Recharged but account is still suspended such a worst service airtel is providing

I am new to airtel, I am the same issue even after recharging TV code 6. Strange thing is I am not able to contact customer care, I get an automated reply that my customer ID and phone number is wrong. But I can access airtel xtreame app through my phone.

This is from Mumbai. Same here. Recharged the Airtel DTH TV many times with failed attempts although money was getting deducted from bank. Finally, I got recharge successful message, but channels are not getting displayed. Same error message. Called the customer care and they are asking to wait for another 24 hours to get it restored. Awkward and pathetic.
