Since the day I brought my Lifetime Sim (29/02/08) I am fedup with the support from Airtel.
I have been trying to Activate my GPRS and am not able to.Trying to call up 121 mentions to send a SMS and nobody responds to it . You can never speak to a customer executive.
I went to the relation ship centre and they do not have any idea. Went to the Airtel main office and they too were not of much help.
After my GPRS got activated my Airtel account on 7th March my account was debited for Rs 30 instead of Rs 15
I have complained to the relation ship centre but resolution came from the Nodal officer.
Trying to send a sms to GPRSDEACT gets me the error your is not a valid
prepaid No.
Every time I have to run to the Airtel relationship centre 3Km away to get the service deactivated.
Trying to call 121 is useless as is sending them an SMS.
They do not allow deactivation by sms and even if you mention to deactivate the GPRS 6 hours before rather than their timing of 4 hours before still they will deduct the money for the next day.

Whom to I complain.. I wish this be brought to light. I have all the proofs like SMS sent and mails to the nodal officer and this can be taken to consumer court as well…

I am working for L&T ( TENGL, Pune). We had companywide Air Tel connection last year ( Mobile No:=[protected]). I had stopped using Air Tel due to lot of problems in the connectivity. This connection was on my name having corporate plan. I have paid all my dues 6-8 months back, I have receipt of same. I had asked for return the deposit, which is not yet returned. After lots of Emails and communications, there are no responce & results. Now I will wait only for 2 working days. If I will not get the Refund of Deposit of Rs 500, I will paper out this case in Sakal and Times Of India News paper.
I hope you will do the needful at the earliest.

Dear sir / mam

I have taken a air tel post paid connection ([protected]) one and half year before .Bill of Oct 2009 i given a HDFC BANK cheque for bill payment at 6 Nov 2009 RS 400/- at pimpri air tel relationship center but they misplace cheque.when i got collection calls that time enquired to 121 your officer said your cheque is bounced and giving reference of this cheque at JAIPUR BANK .they are unable to trace about my cheque .and collection department giving me trouble tor recovery.
In Nov billing period i faced network problem .i also given complaint for net wok but resolution period was very long this period my call duration and bill amount was going high as compare past bill.. in bill call duration showing but it was not useful for me .so why should i pay for same .i also complaint my bill going high because off network problem. for waiver off but executive took complaint for net wok problem .and resolution team called me "sir u r network problem has resolved" but what about bill. and liability.nobody taking responsibility . i also try to nodal officer nobody giving response.
i faced very worst service
i hope i get positive reply...otherwise i have to throw this Sim in dustbin

Dear sir/mam

i have taken Airtel Pre-Paid connection ([protected]) about a year ago and from last 1 year there are unwanted services are being activated on my number and instead of my warning they are not stopping it. due to which my whole balance get waste.

sir/mam i request you to please see on my complaint and take the action as soon as possible
