Airtel — Constant Lies | |
Dear all, I strongly recommend never to buy any of airtel products or services. They are very good at marketing their services on TV etc with constant adds, but their services are pathetic. More than a week ago I had purchased a prepaid card from an airtel showroom (very bad idea) they promised me that it would be activated in two days, which I was suspicious since I understand new rules stipulate that it would take a week. At the time of purchase I submitted, address proof, two references, passport photographs and passport copy, all that they asked for and its been more than 9 days now and the sim card is not activated. I have called their customer service (use the word service loosely) they claimed that I had not submitted any documentation, complete bunch of lies, when I told them that I had they gave me another number that does work again lies, can someone please help me to solve this problem.
