Airtel Postpaid — Blocking of advertisement messages

Had blocked the ads through my airtel online account more than 3 months ago. Was told that I will stop recieving these messages in 45 days max. Infact the amount of messages I get has more than doubled. After a grueling process of reaching the Customer Care, the recorded voice thanks me and cuts the call. Which means the problem is still unresolved and there is no one to talk to regarding this.

I am under SuperSaver 99 CUG Plan.. and i have two other connections [protected] and [protected] ... i want to change this to NO RENTAL plan, since i am working in Railways.. kindly do the needful as soon as possible..

First time i am talk to Mr. sandeep call on that no.[protected].. say he is only detected 100 Rs.. but my value added serves charge 318.. i am not active in my cell. mr. sandeep is agree to me any value services not activated in my cell.. but daily basis increase my un billed amount...

Second time i talk to miss Simmi call on.[protected] she agree to as above.. but they can not do anything.

Sir in the way services not activated in my cell in future... please restrict to any value added services in my cell no...

For the past three months mobile bill was received through my email, In this ebill itemvised statment of both number.It was very easy to check the calling phones, But the last month ebill i have received only my main number statement only. i have contacted overphone to 198 and 121 severa; times. But the add no statement ebill has not been receiived so far. I am not able to check statement of my add on card number.
For the past 5 years i am the airtel customer, I donot know how to get the statement. Every time they are sending the same bill statement when i contacted overphone regarding this issue,

I am planning to disconnect my mobile numbers.
