Dear Sir,I have been using credit card since last 4 years and payment has been made regualrely, last month i have paid all the bills which was used by me, today i have SMS statating balance of amout duel Rs.292.57
i could not understand what is going on why , extra amount has been charged when payment has been made fully. My card No.[protected]

im alima bibi i want to change my tariff plan from rs.1099/- to rs.899/- unlimited... and i had changed my mobile number.. new number is [protected]... and in my bill receipt my pincode number has printed wrongly... my correct pincode number is chennai-600013... and we dont have landline instrument... while changing the plan i want landline intrument... so i kindly request you to make changes on that i had given above
