I buy a nokia x2-01 mobile on 24 feb..
Airtel & nokia give a offer its called airtel nokia data offer.
This offer is availible in tv ads.

You can see this offer in airtel.in
In this offer you will get 100 MB per month for 1 year.

Also nokia is telling that this offer is availible.

Now a days when i call castomar care 198 or 121.
I am unable to talk with castomar care.
He is saying: plz sms a i r t e l that is airtel to our toll free no 121.
Also he send a msg to dail *121# toll free.
Tell me how can i will get this offer from airtel.

Tell me otherwise i will die..

    Dear One,
    I have been a customer of Airtel Prepaid for more than 4 years and have been registered with the NDNC over a year ago,
    But still i am getting lot of promotional sms, Calls, I have been complaining to airtel customer care so many times but "NO USE" im facing problem with ISD outgoing calls, Even that too they are unable to resolve my problem, Here the some complaint numbers,
    1.C0GCI[protected] "on 25th apr"
    2.CBDCC[protected] "on 26th apr"
    3.COGCI[protected] "on 27th apr"
    4.CDRGP[protected] "on 04 of may again i called customer support and asked for number portability for that they have given some number to contact but i always prefer airtel that is the only reason still i have not change my network. But i don't know why airtel is not at all responding to the customer's complaint.
    I have made so many calls so many request to AIRTEL but no one is ready to solve this small issue.

      SEEK REMEDY UNDER CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT
      please deactivate daily prayer message and devotional message from 54542 and 54321 respectively to my number [protected]...it seems to be a mere fraudulent activity...if it continous, there is no other way except changing this network.i lossed 3 rupees and now my balance goes negative.please take a remedial action without delay.
      Hi my no is [protected]. Its chennai no. Please deactivate the Daily prayer service, and Airtel Pictures alerts. For this alerts i am loosing 2 Rs daily. But now i am in bangalore so using bangalore no. If i go to tamil nadu and i will change my airtel no. At that time my balance will be in minus (-) rs. So please deactivate it. I hope i wont loose my balance without using the sim at present.

        I have an Airtel Prepaid sim which am using currently. but for past one week my outgoing calls and messages are being suspended for non submission of proof whereas i had already submitted it wen i got the connection. this is done without any notification.

        And i was not able to contact any of the customer care representative. The 121 toll free number doesn't reach to the customer care representative and 198 toll free number doesnt go from my number since outgoing is blocked.

        I again submitted the proof in nearest Airtel outlet and they said they will solve the problem within 48hrs.But am sure that this problem wont be solved even within 48hrs because they dint here the problem which i was about to explain them. when i went to the office they asked me to fill the new airtel form and submit it along with photo and proof.

          Airtel Company is very POOR and rank is OOOOOOOOOOOOO...
          I had recharged my Cellphone bearing Number [protected] through mcheck from ICICI Bank on the 29th, September 2008. The money has gone out of my account to Airtel and my phone has not been recharged till date. I tried contacting the office by email but no response from them. I called customer care and regestered my complaint (Complaint Number:[protected] but no response till date.
          Dear Sir,
          PL. be informed that I got my Mobile bearing No. [protected] got recharged for Rs. 250=00
          on 19.10.2008, 2.29PM vide transaction I.D No.[protected]
          As my mobile connection is pre-paid life time with full talktime of recharge by deduction of service tax.
          Where as during this recharge they have changed my plan to Campus one without asking me
          & a talk time of Rs. 50=00 only is being permitted against recharge of Rs.250=00
          I could not get any reply from coustmer care to whom I contacted number of times yesterday.
          Later on they stopped receving my calls.
          Is this the attitude of Airtell towards its coustomers
          How they can change my plan without my permission
          I want that my recharge of Rs. 250=00 should be immediately changed to my earlier
          plan of full talk time

          i had rs1 in my cell, i went to the shop to recharge..i did it with rs51..bt till the very nxt day..my balance remain the same..no change..neither i can call nor i can send any sms..and this is creating a lots of troble.
          not only that..i recharged 4 lifetime before..but it always shows me that i hv 2 recharge agai after 3 years..though it is 4 lifetime wat i hv done..hopeless...not satisfied at all...more harrassment too...

            Legal Notice Sent for paying the pending bills

            Since because i was not provided with a proper service from airtel for my postpaid connection i wanted to convert my number to prpaid connection, so i walked into the airtel shop and submitted the proof and waited for bill payment but they dint accept the payment due to some system problem and also that was the day where i can change the connection else i need to wait for next bill cycle to get over ... after that i jus stoped using the card,...

              I was using airtel postpaid connection with number [protected] when i wa sin Bangalore.Later due my shifting of job i was not able to clear the bill.After somedays my number got barred,and i received a call saying that i had to pay Rs 7500/- which was my outsatnding amount.
              So i said i will it installment and it was agrede by their executive and i have made a payment of Rs3500/- at one of the airtel outlet in Coimbatore.
              Recently i have received a call from one more executiove named Deepthi from recovery department Bangalore saying that i have to pay an outstanding amount of Rs7284/- I have told her that i already made a payment Rs3500/- and I have submitted the scanned copy of the amount paid. She apolozised me for that and later asked me to do the final settlement by paying Rs 2784/- .When i went to the airtel outlet for paying the bill they said that they need a dummy for paying my as my previous number was blocked.When in turn i contacted them they were asking me to deposit in their bank account,for which i refused.Later she called me again and asked to make the payment by 30 May ,2011.
              After two days i received a mail from legal department stating
              Sub: Outstanding Dues on your Airtel Mobile.[protected]

              Ref: Mobile No: [protected] Account No: [protected]

              We have not received a response to our Previous Tele-calls/Field visit & Letters

              regarding non -payment of bills towards the above said account for a net outstanding of Rs 7063

              We must now tell you that we expect payment to be made on or before 25/5/2011. If payment has not been received by the date given we will pass the matter to our solicitors with instructions to commence legal proceedings. This will be done without further warning to you.

              Please make the payment in favor of M/s.Bharti Airtel Limited -Mobile Services A/c:[protected] by cheque/DD or by cash/credit card. If you have already made the outstanding payments prior to receiving this letter you are requested to furnish us the proof of payment to avoid further action.

              When i called up the number mentioned there ,there was no proper response from them.How can they do this without proper communication among them and asking us to pay more amount.
              Im really vexed up with their poor services and no proper information available.When i ask them to send their executives to collect the money they say its not possible.

                Hi,

                Myself bibha an Ex- Airtel DTH user. My customer Id is [protected] and connection was first installed in Gurgaon dated 21st March 2009. on 11th Feb 2011 i shifted to mumbai and asked for re-installation on 5th March. Airtel fellows visited my new address for 4-5 times and couldn't re-install due to some directional problem which led to non-connectivity. since then i logged complaints for many time and every time the same unsuccessful story. later on i cancelled all my requests and shifted to some other service provider. noe today 10/05/2011 again i tried for re-installation request then the airtel guys are telling that since my account is -ve (negative) they can't log a request.

                My complaint is 1. how they are not capable enough to re-install

                2. if not re-installed how the renal is being charged on daily basis

                3. Now what to do with their instruments like (set-top box, remote, antena, wire etc)

                4. why not taking request to install at some fesible location.

                Airtel DTH — re-installation charges

                HI,

                My Airtel-DTH is getting "no-signal" problem again and again. I got solved this problem two times before but this time I requested to re-install my Airtel-DTH in the same home but at different place. I confirmed the charges of installation that was 200 RS, But when the agent came, he demanded 300 RS and when we told about the conversation with customer care agent.He just refused to come at my home.

                Its not a matter of money, Its just a matter of trust and services that Airtel provides.

                  I did a mobile number portability from Tata Indicom to Airtel in March 2011 after contacting Airtel, Rajajinagar outlet. A person took my documents and Rs 300 cash as refundable deposit. The manager of the outlet told me this will be refunded after I stay for 3 months with Airtel.
                  When my account was activated, I observed that there was no mention of the Rs 300 refundable deposit in my name. I called the manager and the call centre. They assured me it will get updated in two days, as there was a backend issue.
                  From then till now I have been calling and writing to customer care, nodal officer and finally appellate authority at airtel. Other than replying that they have forwarded to the concered team, there is no other response. I also scanned a copy of my application form which mentions that Rs 300 has been collected from me, but no response.
                  The problem seems to be bigger and lot of Airtel customers may be losing money like this and this may have the support within and outside Airtel.
                  Request you to highlight this to the concerned authorities.

                      my office aware macs has provided me an airtel connection with mobile number [protected]. i have a mobile alert service for unbilled amount. The company through the sms informed mr that my unbilled amount on 25/09/2010 was Rs.29.58.The very next day i.e.26/09/2010 the unbilled astronomically shot up to Rs.510.48.hardly made 2 calls on 25/09/2010. I want an explanation as to how the amounty shot up in one day without me making hardly an calls.

                      When i sought information with airtel the executivescould give any explanation. they said they cannot provided info immedialty. I should look to my bill when it is sent. the service by airtel is deplorable.i want immediate information from the company

                      hi , this is nithyanandhan... i am having a airtel postpaid connection.. previously i was using only for making calls and my bill was around 400-500 per month.. this month i activated the internet gprs pack 98 which comes with a free usage of 2gb. after using it for a week my unbilled amount was raised to 3500rs with no reason eventhough i have used the internet of 200mb only yet... recently i got a msg stating to make a payment for 3100rs for uninterrupted service. when i call the customer care they told they will increase the credit limit from 1500 to 5000. suddently today morning my connection with the network was cut and couldnot make anything out of my mobile. when i contacted the customer care dept they told we have to make payment for 3500rs to get it activated and that amount will be taken for the next month payment.. i feel it is completely meaning to have postpaid connection with the payment made before we use it. and my actual bill is not the one i am payment which is 6 times my actual bill which is quite unacceptable.. now i was made into situation to leave the network...
                      thank you for ur reply. again i am shocked on seeing my unbilled amount increased by 700rs in a day being my outgoing facilities is restricted for my mobile no. dono how this stuff works really... am really worried about this... my details are

MY PROBLEM STARTS FROM 15-APRIL,2011 WHEN I SHIFTED MY RESIDENCE FRO ONE BLOCK TO ANOTHER IN THE SAME SECTOR. I CALLED AIRTEL TO SHIFT MY CONNECTION TO MY NEW RESIDENCE. TILL DATE[protected] THEY HAVE NOT SHIFTED MY CONNECTION. I HAVE CALLED HUNDRED OF TIMES ,EVERY TIME THEY SAY SORRY AND ASK FOR NEXT 03 DAYS TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM BUT TILL DATE THEY ARE DITCHING ME. NOW TIRING FROM THEIR HIGHLY CALLOUS ATTITUDE I DECIDED TO CANCEL MY BROADBAND CONNECTION NOW, THEY ARE NOT EVEN CANCELLING MY CONNCETION. EVERY TIME THEY ARE GIVING ME DIFFERENT LURES BUT NOT DOING ANY THING. IT IS ALREADY 40 DAYS AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE AND ABOVE ALL THEY SENT ME THE FULL BILL TO PAY OF 823 . HOW STUPID OF THEM THAT FROM 15TH APRIL IAM NOT USING THEIR CONNECTION HOW THEY ARE ASKIING FOR THIER BILL. EVERY TIME A NEW PERSON FROM AIR TEL TELL ME THAT YOUR CONNECTION IS NOT POSSIBLE, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE FULL BILL IN NEXT BILL WE WILL GIVE WAIVER.BUT WHEN IAM NOT INTERESTED IN THEIR CONNECTION WHY THEY LINGERING TO NEXT BILL.

                            SIR,DUE TO THIS AIRTEL IS MENTALLY HARRASSING ME FOR DOING NOTHING. I DO NOT WANT TO USE MY INFLUENCE FOR SUCH A PETTY THING BUT IT DOESNOT MEAN THAT SUCH COMPANY SHOULD HARRASS A OFFICER. IT IS REALLY AVERY BIG SHAME FOR AIRTEL. FOR THE LAST SIX YEARS WE ARE USING THEIR PRODUCTS BUT WHAT THEY GIVEN TO ME , ONLY TENSION AND HARRASSMENT. WITH THIS IAM GOING TO CONSUMER COURT AND OTHER FORUM INCLUDING ZEE TV, AAJ TAK, DEHI AAJ TAK FOR ALL THIS HARRASSMENT.

                              Its really funny that you cannot check your 3G balance when you use Airtel 3G USB stick. Only way to check your balance is to remove the SIM from USB stick and put it in a 3G mobile and then check the balance. This is not a feasible solution.

                              @AIRTEL - You cannot expect your customer to carry a 3G phone to check the balance.

                              I was really wondering how they designed this whole process. Common airtel hire some smart guys who can THINK.

                              I paid 2500 rupees and now I dont know how to check the validity :-(.

                              Hope someone is reading this from airtel and take some step to fix it.

                              I had to call customer care to know the balance but they ask me to wait for long time and then disconnected the phone. They even charge for this call. This is very bad service from Airtel.

                              Such butt heads, you could have written the solution here instead of copying and pasting this stupid canned reply. Even i have an Airtel 3G datacard and have the same problem. since we can send and receive SMS via the data card, isn't there any way to send SMS to 121 with some code and retrieve the balance.

                              My wild guess is that there is such a code and you airtel dumbasses don't know what it is.

                                I have recieved 3 messages each deducting Rs 10 from my account. First message on May 6th 2011 @ 13:55
                                May 7th 2011 @ 14:53
                                May 9th 2011 @ 18:13

                                After recieving these message i did call 121 and 198 and questioned the Customer service rep. All of them were not able to answer me satisfatorily, but one thing in common that was echoed in their word was the money cannot be refunded.

                                I even asked them when i have not even aware of what and how to access this games or where is it available. They had no response.

                                Similar thing happened on some radio related offer and there was a option to unsubscribe my number from there.

                                Please let me know what will be the best method to avoid all such annoying and surprising airtel features which cause more and more trouble to consumers.

                                Also The DND facility is big bogus in Airtel. How do i get it finally active. if there is no way let us know we can at least shift to other service providers.

                                  As per said subject i want to share you my bad experience with Airtel- Delhi. I have activated a postpaid connection near-about a month back which number is [protected]. executive has confirmed me to activate select 199 plan on my number with addition benefit of 100% CUG free and 50 paisa/Minute STD rates. After-that i have checked with your 121 facility about my call rates and they have confirmed me that the call rates are for STD is 1rupee/minute. On same day i have logged a complaint at 121 and CC guy given me complaint number F[protected]. Till generated of my first bill i have made 9 calls to 121/198, 4 calls executive and 6 SMS for bill plan check, and every time i have requested on voice that please update it, and every time executive answered me that "this is very small work and its already done and don't worry about it. I am here". Then i feel that work will be taken care by your executive very smartly.. After the bill receiving i found that bill is wrongly generated then i spoke to 121/198, 4to5 times your executive 5-6 times and no one is in position to give me answer. Now i am suffering with this issue because my bill payment last date is coming and there is no solution in my hand..
                                  I am a resident of Kanpur with a PAN and a valid P.P. alongwith a Airtel Sim.

                                  I wish to obtain a prepaid SIM of Kolkata with the above the above information.

                                  I have contacted an Air Tel agent to provide internet through broad band service in my PC. It was very easy because my building is well connected with broad band cable at Indra puri colony Near Bhawarkunwa and earlier connection was given to some one. Sales officer Mr. Suresh Bhagat responded very soon on 21st August 07. We completed all paper formalities & I paid Rs. 600/- . I asked when I can get the service. I hoped on 23rd but he promised by 24th positively. August 23rd I got cable connection up to PC and phone (instrument) connection. The person who connected the line told that tomorrow morning you will get modem connection and your PC will regularize the internet facility. Modem provider is separate staff. Next day I was waiting and nobody came. When I telephoned to air tel. office, Mr. Shri Ram telling him staff told that today he is on leave and tomorrow he will attend you surely. I informed that I will be out of station from 25th to 29th. Again he promised that before you leaving by noon, modem must be installed but he was failed. During my leave he telephoned 2-3 times asking that when I will return? I told to return on 30th and came back on 30th. Again I was promised that 31st modem will be installed but by evening 19.00 hrs. While writing this mail nobody came.. I also contacted to Bhopal office and they replied that by evening the person will connect the modem. Now every concerned are not picking up the phone
                                  I surprise and wonder such behavior from Air Tel service provider employs in this competitive age. I get hurt ten days, felt very sad and decided not to obtain any service from Air Tel. Mr. Sunil Bharti Mittal who built this great empire will also feel very shame hearing customer dissatisfaction.
                                  I was very happy if I was told that I will get service after one month but this type communication gap and falls talking I have seen first time in my life.

                                  I am Vikram Rathore from Faidabad using airtel postpaid connection i.e. [protected] from last 3 years. My bill period is 26-Jan-2011 to 25-Feb-2011. I was quite confused to see my bill when i tried to investigate further. I found few calls were done to Europe and SAARC from "22nd Feb to 25th Feb" but all these numbers were unknown to me.
                                  I straight foward called my service provider and asked them to look into the matter.
                                  They waived the charges for those unknown numbers.
                                  Simultaneously i was cross checking the same number details on the net and i found that there are many such persons who have faced the similar problem like me.
                                  Some how i came to know through Mr. Shiv Singh Meena complaint how to expidite the dialled call details. The moment i checked the log through my handset i was shocked to see that the somebody is using my number from last many days daily. In the starting he was dialling through my number in the odd hours now one has started dialling even in the day time.
                                  Immediately i called my service provider and asked them to stop my GPRS as well as ISD services.
                                  But yet one is trying to make the calls.
                                  I have reported the issue to Old Faridabad Police station as well as there in airtel customer care they asked to me to change the sim.
                                  But even after changing the sim problem is not resolved yet.

On 09/05/2011 i was fully busy in meeting during 9:30 am to 8:00 pm as i am in cipla pharma but my balance automatically cut by airtel company that is near about 300. Even i did not pick any call during the meeting, as i received 2-3 times call from my colleague.
                                    I did complaint to airtel customer care, after talking three different different persons at customer care i did not get any satisfactory answer from them. they told me that i used the airtel live and internet browsing between 3 am to 3 pm. As i told them that i was completely busy in meeting how can i use the internet during meeting as i have reliance data card also provided by cipla ltd.
                                    finally the customer care person give me a mob no. of rajasthan zonal manager. really this is so pathetic for airtel being a no. one telecommunication company. this is not only going in airtel even others companies also earning money with this rubbish way. person who is not literate they cant take any action towards this silly companies. 300 rs not matters for me but the thing is that how can we keep ourself silent.                                     i dillip kumar behera is a airtel prepaid connection no- [protected] at panipat in Haryana state.Last six months, i am facing call drops i. e.incoming/outgoing calls are automatically cut during calling and balance money deducted even if a single voice conversation with the caller.The matters are raised before the airtel cal centre several times, but they are not doing any correcting action or satisfactory answer to me.During calling local signal network was ok and i am using nokia 3110c handset is also newone workig fine.

                                      witout any prior information.They just send a message that Rs 15and
                                      Rs10 has been charged from your account for certain services.
                                      But I have not sent any message for any such services. I am calling to
                                      the customer care for last 3 hours but they are not picking the call.
                                      They are illegally deducting balances from customer in the name of cervices .
                                      So Sir please look into the matter.This is not only my problem .
                                      Daily thousands of customer facing the same chronic problem.
                                      They are not that much aware to complaine all these things .
                                      That's why all these unscrupulous act of service providers go unheeded.

                                      The irrelevant balance deductions of airtel is creating a nuisance in life of every student !!! These airtel services deduct our balance without any prior information....and the customer care services simply fails to find a solution to this problem. I am tired of calling the customer care because neither do these people refund the balance nor find a solution to it..!!!
                                      its my very humble request to plzz kindly inform the customer before deducting thier balance...and to be very frank...either refund their balance or find some other ways to fool your customers.
                                      PS: the customer care services are meant for the customer's help.....and the so called airtel network for the easy use of the customer....so kindly gear up now...and look through your idiotic nonsense.....its high time now....nobody can take this nonsense that you guys are deducting our balance for your idiotic schemes and hello tunes...!!!!
