i (gaurav jain from 344/1 new railway road miyawali colony from gurgaon) applied for a broadband connection online airtel website last 15 days back.
Then i received a call from the number Avinash having number [protected].
He told me the plans and ask for document which he require?
He said the person surender([protected]) comes to u and collect the document and 1000 rs installation fee.
Avinash text me a code on my mobile for verifying.
After that soo many i have called avinash but there is no response from that side and not picking the phone.
As we all know about the briallaint services from airtel but after all this u have to be shameful on this.
Please let me know what should i have to do?

Dear Sir

Our airtel broadband connection is not working for 8 days. Everyday we call to www and request for an engineer to repair the same. Evertime we are given new complaint number but the problem is not solved yet. Everyday your executives give fake commitments for resolving the problem. We have escalted the matter and you I wil get the solution tomorrow. The r making us fool. Mr. Survesh and Rajiv r giving fake commitments to resolve our problems. 70255902 is out complaint number. Kindly take necessary disciplinary action in such staff so that they will not give wrong commitments to the customer.

This is ABHINAV here and i would like tell you that i have made a complaint regarding the special offer not been availed along with the recharge of 198 rs as i could see at the Airtel app as well as at *121#. But what is most unfortunate is that ur executive was trying to fool me while addressing the issue he told me send the screen shot of the recharge offer which was there on the Airtel app and he was so very making excuses out of this and come across as someone who's rude, unhelpful, ignorant etc person.
Therefore i would like to ask this airtel people to kindly provide me the benefits that was there and also take some action against this fellow who only tried to make me look like stupid, if you can't then just send me about ur JURISDICTION OF DISTRICT CONSUMER REDRESSAL FORUM, so that i can drag airtel and all you concerned people to courts...
I have attached both the screen shots *121# as well as airtel app ones so that you could see what was special offer appeared on screen and what was given about which ur ignorant executive asked for and now at least for God's sake provide the benefits.

Airtel is arbitrarily deducting value added service charges after online recharge of prepaid. Interestingly no such offer is opted at the time of online recharge and swallowed entire amount of recharge.
Airtel also offering discounted tariff for ISD call when recharge of Rs.37/-. But when recharge done to avail ISD discounted tariff, Airtel deducted actual tariff and swallowed recharge amount.

More interesting Airtel assured to credit value added service in account via email but next day via SMS states that charges correct and retract from their assurance.
