i had purchased my airtel DTH from brahmani electronic, palanpur, date of purchase is 06/10/2009, sir from last 1 month my set top box is not working properly, after my fathers 5 personnel visits to their distributor named M/s. Meet Electronic, palanpur, Contact person name Mr. shailesh, cell no is [protected] still problem is not solved, every time they say, visit our office and come with ur set top box, my father is seniour citizen age abt 64+,personnaly visited 5 times but they r not replieng properly and Mr. Shailesh the owner of that agency is misbehaving and using abusing language with my father, Mr shailesh is not replieng properly and harrase my father every time, sir kindly take serious action against such service provider of airtel DTH, sir kindly help us to resolve the problem and do the needfull,

sometime my stb does not works. then TV displays- insert your bharti card. or this is not authorised card. but when we shut and open stb and then beat stb from upper side then stb works again.

AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — set top box not functioning

Sir,
I made innumerable complaints regarding faulty set top box and the inability to get the signal in my TV to airtel customer care[protected] and registered. Complaints Nos.received till date are 9788121, 1470717 dtd 13.11.2009 and 141672 dtd 15.11.2009. without anybody attending to the problem I receive the message from their customer care that the problem has been resolved. ours is a new connection costing Rs.3250/- purchased on 07.11.2009. hardly a week passed and nobody attends to the problem.kindly help to redress this greivance of mine for which act i remain grateful.thanking you Sir.

It is to bring to your kind notice that my V.C has been disconnected from last week without showing any reason. But my account has been recharged with Rs. 100.00 through Airtel Card on 10.12.2009. Now my A/c balance is Rs.172.80. I contacted with your customer care Executive in several times.But no fruitful result has been achieved.Lastly on 14.12.2009 at about 3 to 4 p.m I contacted with your customer care executive Miss/Mrs. Krishna with a request to connect my V.C but she inform me that she (Airtel Co.) is unable to activate my V.C due to some reason. But reason was not disclosed to me which is not at all desirable

However, your are requested to please take up the matter in hand and arrange to activate my V.C immediately.

If not, please arrange to send the reason as to why my V.C has been disconnected from your end and also to return the Account Balance i.e.Rs.172.80 by Cheque at my residential address Vill- Bangaberia, P.O- Chaitanyapur, Dist.24 parganas(s).

Airtel — regarding best 5 airtel service

actully i have registered my complaint regarding starting of best-5 airtel no. service on my mobile as there is no response from the no. 12141. also 3 times i registered complaint on 28 feb, 3 mar and 5 mar by calling no 198 but i think that i am wasting my time only... there is no positive output from your side,,,,, lastly i am registering the complaint regarding same that is activation of best-5 service on internet so that there will be any positive response from airtel.....
after registering each complaint there was the answer from ur side, that we will call u within 2 days and solve your complaint.. but only call is came but complaint is not solved and remain as it is. . . . .
i am really very tired by regsistering the complaints.... so please positively try to solve my problem immediately so as to keep me your customer otherwise i will purchase the card of another company.......

Airtel Digital Box — Airtel Digital Box not working

Airtel Digital Box is not working for past one week complaint has been lauched on Saturday dt: 13.03.2010. Your person told that Techinician guy will be coming on monday dt. 15.03.2010 at 9.00 A.M. but he did not came nor responded. Please do the needful.

AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Airtel Digital TV still not working

I recharged my Airtel Digital TV on 15.04.2010, got installed on 16.04.10. Engineers came 3 hours late from the time given for installation. Had to cancel my going out which was scheduled at the time when they came in. Once installation was done, the digital tv channels didn't start and was told by engineers that it will start in 45 mins. and not to close the set top box. It didn't start. Called the customer service, and I was told that it will start in 2 hours. Four hours went by, it didn't start. Again complained in customer service, very rude answer was given by the customer service. No complaint no. was provided, three times that I called. Next day, on 17.04.10 morning it still didn't start. Again complained, and was told that the complaint will be looked into at 6.09 pm (in the evening). And was told if it still doesn't start you have to complain again. That means keep calling customer service and listen to arrogant answers!
Plase aaj 9 days ho ghe hai Engineer ko costumer care wale costumer ko khate hai dated 01.05.10 ko time 6:12 PM apki seva shuru ho jayi, phir bhi costumber care wale of phone per kha dated 03.05.2010 ko Evening ko 5:30 PM apki seva suru kar dhi jayi, t.v. service me ak bhi chanle nahi aa raha hai. ko jaldi say thik karawy. werna may apki compliant upbhokata mach may sikayat kar duga.

AirTel — not working airtel dth tv

Non Attendance of complaint even after calling to Customer care and local Service centre
I have Airtel DTH connection. i have purchased airtel dth tv on 24th nov 2010. after one day its start problem.. It's showing NO SINGNAL since 25 nov 2010. I was able to lodge complaint after 1 Hr continuously calling on CC no .they representative promised me it will be attended before 5 pm O'clock on 27th nov 2010 But it was not attended, i had called 3 times at customer care center on 27th nov 2010 for the same but even after 3 complaints they do not been attended.

AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — STB Not working & Worst Service

Worst customer support and service. I have raised a service request with Airtel. To my surprise when I checked the service status after two days, the complaint was set to successfuly closed without even attending/fixing the issue.
After several calls with regarding the same issue, when we called for service center again, from the registered phone no, somebody is trying to speak in a language which we dont know (I think it is Bangla, Im not complaining about the language but I dont know that language) and asking me to speak in that language. We have registered for a support in English and then second option as Tamil. The support person didnt speak English, Tamil or even Hindi.

I called them again and after a waiting period of 20 mins, a executive picked up and registered a new complaint. When asked to transfer the call to his supervisor, again after a long waiting period of 25 mins, the manager picked up and asked me to do the same old fixing list of items like stop, start, switch on the stb etc. I was already sick about their initial level of support.

One more point.. my balance amount is getting reduced promptly on a day to day basis. I have raised my initial complaint before 10 days. and For all 10 days, my balance is gone already.

Then he promised for a prompt service the next day. But no one turned up. The worst ever service and I am sure they are purposefully teasing the customers.

After initial diagnosis on phone they are simply saying that my stb is not proper and I need to replace and they would charge for the stb for around Rs.2K/- why the hell should I go for 2K for replacing this connection with such a sick support. I can rather go for a new connection with much less initial cost.
My point to any[protected] Airtel pople is dont mess with public. You will go ----- up. This is applicable to Airtel head B.Mittal too. If people decides, large business houses can be toppled in just days..

Poor cornered Airtel customers, pls avoid this kind of blood sucking companies for any of your consumer needs in future. Let the money which we have spent already be a best lesson for us..

AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Not resolving the issue related to set top box

I am using Airtel Digital TV for last two years. My customer id is [protected]. From 09-12-10 evening my digital tv set top box is not working. I have registered a complaint in the digital tv customer care on 09-12-10 and the request number is 4739211. I have been told by customer care executive that my issue will be esolved by 3:30 pm on 10-12-10. On 10th around 5 pm I got a call from Airtel engineer that he will come to my place and I agreed to come to my house from my office till 5:45. When I reached my home and called that engineer he told me that he is comming. At 6 pm I have tried to call him but the number was switched off. When I called up customer care to know the reason then customer care guy told me that issue will be resolved by 11:32 AM on 11-12-10. When I did not get any response from airtel till 2:30 pm then I again called back to customer care and asked them why my issue has not been resolved then he told me that this will be done by 5:08 pm. I have told customer care guy to give me some higher authority number or email id so that I can forward this complain further but he replied me that there is no such number. I have not received any call or information regarding my complaint till now.
Its third day that my digital tv is not working. I think some legal action should be taken against these type of irresponsible behaviour with customer.

Airtel the “worst service” ever experienced – A disgrace to the entire service industry -Missed the Golden moment – Cricket world cup finals on the so called DTH
Date 1st t April 2011, contacted Airtel customer care, informed that the STB is not working (Adaptor problem)
They gave me a request number & assured revert by 3.30 pm 2nd April, I knew that this will never happen based on my previous sad experiences ,Hence had been to most of the local Electronic shops to get this fixed but each one of the attempts failed (Adaptor compatibility is only from Airtel provided /Company specific)
I called up the Call center & asked for the Amps & Volts required, The info was not available with him
Came back home & contacted Airtel CC again, the supervisor promised that the issue will be fixed
By that the match had started but i gave some more time.
At 5 pm contacted CC again, i refused to keep my phone down from then till 9.00 in the evening ( I WAS ONLINE FROM 5PM TO 9PM – STILL THE BARBERS WERE NOT ABLE TO SOLVE THE ISSUE )
The CC supervisor contacted a few mangers but none of them picked up the call & finally he contacted a service engineer, the service engineer called me immediately & said he will there in next 30 minutes
Guess what? He never turned up till 7.30 pm & finally when i called em up he gave me reason as his bike had a break down and is with a mechanic , i wanted the name of the shop where he is standing ,so that i can pick em up , he denied to give the name & questioned me am i joking ?
I got pissed off, It was the Indian Cricket match which each one o[censored]s want to watch at home but the reason given by Sr Engr was absolutely unbelievable & asked for his manger no , he refused to give the number & said he will not be coming & i can do whatever is required (Now this is one of the reasons why i don’t keep disconnect the call as i knew the service is pathetic )
Finally the supervisor Dharmendar at 9.30 pm from 5.00 pm who was online managed a call from Service manager Arun Kumar , both assured that the service engr will be there( It was a conference call) , he did come... but it was too late , it was the 45th over and Indian Team showed signs of winning the Cup , I viewed it with the help of a local cable connection( Which turned as a last resort and served my purpose )
I refused Airtel service at night and requested Service manager Arun Kumar to forgive me for opting this kind of a service , He requested as a Gently but the purpose was not served
I am Indian and I cheer for India each time, irrespective of India winning the match or not
But with Airtel who use to take 300 Rs as the monthly Charge were incompetent with service
I had to call up my friends to find out the score, my mom & I usually watch cricket together, I do not stick with friends on these days as my mom loves cricket
I & my mom had to stand near my neighbors door step to watch a few moments of the Cricket initially
I felt insulted as my neighbor uses a local connection & was able to taste the match but i could not
You tell me is this service? Is this what i deserve for paying 300 Rs more than anyone else in the locality and do not get to see the match?
And this is not the first time u are disappointing me, Last 2 instances are where you
Deducted Rs 300 Twice is still not refunded to my account & a call back on my issue , when the sales officer without taking my consent deactivated the South Channels and charged Rs 325 every month
Airtel added some north Channels like Bengali, Punjabi others, which i don’t even understand
You tell if I write this letter in French will you understand, in the same way i[censored] gives a channel which i don’t understand and deactivate my home channels what is the point?
Are you people not ashamed of yourself for taking my hard earned money and not serving me when it was required on golden day , All i wanted was the match & you bunch o[censored]nprofessional barbers screwed up the best moment of my life
As a result of all this , I have cut the cable wires as the issue is was not rectified on time and very soon i will throw your box in to the garbage & will take a snap of this & paste the same on Facebook ,Orkut YouTube every where , with a much detailed letter ( This was informed as a warning & your supervisor Mr ( I donot remeber the name ) he is for me doing this ) , So let me try this
And and and , You will not be able to put any connections in Thubrahalli anymore as i will spread this story as much as i Can
You are a disgrace to the entire Service Industry and frauds who do not refund the money which is debited from my account twice
If you try to Debit any Charges from yesterday onwards for my account which still has a balance of Rs 100 & do not refund my Deposit , I will copy this instance with proof to media every where

AirTel — DIGITAL TV NOT WORKING

SINCE LAST 6 DAYS ,MY DIGITAL CONNECTION IS NOT WORKING AND I HAVE MADE ATLEAST 70 CALLS TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND EVERY TIME THEY HAVE GIVEN ME THE FALSE PROMISE THAT WITHIN TWO HOUR SOME ENGINEER WILL VISIT YOUR HOUSE BUT NOBODY TURNED UP.
i agree that these companies are trust able .They believe in selling their products only and earning money like anything

My set of box is not functioning properly.
It takes 5-10 minutes to get ON when power is switched ON.
wow you are not just babers but frauds also ...my issue is still not resolved but you have proact'vly closed the issue ...
Airetl 100% fraud company ...this is why i threw the box to the gar garbage and captured this on youtube ...i spit on your service ..useless bunch of barbers
