AirTel — Disconnection of Airtel number

To Whomsoever It may concern

I wish to highlight problems faced using Airtel services. I had switched from Tata Docomo to Airtel through Mobile Portability Service. Without intimation in advance, my outgoing and incoming services were barred. When i enquired then i got to know that they need documents.

Within 2 days, i submitted all the required documents at the Airtel Gallery, Near Borivali (West ) Stn but its been over a month and till date my number is still inactive. I dont know what to do. Whenever i go there, they assure me of activating by evening which is a fake promise.

Please help me to get my complaint address.

Airtel Mobile — Number Disconnected

I am holding the mobile connection number [protected] for the past 7-8 years. The current status of the mobile is shown as "Inactive Sim". On enquiry it has come to my notice that the number has been disconnected for no reason and without any information.

Kindly let me the reason thereof. Such act on your part is causing hardship and harassment to me.

Please restore my services immediately. My alternate number to contact [protected].
