[Resolved]  Airtel — Deduction of main account balance for unused service

I am using Nokia Lumia 820, with airtel prepaid. Recently I am facing regular deduction of amount from my main account regularly. I have tried by calling customer care and they said they won't return amount more than thrice for similar reason. I have been maintaining 2G and 3G balance. However, I am getting message as "thank you for downloading mp3full song. You have been deducted xxxx amt". This is fifth time I am losing my balance and and last two times I am not getting returns. This is not fair especially from airtel who is top telecom service provider of India.

AirTel — Deduction of amount in my account.

Dear Sirs,

You have deducted the amount of Rs. 10.00 in my account without prior intimation, please ensure to me, why has this amount has been deducted, this deduction is any confusion, please return back of this amount in my account at the earliest for which we shall be grateful.

AirTel — Deduction of amount from the main balance

R/sir,
I am shashikant. I am from yamuna nagar(Haryana). I am an Airtel prepaid Customer. Airtel had deducted Rs. 10/- from the main balance of my no. [protected] today (16/07/2010) for TADKA LIVE service, but I don’t have subscribed for this service. Airtel had started this service without my permission and deducted my balance Rs.10/- today at 1:30:00pm.

Two months ago, Airtel had deducted Rs.30, and that time they returned the balance by the help of Indian Consumer Complaints Forum.

I have also complained to Customer care, my complained no. is 216748.
So please take a suitable action on it.

AirTel — Regular deduction of account balance

I am fed up to contact customer care executive over phone. For the last 5 or 6 days Rs.5/- is regularly debited from my balance in the evening for NO rhyme & reason. I have no promotional offer activated in my system. This is deliberate and highly condemnable. Please in future donot force any promotional offer into my mobile, without my request.
