[Resolved] Airtel Dealer — Wrong Behaviour | |||
Respected Sir, I am A airtel postpaid cutomer from many years,Now i want to convert it to prepaid connection. When I go to your Dealer Their behaviour is not good. firstly they said it cant change in prepaid then they said it will be off 5 to 6 days then it will be activated.they did not take us seriously.and behavior is not good.they said we are busy come any other time. Thats Wrong Sir Plz take any action against them.Every customer from this telecom is suffering from this problem.It effects the airtel goodwill. Dealer address is....... Airtel Dealer — deactivate service
I am an AirTel dealerI have been receiving regular message on daily basis: THANK YOU FOR USING DADA SUB 10 SERVICE ON AIRTEL WAP. YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS. 10 whereas I have never subscribed or utilised this service.
i have lost 50rs on my bal
Kindly arrange to deactivate this service from my AIRTEL MOBILE NO. [protected] otherwise I will surrender this connection. since last one month i have regular calling in air-tel custmor care but no positive action in your company think that

we hav brouht a airtel postpaid sim and its first bill was due to some problem the coustomer care executive alled us and she abused us like anything. i think these people should be taught a lesson how to talk to coustomers if they have any problem paying bill they should ask first rather than threatning cour notice or using abusive words. I keep on calling them, but they never listen to me. Customer are demanding airtel prepaid connection from me, but i am selling them vodafone and idea connections because i dont have any airtel prepaid connection. I always buy connections and other things on cash payment, even then also i am not getting service. So please, this is my request to you, please send me airtel prepaid new connections from any distributor, so that i can sell airtel too.

Airtel — Never Satisfy Customer
HiMy name Is Ishfaq "[protected], [protected]. I'm using Air tel from many years in Srinagar (J&K ) state of India. In my area we have all then time problem with Network, no network coverage. We try to call but sometime it is too much many hours To rectified one error and when we try to call Customer care that is not available. In Jammu & kashmir. 80% of customer belong to Kashmir valley but company shifted his main Headquarter In Jammu were only 20% of customer use Airtel Service. This is shame on the Company that they call India Leading company they are one of the worst Operator service provider of Kashmir Valley.
Customer care never satisfy customer... I think very soon we Kashmir people Will forget this Company out of Valley, . Company motive is earn money but not provide service
