AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Not Working
My Customer ID [protected]My Airtel Digital TV is not working for the past 26 days. Numerous complaints/contacts to Customer Care and Area Service Manager, Chennai did not evoke any response. I have paid a ton of rupees to get this connection and now they are showing their back. When contacted over phone they irritate and use unparliamentary words and abruptly disconnect t5he line, Escalation to the level of their Managing Director has no impact and I feel he is big brother of the same team. I sincerely request you all not to go for Airtel Digital TV as they are just leaches to suck our blood/money and theu don't provide service.

I would like to bring to your notice that I have raised multiple requests for the set box issue since 15 days however no action has been taken yet. Whenever I call the customer care they are convincing saying it would be resolved in 12hrs/24hrs but its vain.
I never expected this kind of service from Airtel. When they are not bothered about the customer what is the use of having customer CARE center. Where is that 'CARE' showing towards customer.
Bull company. I would like to switch all the services I'm using such mobile, landline, broadband & digital tv to other service. I recommend everyone not to use airtel anymore.

First let me introduce Myself Arjun Jangid and I am from Jodhpur, Rajasthan. I have an Airtel Dth connection and my details are following below:

I glad to inform you that I am customer of AIRTEL since 7 year and happy from it. But sometime it not happens as it. If you allow than I came to my concern. Since Dated:-July, 23rd, 2011 at Time 07.20 pm I call to Airtel customer care from my registered mobile. A gentleman treats me as well.
But after this conversation I got a message on my cell phone and I feel free and dump all my worry. Next day 2 people came at my home and treat me and my concern like so badly and both are going without solved my problem.
But after sometimes (Please must be read carefully and note it) I got a message from your side that mention “ Your problem is now be solved” but how can it possible to be say without any solution any who have that right to be treat like that.

My concern and issues are following below:
Must be note I got 2 massages for your side but my concern are different in both of massage and also happy code are different in it.
Your mechanic treat me like as donkey. Why?? “who can give me answer or feel responsible for it”
Mechanic accuses me wrong and declared my STB workable without touching it and checked it.
Customer care always trying to help me. But it happen only externally not internally
Last time when a mechanic came to change my STB, he told me please use this STB for few days and when I came again after two days, I am also bring a STB like as your previous STB but it not happen till today.
At last I really want to be told you that I am not deserved this entire problem and can’t face it. I complain to you lot of time but it solved as a dirty way and got a big unprofessional sign on your company name and company service care. So, it’s my request as a gentle and old customer as please help me and try to give the definitions of your company value and name “AIRTEL”. It’s my last try so please worked on my concern and give me outcomes of my concern otherwise it my last day when I going to be disconnect my Airtel DTH for only reason to not treat customer as you can do.

AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — set-top box not working
Dear Concerned,I am Priyanka Gupta & my Customer ID is : [protected]
My set top box was not working properly since last 2-3 months which was swapped on Feb 13th, 2012 after lots of tedious follow-ups.
Rs. 350/- have been charged for this but still the problem has not resolved yet.
The agency personnel are saying that the problem lies in the television even though they have not checked the problem again.
Request you to get the problem resolves as soon as possible on a priority basis.

two compliant (request no.17773913, April 12, 2012 and request no.
17917810, April 17, 2012) and also send two e-mail in customer care, Nodal officer and Bharti Airtel ID regarding to set top box, some day (13/04/2012, Friday) before engineer come and say some error in set top box and company change it. But till date I am not receive before last 9 days new set top box and Customer care, engineer and service provider not give any satisfied answer.
Kindly do the needful in this regard as soon as possible and oblige us.
