[Resolved] Airtel Customer Service — Irresponsible and rude customer service | |
Hi. The hello tune services with Airtel is so very very sad that i don't get words to explain. I have this problem every time with airtel. I opt for a hello tune and it will not be activated for two days. Again i call up the customer care people, they do not know how to solve it!! They say application is down always, when i say 'always', i completely mean it. Every time they have this problem. And the next thing is, I happened to call a customer care executive at around 5:30 pm on 30th July, 2009 from Bangalore, Old airport road, the person received the call, when i explained my problem, he said, application is down and without asking anything further, he cut my speech in between and said "thanks for calling airtel" and disconnected. Just imagine!! This shows the customer service from airtel. Trust me, i am regretting for using airtel. I see lot of my frenz happy with vodafone and i am planning to switch to it as well. If this continues, airtel will definitely lose its popularity. THIA IS RIDICULOUS!! And am really really annoyed with it. I have mentioned the details of my call in the above lines bcz I want a strict action to be taken against the person bcz he did not respect a customer. And I have heard these things being done to lot of other customers as well. Airtel, wake up. Now I do know how seriously is this complaint going to be taken bcz no problem of the customers are actually solved. Was this information helpful? | |

i never applied for friends chat inspite of that an amount of rs.30/- p.m. deducted on recharge
when there is no balance, air tel never make any debits
when a top up is made whether call made to or from other phones the deductions made without a mistake
i request the authorities to listen to the voice of the customers

i had applied for airtel broadband connection. bt even after 5 days there is no response from your service providers. they took 500 rs from me for connection and every time i call them the answer is same "bus abhi aa rahe h sir". sometimes they even cut my call and sometime there cell are switched off.
please help me for this problem.

collect a cheque No 000020 dated 01 Dec. 2009 of Kotak Mahindra amounting Rs.
1000 - and the same has been debited from my account on 11.12.2009. I had
applied the broadband connection in the name of Tarun Sharma R o. H-83 Karam
Pura New Delhi-15. Cheque detail is attached herewith.
The mobile No of your executive is [protected] who collected the Cheque. He has
given me receipt with SEF no. 2011667
From Ist Jan. 2010 I am following your executives on customer care to install
broadband connection or returned my deposited amount. But till date neither any
reply received from your side nor refunded the said amount.
As I have very need of internet connection. when no response received from your
side and stated that no port is available there. I approach to MTNL and
installed broadband connection to fulfill my requirement.
I talked many times at your customer care and alloted the following IDs 1.

Three months have been passed but payment has not been received. Lastly I
talked with your senior executive Ms Rupa who assured that your amount should
be returned within 24 hours but all in vain. I noticed many times that your
customer care executing not attending my calls and they cut my calls
meanwhiles.
In view of above above my efforts no response is received from your side. It
appears that your service is very poor and not tolerable.
