facing lot of the problem both of the number. I am facing billing issue and you are providing me pathetic service
you billing department charge me wrong amount of the both of number([protected]) and you charge me enter net 600/-
rupees of 199plan your company executive told me when you will stop your enter net service company will not be charge
extra amount but you did. but you charge me 8hours amout befor close my enter net but that think your execative did not
told me this think.

Dear Sir,

I am Pushkar Gupta, having digital tv connection of Airtel with id [protected] and would like to draw your kind attention towards the following.

1) on 03.12.2013 i recharged my above mentioned id with a sum of Rs. 2200.00 as per your offer of advance rental pack in which it was told that you have to pay for 10 months of your subscription and you will get 02 months extra.
2) when i recharged my above mentioned id with the amt. of Rs. 2200.00 i.e. for the 10 months of my then subscription, i got the message that your account has been recharged with the validity upto 02.10.2014 i.e. for 10 months only.
3) after receiving the above message, i contacted with your customer care executive and informed about the validity of my id.
4) your customer care executive assured me that your extra 02 months validity will be added to your subscription on or before 02.10.14.
5) now my validity is going to expire on 17.09.14 due to some top up of Rs. 45.00 on 14.06.14 and i started getting message of the same.
6) when i contacted to your customer care executive on 12.09.14 about the addition of my extra 02 months, i have been told by them that you have not informed us at the time making the payment of Rs. 2200.00 that this is against advance rental pack, hence you will not be able to get extra 02 months.

Sir, i would like to inform you that at the time of above offer it was not mentioned any where that customer has to inform to your customer executive about the advance rental pack and in spite of the same, i informed him at the very same day of my recharge that this amt. is against your offer of advance rental pack but i am not getting the facility of your offer.

Sir, one thing i would like to ask you, if i am not getting any benefit for making the advance payment, why should i make the payment of 10 months in advance.

Sir, please look in to the matter personally and do the needful on urgent basis as my subscription is going to expire on 17.09.14

The above mentioned number your executive have informed me to give good offer Rs.36 /min, when am going to port for other network..they told me the offer will activate immediately on 05/06/15 they spoken on that date but my call rate is 60 ps/min today i check my cal rate now I came to know for that sake i complaint to customer care dated 08/06/15 time 10.35 for 30 min they were not giving any response now they are telling u don't have any offer and they disconnected the cal without solving problem..please sir am requesting to you solve this issue and take action from that .

Believe me this this the worst customer support and worst telecommunication service provider i have ever used.
Shame on Airtel. i am not able to use internet service from last 9-10 days on my mobile and i call to customer service "198" 8 to 10 time every time they told me sir our system is not working, pls call after 4 hours, pls call after 24 hours, they are not able to support customer's. Actually these guys have no intension to provide any support to their customer. i told these guys that i am going to change the operator but they don't care. When i say please forward my call to some superior then they put my call on hold and after some time say it’s not possible right now to transfer call. Maybe there seniors’ also told these guys pls don't disturb us.

With a heavy heart, I am writing this mail to address the poor downfall of customer service from Airtel. I have been an Airtel customer for a long time now and the two numbers below would surely give you my details:

My mother has been using a number [protected], for a long time now and she is technically not that sound to understand spam messages which hits her inbox on a regular basis. This results in balance deduction, however, the same were never claimed from Airtel as the fault was from my end.

In order to stop this recurring issue, I had requested for DND(full) which will ensure that she does not receive any promotional sms or calls. However, even after DND, she is still receiving sms from various organizations. To understand the same, I had called Airtel customer service from my mother's number ([protected]) to eradicate this issue once in for all, however, an associate named Narayan Dutta knew little about the expectation I had from Airtel being a premium customer. He not only was extremely fast while speaking but also interrupted me several times giving false verdict about TRAI. I also asked him to transfer the call to his senior as I was pissed off with his behaviour, however, after keeping me on hold for sometime he came back to me stating that no supervisors were available and that it will take some more time.

I am from the telecom industry myself and I have full knowledge about partial and full DND services. This kind of behaviour from an associate is not at all appreciable and hence I am writing to you to help me out regarding the same. I shall surely port out to Vodafone after such a pathetic service and I will ensure all my known people to the same which will ensure a transfer of huge database from Airtel to Vodafone.

This mail is just an intimation how were are being treated by Airtel even after spending thousands of bucks every month for a pathetic network and data service.

Dear Sir,

I have been facing network issues in airtel network from the day I ported to
Airtel. I have raised complaint on 26th June 2015 at 09:00 AM.

I spoke to Sunil who is a customer care executive who took my complaint and
escalated the same to technical team.

The compaint was closed inadvertently on 27th June 2015 without intimating me.

Today I spoke to Shauryadeep who has taken my complaint and new compaint number
is 62880985.
Earlier I have complained about Network issues now I am facing issues with Internet services. I have converted some packs to internet packs yesterday night and now since morning there is no internet services. I have complained today morning and the customer care executive asssured me that the internet services will be resumed by 10.30 AM today. Now its 11.00 PM and there is no internet connectivity.
This is my complain which I would want airtel to take it seriously, it has been almost two weeks and a new number which I have taken is still not activated. I am writing below the course of event:

1. 26th July – I made a request on internet for a new number.
2. 27th July- Morning- One person took my documents
3. 27th July – Evening- one person called[protected] and asked for more documents and said that I will get [protected] as a number which will be activated on 28th July 2015.
4. 28th July- I called back[protected] and I was asked to call [protected]. Later, the person on [protected] over SMS asked me to call [protected].
5. 29th July – I called [protected] and the person said he can update status tomorrow.
6. 30th July- I again called [protected] and got no response.
7. 31st July – I escalated and gave all the information asked over email and got a commitment that the number would be activated.
8. 3rd August- I got a call that I need to give more document from [protected], which I sent by email.
9. 4th August – Verification happened at my residence.
10. 6th August- I called 198 and the person their said first that my number can not be activated because I have too many SIM cards in my name. Then when I told him that in my family it is allowed to have 6 numbers and I have only 2. He took my complain.
11. 6th August – [protected] number switched off.
12. 6th August – I complained and again was asked to furnish details .
13. 7th August – I called again[protected] who promised me to revert a call in one hour which is not done yet.

Please tell me if your company is capable to activate this number and would you do it.

I got a mail regarding upgradation offer of Airtel Dongle 4G from Customer Voice Manager whose sitting in Gurgaon. In that they had mentioned a contact details of Mr. Praveen and I had made contact to Mr. Praveen and all things got set up and he had to deliver the device and pick the docs and parallel I had initiated the process for deactivating the dongle and CDMA no. of Tata Photon+. But since morning, he's not picking the call and Mr. Sanchit Mehra, Manager-Customer Voice, he responded to my mail once and just transferred the request to other but after that no action has been taken against my request. When I visited at Airtel Store, based in Laxmi Nagar, east delhi but they were telling the different offers which means that Airtel hasn't decided any parameters for this Upgradation offer till now, neither about offer schemes nor time-period until when this offer is applicable. This is my experience till now with Airtel and if I would purchase the product then what's gonna happen in future only airtel people knows.
Mr. Mehra had given me call center no. [protected] for dongle support and they even don't know about any plans regarding upgradation. Poor service People, I don't know on which track, Airtel is going on?? They're just doing marketing of their brand but don't know about how to serve people??? Sales locators don't know the exact offer and even call center people who were saying that you can get the dongle from our end. How they'll sell anything without any info??

I have digital connection for two T.V.'s, I.D. - [protected] . and balance available as on today is Rs. 1241.92 valid upto 30/11/2015 . But, to our surprise, connection for one TV has been disconnected with out any reason and proper reply is being given. At one stage, they informed that problem sorted out and connection activated but in reality, the connection is still in deactivation mode . I do not know why customers are misled.

My self Mahendra Kumar Srivastava from new delhi, i purchased this number with 4G lite dongal Rs 3300/- with three month free 5GB/month data(Rs850) and plan activated on 11/12 May, 15 and third month free date will activate till 22nd August 15.on 23rd onward charges will apply as per the activated plan, on 21st i called to customer care for change the plan but they told me they change plan only 22nd August, 15 and that time also i confirmed with the custmere care executive if i give the request to change the plan after 22nd August, 15 how much company will charge they confirmed charges will be on prorate base. after that i called on 24th August, 15 for to change the plan and they activated the 2GB Data in 4G Plan and again i confirmed with that representative what will be the cahrge on two day 23 and 24th august, 15, same confirmation given this time also, but in my bill full charge apply that two days(23 and 24th August, 15) Rs 850


Second at the time of activation new plan on 24th, August, 15 i have given the request if my data exceed the limit pls give me alerts or mail or finally disconnect the net connection but my data plan should not exceed but in this bill additional charges are apply .
