mycell number is [protected] and my Service has been activated in the first week of jan-09.i want deactivate it. for that same reason i have registered my request more than ten times but fevourable reply from your side is yet to be received and my refundable amount is also not get yet. please do the need full fevoure me at earliest.Regards

This complaint is in furtherance of interruption of services of my Airtel no [protected].I recently got a new post paid connection. The services were fine, till the time i got a message that the services will be deactivated due to the non-verification of residential address. Further would like to mention that, no one had come from the Airtel office to verify the details and i don’t understand how going to the Airtel retail outlet will serve the purpose of verification if i have already submitted required documents with the same.
So I request you to please activate the services ASAP!!

AirTel — Service Deactivated
Since 2002, I'm using [protected]. It was a prepaid connection. In 2008 an offer came to get lifetime validity paying Rs. 1000, which I did. Somehow I wasn't using the same number for last 2 months, though SIM was with me. Now on 26th May when I checked, number has been allotted to someone else. Now can I get an explanation on this. I mean how can a number with lifetime validity been allotted to someone else without getting an prior approval from me.Now, amazing part is Airtel Customer Service, N00bs sitting over there don't know anything about customer Service - they are rude and asked me to contact nearby service center.

I m facing similar problem. Airtel should solve this problem as a whole and should not make every customer to make a complaint and address the individual case. Please ensure, you don't do such activation yourself. I have send email to your [protected]@in.airtel.com and waiting for your response.
I always get a call from a delhi number telling various services. But no where I could find how to stop that call. Its repeating almost daily.!
Please publish how people can stop such annoying messages and calls.

I have AIRTEL Postpaid Mobile Service.. I was using this since 6 years and thats deactivted without consulting me... they say I had raised request to convert it to Prepaid..
Now since 4 days they are saying they will activate it in 24 hours however its not yet activated..
All the times AIRTEL managers say they will call me back but they dont.. I tried Manager's number but the lady is not picking my phone now..
Still they can not tell me exact time when they would activate my number...
Very Poor service by AIRTEL adn their CUST CARE is disgusting..

AirTel — services deactivation
airtel wap subscription text based services deactivationby mistake i had accepted airtel wap service on my mobile but now i want to stop it. i have already called to airtel customer care but till now they couldn't stop it. So i requested you to stop airtel wap service on my mobile as soon as possible. Everyday rupees ten (Rs 10) is being debited to my account. This is being happening from past Seventeen days. My Mobile no is [protected]
I am not getting positive response from Airtel customer care centre as well.
