Someone took my mobile and pretended to make a call and ran off with it. My mobile number is[protected]. Please, stop this number from use. It is stolen. It has air time worth R400.

Check your records I use a lot of air time to call home in Africa.

This is in regards to mobile nos. [protected] and [protected] my name Samuel Singh. In the beginning of the month April2008 one mr.Shaillendra Mobile # [protected] an airtel sales rep came to my workshop and asked if i would like to get airtel post paid connection. After getting to know the good points abt having an post paid connection I accepted it. Ialso got one sim extra. Mr.Shailendra came home and got me to fill up all the required documents also took all the necessary photocopys of ID proof. Checked the original for verification. Second week of April Airtel couriered us two packages containing welcome to airtel booklet and sims. i am using airtel services since then.i received both the bills first week of May. I paid the bills by cheque. On the 8th of May our outgoings were blocked. When i contacted cust care they told me they havent received any documents which is why they have disconnected the line. After a long arguement over the phone and speaking to floor supervisor Nilesh our phones were activated only to get deactivated again on the 13th of May. This time there was no outgoing or incoming. Again i contacted cust care spoke to supervisor Zubaida Shaikh she told me there is nothing she can do and we have to submit documents again. So I went and submitted the documents at the Airtel outlet at Akurdi. After 48 hours and constant follow up with Rep in Akurdi Airtel outlet our line got activated.
Its 23rd of may and again our lines are deactivated, reason documents have not been sumbitted. Again a long arguement with customer care and the connection is fine. I called cust care after the problem was resolved to ask whether history will repeat."will my connection be disconnected again after a couple of days??" cust care says "yes" systems still show ur documents havent been submitted if we dont get it in another 48 hours we will disconnected your connection. I thank all the customer care reps. viz Ganesh, Javed, Hussain and many more!!! also the once who released the call when i was still speaking.

dear sir m cutmer with your company last 2 years have recharge 1 year with Rs 333 and get vality for 1 year last 1 year many time deducted balnce for caller tune, and other service without any information ( when call to custmer care reply will be said that you have offer this serveice) but we are not want any other furher facilities with you have not satified with your serviece last 14 days not any information and requirement your company deducted Rs 14 per week ( pl credit me Rs 28 ) my mobile no: [protected]

hi this is madhavi . c my no is [protected] prepaid, i had Rs300 in currency in mob, but without my concern the balence have come down to Rs-30. when i consulted the The Big AirTel office in bangalore they said i have dounloaded ring tunes for 385 days, just impossible they have cheated me without my knowledge they did it plz let me how to revert my money .. thanks in advance

Pathetic !!!

Most horrible customer service till date, my balance automatically deducted by rupees 150/day. Customer care representatives ohhhh god, atrocious neither the speak English nor they understand. Pathetic language used over the phone, representative hung-up a lot of times, representative did not even listen to me and said, “ Thank you for calling airtel and you have a pleasant day.” . I would never recommend airtel to anyone.
my mobile no. [protected], mr sanchit kulkarni from solapur complent number of times to customer care as well as to the retail outlet of solapur named as digital communication but my problem is not solved yet. the problem i am facing is about 1 & 1/2 yrs.
the problem is about the missed call aleart that is not responding the error is this no. does not exist, the charges are applicable to me for every months plz check and reply to me,

I have purchase a mobile sim and submited all relevant document after 4 months my mobile outgoing services is stopped. your representative said no document found I have resubmitted all document on 25.06.08 at Jhansi Office, but my no. is not working please start my out going services as early as possible or inform me we are not able to provide you service I will change my sim with other service provider.

But at from today dt:24-Jun-08 from 02:00 pm my phones Incoming & Outgoing facility had stopped by AirTel & It is dangerous that after receiving the documents you are stopping the same. I'm working in a big Hospital and due to disconnection I'v suffered from many problems, I cant attend the critical situation & who is responsible for this.

I HAVE TAKEN A DUPLICATE SIM CARD ON 26-JUNE AND DULY SUBMITE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AT BAHADURGARH.BUT STEEL THA NUMBE NOT ACTIVATED.THIS IS A VERY BAD SERVICE I HAVE COME ACROOS.
PLEASE ACTIVATE MY CONNECTIONE SOON AS POSSIBEL.IF YOU CANE NOT DO IT LET ME KNOW I WILL GO FOR SOME BETTER NETWORK OTHER THEN AIRTEL.I AM REALLY DISAPOINTED WITH YOUR SERVICE.
