Airtel — complaint against blackberry service

I, Supanun S., mobile no. [protected] have activated the weekly internet bundle for blackberry of rs.100 last night around 7.30pm. My balance has been deducted and I have received a message saying that my request had been sent and that the service will be available within 4 hours. Till now 9.30 am. of the next day the service is not yet available on my blackberry. I called up the customer care twice and was told to call in a toll free number 7070 of which I was told again that this service is not available in my number. This is not the first time this problem is happening.
My last request is that most of the customer care assistants do not communicate in English which makes it really difficult for some o[censored]s to interact. Not only me, but many of the customers are hoping that you would make proper changes on this matter.
Kindly look into the matter immediately.

blackberry services — not happy with your customer services

Dear Sir / Madam,
Self is the branch manager of eastern travels pvt.ltd., bhubaneswar branch . Last month I bought a black berry handset from your 'Sahid Nagar web world', vani vihar square, bhubaneswar and since last 4 years we have been using your services and paying the bill through the above said office. As this month the bill has crossed more than rs.3, 500/- therefore I went to enquire about the bill detail as it was not in the present bill . I clearly remember initially it was coming with every month's bill .
( please note we are getting the bill detail in our other phones, even we got these in this month ) .
When I stepped in I met Mr.Himansu of Reliance as he has helped in taking decision to buy the black berry . I told him that I found the black berry is really helpful to our business and planning to give it to all my executives. Then I asked him to help me in getting my bill detail . He suggested me to go to Gayatri again I returned back from her desk to Mr.Himanshu as it was written ' THE NET SERVER IS NOT WORKING, SORRY CANN'T SERVE YOU' But Mr.Himanshu again advised me to go to Ms.Gayatri to enquire about the bill detail . Then I went to Ms.Gayatri but she told me to wait, afterward she took the help of another lady who was sitting beside her desk . After long wait she asked me whether we were getting the bill detail every month then I said 'yes' as I have seen these previously . She took out six months bill and told me rudely that you are lying as the last six months bill doesn't have the bill detail . I really felt offended as she was trying to prove me a lyer . I am sure previously the bill was having bill detail and as the only authrized person I have never sent a request to deactivate the same.
However this could have been explained to me in a better way without blaming me . I sincerely request you to kindly give proper training to the front desk employees so that these kind o[censored]nproffessional attitude will not reflect . As this may effect the Reliance company's image and more over the clients may prefer to change their mobile to another company rather going to the Web World and get themselve insulted.

I will appreciate if you could lodge my complain and arrange to activate the bill detail in my mobile bill i.e [protected] .

Looking forward to your kind co-op and necessary action at earlest.

Pm — BlackBerry

I bought this cellphone from HeeraPanna. With a bill (paid VAT ). It has a Warranty attached to it for 1 Year too.
I asked if the cellphone is Mac compatible. & he mentioned yes. Only later next day i found out it compatioble with verision 10.5 & above & not older ones such as 10.4
So, when i ask for a full refund the shop mentions shall deduct VAT + Rs.2000.
So, now i have to pay Rs.1800 for upgrading my mac to 10.5 too. Is the only solution I have.
(What if it was some guy who could not afford to pay this cost ) I cant imagine the state of a Senior Citizen.
Be carefull people... real careful.

AirTel — Regarding blackberry service

I am an Airtel prepaid customer bearing the mobile number [protected] using its blackberry service. Before I was using bb 299 plan which allows only mails and messengers, then after using it for two months I upgraded my plan to 899 by recharging my phone with RC 1111 and later when i requested for my plan change they told that there is some problem in server so I need to wait for it, as per them I waited for more than 15 long days and after that I again tried activating bb 899 plan n finally after deducting by balance I even got confirmation sms that my plan has been changed to 899 successful but when I tried using the browsing service its shows that I dont have data package active in my number. I contacted to BlackBerry customer support executive where he told me that there is some problem in server and my active plan is 299, and even asked me to contact 121 for the refund. When I contacted to airtel customer care they told me that within 48 hrs I will get my balance back and also given me the complaint number[protected] and after waiting for 2 days when I called them, they said that 899 plan is active on my number for that they can't refund my money, but still there is no 899 plan active on my number as I'm unable to do browsing, then I called BlackBerry customer executive, he told me again that there is some server problem for which 899 plan is not activating in my number and asked me to contact the nodel officer.
When I called to Nodel office ([protected]) I spoke to the lady name with Jyostna and told her my problem, she ensured me that she will get back to me within 24 hrs and also would solve my problem but still there is no response from the.

Hence I request airtel either refund my amount back or active my 899 plan.

Airtel Mobile — Blackberry Service

This is regarding my mobile number [protected]. Last month I've received a bill of 34387.84 INR. The bill says that I've used blackberry services continuously for more than 72 hours from 17th Nov till 19th Nov 2010 and during these 3 days the blackberry service bill amounts to over INR 29000. How is it possible to use the service without sleeping and eating continuously for 3 days and nights? I am using blackberry service from last 8 months and never got a bill of more than INR 2000/ month. I never use blackberry for checking my emails and use it rarely for browsing. I never downloaded any software on my mobile at least during this period. My mobile’s browser record doesn't show any such extensive usage. After running around [protected]@airtel, nodal office and now appellate offices of Airtel for last 3 weeks, I am told today that the charges are valid. They say it's charged for browsing. I am ready to settle the bill but want them to send me a proof of what sites did I browse continuously for day and night which they say they can't. How can they bill for something which I've not used?
Yes, this is something unacceptable. I have been using the BlackBerry services since last 3 months, but if this is the case I might think of changing my operator..
