I have recorded their voices also. I have complained about the people who are called me.But repeat the cheating again with another telecaller.I have Recorded voices of telecallers.

    Airtel Postpaid Connection — Regarding Post paid connection

    I am Aravindan .I am working in Hcl company.I am using post paid airtel(250 plan.I use to call often to singapore.so can you tell me whether there is any rate card available so that i can reduce my call rates...

    Airtel Postpaid — Airtel postpaid cheat

    i took a postpaid GPRS connection in jaunary paid 5500
    i used connection for one week and the seem was barred stating that address verification has failed as they could not locate the address ...raised the request four times and they people claim that they tried to call me on my alternate number and the number was invalid.
    then they reactivated the incoming but outgoing was blocked ...
    i used to card of one month and they sent a sms stating that ur bill has been dispatched to ur home ...and it has been received
    now when the address verification guy could not locate my home but the billing guy located it ...and still address verification failed.
    now they have cancelled my number itself

    [censored]s stole my around 7500rs in two months

    be aware of the burglars and never take a postpaid connection there

    Airtel Postpaid Connection — Post Paid Complaint

    I am not satified with the post paid services, I am
    facing Billing problems for more than two to three
    times, I have paid the bill on 25.04.2008 and I have
    received SMS that payment made on 27.04.2008,

    Every Month I have contacting Airtel customercare
    every month for the issue and I am getting the
    complaint number but I am not getting the Fee Waived.

    But I have received the message that Bill payment of
    Rs 450 on 27/04/2008 at 07.20 P.M REceipt numnber

    on the Previous month I have made the payment on
    24.03.2008 But I have received the message that Bill
    payment of Rs 550 on 28/03/2008 at 09.24 P.M Receipt
    Numnber[protected].


    on the Previous month I have made the payment on
    25.02.2008 at 07.00 P.M But I have received the
    message that Bill payment of Rs 477 on 27/02/2008 at
    01.42 A.M REceipt numnber[protected].

    Pls find the complaint number

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Please find enclosed herewith a copy of the monthly statement of aforesaid credit card of your reputed organization. In this regard, being a member of Tata Family, I have already released a cheque No. 559475 dated 20th May, 2008 of Central Bank of India, Deonar Branch for full and final payment of outstanding amount, which was billed unknowingly by you without my instruction.

    I would like to draw your kind attention towards deduction of my cell phone billing amount from the TATA Credit Card which is not as per the consent or instruction of the Card Holder (myself). In fact, a photocopy of the credit card was submitted to the Airtel (Bharati Cellular) as a supporting document. I don’t know, how did you entertain such transactions without my prior instructions and it is also crystal clear that the user’s name in the bill is RIMA, whereas in Tata Credit Card the name of the holder is REMA.

    What about Business Ethics? Do you only believe in recovery? What about Customers’ Satisfaction?

    I had cancelled my post-paid connection in the month of Febraury, 2008, of which I have two receipts collected from the Airtel Gallery, Chembur of excess payment adviced by the executives of the Gallery for conversion of mobile connections from Post-paid to Pre-paid, the executive of the Airtel Gallery promised me that both the connections will get converted within 48 hours in the month of February, 2008. Unfortunately, till today, I am receiving bills for both the post-paid connections inspite of my frequent requests.

    Is it possible to get the aforesaid amount back or do I need to contact ….. ?

    Airtel Postpaid — Cheating customers by Wrong Information to get new connections

    Hi i am guruprasad 2 days back i got a call from Airtel office in Bangalore[protected] a lady by name Kokila told me about a new plan of 249/- rental per month, 600 mins free to any local GSM mobiles, daily 100 msgs free, Call charges - A-A 40ps, A- local Gsm 50ps, Landline 1re... I took a new connection [protected] now my plan is totally different. I am calling the above number but they not ready to speak properly i had called 10 times but they are disconnecting the call hearing my complaint. This is really worst experience i had with airtel.
    ABSOLUTELY TRUE.

    Airtel Connection — Postpaid Connection

    I have taken an postpaid connection from airtel, But since the time i have taken it i have receiving calls from Cistomer care executives that they are going to Disconnect the connection as they have received the request for the same. But Surprisingly i hac=ve noever logged an request.Every time they called me i have always confirmed them my adress as well as certain credentials and several times i added a password to my no at Airtel office so that nobody can retreive my infortmation but still shockingky they cal me and say that again they havr received request for the disconnecvtion. Now when i moved to my hometown and just diaconnected a call from airtel office as iaws in roaming, They have diconnected my no.Now when i caled on my no it says that this number doesnot Exist.I ahve always made my Bill payments in time, Never delayed but still received a pthetic service from there end

    Airtel — Cheating from Airtel - prepaid to pospaid connection

    Hi

    I had applied for getting my prepaid connection converted into a post paid connection but till date i have got this done all i m getting is a lame excuse and false commitments from Airtel executive which shows an unprofessional system process .

    Airtel executive had been to my office on 25th June and collected the necessary documents and a amount of 300 RS giving me the Airtel SIM.
    After that he said a verification executive will be coming to my place on friday and he doesn t turn up he calls me on Saturday he comes to my residence and does the verification again on monday i get a call from the airtel executive(Mr.Suresh) that he wants to meet me at my office but he doesnt turn up on monday and calls me on Wednesday and fixes a appointment at 2 PM where in he again doesn t turn up .
    I approached the customer service for an update they said that in 12-18 hours it will be done which till date has not been done.
    yesterday i escalated this to the supervisor (rajlakhsmi ) and she commited that it would be done in 12-18 hours which again was a false commitment . Yesterday evening again i call up the supervisor and he said that i will get a call and will be done in 8 hours .Today at 2.00PM i called up airtel i get a very bad response from (Shewta ) on this she has committed 4 hours and now i get a call from airtel saying that they would come for a verification again .
    what is this scene or rather nonsense . I am a very old customer of airtel and i had never changed my number . Perhaps my number would say that.
    If i don t get my connection done by today i would disconnect airtel and sincerely would not recommend Airtel to any people i know .
    This shows how unprofessional and a false commitments airtel would give that too when Airtel is a king in Mobile network .

    Its not more than 2 weeks and airtel has not got this done . When i asked for my money refund
    airtel said that they wont do the refund.

    Could you please help me on this as i am really un happy with the service.

    From Last 4 days I am receiveing SMS from Airtel saying "RC100 PER175 LOCAL + STD MINUTS. 150 MINUTS TURANT, BAKI 25 MINUTS 24 GHANTEME. VIDHATA 30 DIN" As per SMS I recharge with 100 & i got only 1.00 Minute talk time then I gave call to call center & asked for the same then I was told that this sceam is for "AIRTEL TO AIRTEL" ONLY But company is not disclosing this information now I was chitted by company.

      I had an airtel plan of 1149 for 4mbps/40 gb per month. I had used up my limit 4 days earlier and hence asked the customer care for the smartbytes package as i was not able to purchase it myself. On calling the customer care on 6-7-13 at around 1.15pm I asked the person if I can migrate the plan or buy smartbytes. She didn't clearly listen to my request and in her broken english told me that she has raised request for the smartbytes package. I enquired more about the migration plan and said she should cancel the smartbytes thing as i'm already migrating to new plan and she told me she'll arrange the call back. The call back never came. I called them back again and then they told me they can't cancel the smartbytes request. Furthermore, the smartbytes package wasn't even activated, so i'll be paying 300 for a service which i did not even get to see because their customer representative didn't understand my request. I kept that aside and asked for the migration to 1499 plan to which they complied and said will be activated immediately.
      2 hours later, I called them back saying it isn't done yet to which I got another 4 hour extension and and escalation in request.
      4 hours later, after calling another time, they told me to wait till 8 hours are over after which they'll contact the backend team.
      I waited the entire day. The next day morning the migration hadn't been done and I again called back. This time I got 4 hours extension with a notice that they'll surely release the port. I'm still waiting for activation. Meanwhile I've spent around 50 rs calling their support number [protected] which isn't toll free and takes about 3 minutes just to navigate to speaking with the csr. I'm fed up with their service.

      The company called me up and resolved the issue. It's good to see the company taking steps to sort out issues of an individual customer. I think every company has issues but the greatness comes from what steps the company takes to resolve them and how fast. I am very impressed.

      Airtel — migration not done on time

      I have filled the form for migration(pre to post) on dt 09/05 /08 with all the required documents, I was told it will be activeted within 48 hrs, but till today it is not activated.Yesterday on launching a camplaint, they called me and confirmed my prepaid and postpaid sim no. and assured me that it will be activated by thursday night(15/05/08), but nothing happened till now. And if I am calling them now, either they are saying that the server is down call after N hours or simply they are putting me on hold and then disconnecting the call. I had never used AIRTEL before, but still having an opinion that it is one of the best network provider in India. But now I can confidently say that Relience is the best. From my past 6yrs experience I have never experienced such situation in Reliance.I was planning to disconnect my Reliance connection but after all this I have changed my mind.

        I purchase a new handset NOKIA LUMIA 620 on 15 JUNE 2013.AIRTEL is giving a HANDSET BUNDLE OFFER(HBO)in which 6 GB 3G data is provided valid for 3 months.But this offer is still not provided to me.I complain to 198 helpline and APPELLATE OFFICER OF AIRTEL OF RAJASTHAN CIRCLE using E-mail but every time giving me different excuses.Telling me that my mobile is detected as NOKIA LUMIA 5202 in their system so plan is not provided.
        PLEASE RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM.

        Airtel — bundle of problems

        1. whenever i cal their customer care no. to talk to their customer executive vo sab options bataenge except of telling the customer how to talk to their executive
        2. without informing the customer kuch bhi activate karr dete hai and balance deduct karr lete hai... 1 no. ke chor hai
        mere no. ko mushkil se abhi 1 saal he hua hai and till now they have deducted atleast Rs.150 - 200 frm my balance.
        3. recently abhi 3-4 din pehle god knows airtel walo ne apne aap koi yahoo ki service activate karr di and mere Rs. 20 deduct karr liye... mushkil se inke customer care ezecutive se baat hui to unhone mujhe 12132 pe cal karr inke technical executive se baat karne ko kaha ... and i m constantly trying to cal them but every time ek recording bajti hai which says 'pls sms AIRTEL to 121 to know about your balance and validity qurries'

        AirTel — about offers

        Dear sir
        I am an airtel coustomer. My sim no. is [protected] since 2-3 times componey is automatically activeing some offers like AL FRIENDS CHAT & S-JOKS & cuts my balance. I had complented to 121 coustomer care but they are not talking proprely & end the call .
        i trust in this company so i usse it but if it will happen again so i m unable to use this company I will trust in other ones .

        Nokia — not providing mobile part

        sir, i bought a nokia 5233 handset on[protected], which is in warranty. touch panel of my phone is not working since july 20 2010. so i went to nokia care and ask for replacement of that part and they told me that after 15 days u may collect that part, but till now they haven't given me that part and as many times i went there for that part they just keep on saying that come after one week .
        so sir , i request you to take some strict action against them.

        Sir,
        I bought a nokia5233 handset (IMEI-[protected])on[protected].the touch pannel of this handset is not working so i went to nokia care and they asked me that come after 15 days and get your part replaced but but today 2 months have been completed but still they are saying that come after 15 days and whenever we went upto there they behave rudely without giving complete info. and also saying that go where ever you want no one can harm us .

        Nokia — about the handset

        hi, i had buyed nokia c3 handset 25 days back . and after 3 days only i got a problem in may handset. i went to customer care that time itself i request them to change my handset. but they did service and gave me back same handset. again with in one hour same problem occurrd again. and again it went for same servicing . i just want to ask one question from nokia.. that such a big and branded company nokia ...how can do this to customer . i hade paid money in thousand then why should i take repair instrument again and again. ands i request nokia says themselves a ''connecting people'' to cange my handset as i was saving money from long time to buy nokia. but my bad luck first time i buyed and the set is defected.

        Nokia Mobile — HANDSET PROBLEM NOT RESOLVED

        I have given complaint several times but the problem was not resolved by the Nokia Dealer M/s Devatha Communications/Kukatpally/Hyderabad till today .I have been facing very much difficulty from starting on wards ie 22/11/2010 ....But the Problem was not been solved and was telling "we are sending the hand set to Nokia Company"but they didn't give the Hand set to the company or not resolved the problem.
        This is the seventh time that the same problem is repeated in the same dealer and again I have hand over the hand set for repair.

        So kindly help me in this regard what steps I have to take to replace my Mobile.

        I bought Nokia c5-03 on aug 2011 and on the very day the handset starts giving problem . I also reached to Nokia care centre but i was not at all satisfied with their job please give some solution for this
        i agree with this.
        Different excuses given to me by AIRTEL CUSTOMER-
        (i).This offer is not valid on your mobile no. Due to any technical problem.we will resolve your problem very soon
        (ii).There is no offer in NOKIA LUMIA 620 at this time.
        (iii).The offer was valid till 22 January 2013.Now it has expired.But same offer is provided to my friend on 21 March 2013.
        (iv).The mobile handset which is you now using is detected by our system as NOKIA LUMIA 5202.
        so the offer is not given to you.But i m not mad that complaining from 16 July.
        I have original bill of NOKIA PRIORITY DEALER from wher i purchase the mobile.

          Dear Sir,

          We had taken a Airtel Broadband connection :[protected].

          This connection was taken in our new Appartment thru a temporary line; which was not evne able to carry 2 mbps speed; which used to get disconnected every 15 minutes.

          We caled up at call center to complaint about this but no action was taken.

          Since entire building had temporary connection; after complaint - airtel changed the wire for all the appartments EXCEPT FOR OUR APPARTEMENT.

          The technician from Airtel came to check the issue & informed us that SINCE ONLY OUR APPARTMENT HAD TEMPORARY LINE SO INTERNET CONENCTION WAS NOT WORKING and ALSO THERE WAS NO USAGE IN OUR BILL TOO.

          Then we again got call form Airtel about bill payment not done. We informed them about the issue techician told us about and that we were not able to use the connection at all.

          They again send the technician to our place - now this time we called up at the call center and asked them to record our converstaion - techinican informed the airtel call center that there was no connection at our place and there was no usage too since last few months [for which payment wasnt done]. Call center noted it and told us they will resolve this issue.

          After few days we again get call from airtel and now from advocate that a case is being filed against us.
          We informed advocate about the issue and so he said that now nooone will trouble / harass us with these calls.

          But now again today we got call from advocate about the case.

          We have been harassed since so many months now... for connection that we have not used. It clearly states no usage.

          IT IS A CASE OF MENTAL HARASSMENT against airtel without any reason.

          Please help us.

          Airtel Broadband — Complaint against Airtel Broadband

          Dear Sir,

          This is to register complaint against airtel broadband. I have been using this connection for more than 2 yrs. The connection was in the name of my friend and a month ago, I had given a request to change this to my name. I also have submitted necessary documents to Airtel for the address proof.

          It's been more than a month now and the name transfer never happened so far and the worst part is my connection got deactivated (both broadband and landline) 10 days back by airtel. I have been visiting airtel outlet and also calling cutomer care for reactivation on daily basis. There is no response from airtel so far.

          This has been the worst service I ever faced from airtel and I would like to cancel my connection also. I also expect a proper compensation for the inconvininece caused by Aitel. Please do the needful. Thanks in advance.

          Hi,

          I am being mentally harasses by airtel broadband team for making payment for the no which is not installed at my home but they have activated the no. No is [protected]. they have activated this no from may 29 2013. They are sending me messages for NBW etc. and i am getting threatening calls from them to make the payment.

          I had already made complaints n no of times to resolve the issue but they say they are going to waive off the bill and resolve the issue. but all fake. I am being harassed continuously. I tried to seek legal advice but didn't find any. No one is ready. complaint no are 36317612 and 35928544.

            I am using Airtel postpaid numbers [protected]/29 from last one and half year.

            Till Feb-13, i was getting all paper bill of both number on my registered address.

            But from March-13 onward, i am getting any paper bill although i am receiving message from 121 for bill delivery to my address.

            Due to nonavailability of original bill, i am not able to claim bill same amount to my office resulting loss of earning.

            I am requesting every month to airtel customer care number 121/189 for bill issue then they are sending a xerox copy which is not acceptable by my accounts (already informed same to Airtel customer executive).

            I request through facebook & twitter also but no response.

            Sorry but after a long follow up this month i have decided not to pay bill until unless they will not provide me original bill from mention month.

            please resolve or let me know the status so i can take further action.

            Airtel — related to msg delivery

            from dated 5/07/2008, time 12:00 a.m., no massage can send through my cell phone.when i contact a customer care a gentleman says"there may be a problem in my msg centre number".he gave a no.[protected] and says this is my msg centre no.but after set this number no msg can send.and whan i call on this number a well lady received my call and say this is not a customer care number, this is my personal number.it is a wrong no. which customer care gave me.i still dissapointed and think to leave airtel service.after 20to30 trial my call received by customer care. they have a bad attitude for me i don't know why. pls send me my msg centre number on my cell([protected]).waiting for ur reply

            Airtel — Bill Delivery and Customer Care

            My mobile number is +[protected].

            I have received an sms from Airtel on January 28, 2009 that my mobile bill has been delivered vide POD number 4315353 and received by Manjeet.

            I have not received the bill however. On calling the courier company, I have been asked to make the complaint to Airtel and request for a duplicate.

            Upon calling the customer care number 121 of Airtel, however, when one tries to request for a duplicate bill by pressing 3 in the duplicate bill request menu which is what one is supposed to dial to receive a duplicate bill by courier, it states that that is not a valid menu option.

            On the other hand, I cannot get past the IVR menu and speak with a customer care executive. Every time by the time it gets to the part that once presses 9 to speak with a customer care executive, the phone gets automatically disconnected.

            Please help.

              I empathize with Airtel that there was a fire in their office. But how can they explain, SMSes being received 2.5 hrs. after they were sent, charges being levied for in-coming calls or for calls not connected to the other side & most of all broken connectivity. Even today, call connectivity is either deficient or dead.

              How does Airtel intend to compensate its subscribers for lost connectivity, loss of business, having to pay PCOs & the like, the inconvenience & the IRRITATION of carrying an instrument that does not have its lifeline??

                I want to make a complaint against negligible behaviour of Airtel towards my side. As I had taken Broadband Connection on 13th February, 2013 from one of their Sales Executive, Mr. Navneet. That time I told him that I have to shift my office from Gali no. 7 to Gali no. 8 with in 3 months.
                I gave him him a cheque of HDFC Bank of Rs.6495/- for Airtel connection.
                Then accordingly I shifted my office on 15th April, I called their executive, but no one came to me, and even I have not received any Refund.
                I didn't got any attention from them. Its my humble request to you, either provide us connection in my new office in Gali no.8, or Cancel my connection and refund the registration/ Security Deposit.

                Hi,

                I have purchased airtel sim from one of the airtel retail shops. Sim got activated and went fine.

                But some persons send message to my no and asked some person names , i told that just before one week i got this sim.

                I dont know about your friend so here after dont send any msgs like that i informed to them. Mean while i got some msgs from Bank reg account balance like that.

                After three months my sim got blocked and i call to customer care and asked the reason why it blocked , they enquired my address and personal proof details after verification my sim working fine asusal.

                Again after three months , my sim goes to inactive mode , i called to customer care and enquired about it. they mentioned that address are not matching so we blocked your no.

                If someone used this sim already means , why they sold the same sim to me.

                Is it my problem..

                Before three months i informed all my details to customer care and they cleared my problems. If my address not matched why they solved my problem before three month.

                  Here i have dispute with airtel landine services from October 2009 to till date before october i had plan permonth Rs 750 for unlimited internet. then on october 22, 2009 i had change plan to Rs250 normal plan.

                    After feasibility check, I have given the filled form to airtel sale executives(with address proof & photo) and wiring also done on next day. After four days, airtel guy came to my home and tried to enable the connection and he told some problem is there and told he will be back in 30 mins.

                    From then, i didn't get any communication from airtel and if i call to airtel customer care they told my application got rejected. I am not getting proper reason from airtel if i try to reach airtel sales executives they are not responding at all.

                    I had applied for a Wireless Land Line in Airtel Kolkata Circle at least 15 days ago. Through their dealer M/s Fortune. I had Paid Rs. 1124/= thru Cheque. But till date I havenot get the connection. I had called several times to Airtel office, but I haven't get any solution from them.

                    Please if any Airtel official reads this message or new customers who want t use Airtel beware of these sales agents.

                    I took the broadband connection for my personal use at home and located at Poonoor. Several times I complained to the officials about the bad performance of Internet connection and they tried to convince me their helpless by saying long distance from Exchange area. But my neighbor took broadband connection nearly one month before and he is enjoying the speed and uninterrupted connectivity. Ussually i am not getting the connection. if i got the connection, it will be disconnected with in 5 minutes. i am paying Rs. 250+ Monthly rent for modem for this kind of connection.

                    So i humbly request you to change my telephone line and provide type II Modem for uninterrupted connectivity.

                    Airtel Broadband — Getting Airtel Broadband Connections

                    This is Ravi working as an Engineer. On 29.12.2009 I got a call from Airtel representative (Suresh) who asked for the new Airtel broadband connection. I refused initially then after continuous requests over phone i just thought of going for new connection. I asked all the details about the time taken and cost and other offers. A guy name (Francis) came and collected Rs.4000 and other documents from me and promised me that the new connections will be activated by 01-jan-10 but i did not happen. I tried calling the guys who came. No one really picked up my calls till 04 -Jan-10. It was really disguisting and ultimately i got the office landline number who initially called me and asked and it was from airtel office somewhere from west mambalam and asked him. He gave me another number and told me that you call another number (Mr.Madan) who is a co-ordinator(as he says). He said he will look into it and i got a message that main pillar got damaged and work is under progress and so the inconvenience. But they told me that it will be resolved by 09-Dec and asked two days time. but never responded on the day and to my call as well. so i called in the evening tfrom Landline number and they attended my call. They again had the same reason to say and asked for 2 more days. else why they promise initially within 3 days ? . why they didn't response to me in proper manner everytime i only called them...

                    still it is continuing and i am really dissatisfied with the service in this case .

                    Airtel Broadband — EAGER TO SELL CONNECTION BUT SERVICE IS POOR AFTER SELL

                    We live in greater noida and running a small home office. we decide to take an internet connection with airtel. so we called from one advertise and advertise person was come from noida from some goodluck associates sector 18 Noida.

                    at the time of selling a connection he was agreed with our all conditions like connection will be active within 4 days and person( Amit Sharma ) will contact you.

                    we give him a cheque and BOOM... after this problems are arising like a bomb. after three days a phone call came from AIRTEL associate that you will use this connection at multiple P.C as you have are running a home office so you need to change your plan to commercial. where as i never mentioned to airtel that we will run this connection to either multiple PC or has a team at my home office.

                    I will do lots of call to them and finally we both are proposed that i can give you a written mail of that i will not use this connection to multiple PC( where as AIRTEL never limit the PC number for any of plan.) but after few hrs mr shrma called me and said "no issue sir you do not need to send any mail". on this i asked so when wiring can be done so he replied as soon sir as everything is clear.

                    today is the 5 day and i didn't heard from them and whenever i call them they simply replied... SIR THE PERSON WILL CALL YOU BEFORE ARRIVED TO YOUR PLACE..

                    After that i call to AIRTEL broadband customer care.. and three time they request to hold my phone and after that never comeback to me.

                    I am still waiting for the person or call from airtel broadband. so help me..
                    Is they really an airtel associate? or is this really an airtel service.

                    I paid rupees 500 as installation charges to your executive Mr. T L Reddy(Mobile Number[protected] and he told me that I will get connection in 3 working days.

                    Every time they asked me to contact Mr. Sharad,Manager (Mobile no.--[protected]).He never responded to my complaints.

                    Now today after 16 days after paying 500 rupees as a installation charges,still I am waiting to get Broadband connection.

                    i have applied for your broadband connection on 9th of feb. I got conformation message on 14th of feb that your application is processed.At time of taking connection your employee has assured me that you will get connection insatalled within 3-4 days but so for no one has came to installed the connection. I have tried to contact them for this issue initially they were rambling but after that they even did'nt pick up my calls.Then i approached to their manager for the issue he assured me that you will get the connection by end of tommrrow but i guess he was also rambling. After two days he also did'nt picking up my calls.
                    So i want you to to take proper action against these guys for wasting my important time and misguide me .Atlast Either refund my connection money or fix it as soon as possible

                    Hi I am using internet/broadband of airtel from last 2 year.

                    We always face regular connection/internet/ issue which gets frequently disconnected ..

                    we have given complaint several times to customer care and their technical department

                    Each time, they repeat the same statement, i understand your problem sir, it will get solved within 24 hours and each time, either complaint is getting resolved or some guy visits us and does something and say that in future it will not happen

                    within two or three days, the same nature of problem persist.

                    our last complaint number when i am trying to contact through their VRS, they are saying invalid

                    I am same like you who pays bills on time except last time, when their payment gateway was down ...they will call hundred times when you don't pay the bill or delay the payment, but they will never get back to you if you complaint or raise your concern ... i hope there should be good laws to handle all these kind of monopoly ..the real problem is that the system itself is having more terrible laws than them and trust me more harassing..so ideally we cannot do anything except waiting for them to take any action ...

It went fine till day before yesterday, i got a person to my door step for conformation got call, got sms to both the numbers for the address verification & every thing was fine. Suddenly Wednesday morning my [protected](plan 125). sim was blocked. i called customer care found that they have blocked it because they found that some one else is using it, and hance forth it can be used only as prepaid. But i am using it for my personal use. So called the person from whome i got connection & found that if i send a mail to this address this will be sorted out. So kindly do the necessary action to get the number cleared.

                      You can see my usage till date & find that i am unable to manage without that number activated for my personal use.

                      Call me at any time. If in case if i am not picking just drop me a message in mobile so that i can get back to you. I will not be on line always so will also check mail at 10pm to check for your reply. Kindly help me in getting this sorted out as soon as possible.

                      the scmeme is not activated neither any talk time given. recently i visited the airtel gallary spoke to
                      customer care executive noted my complaint and till date no response from airtel
                      when I call on customer service number 121, there is no option to talk to the customer care executive.
                      I have been with Airtel only for the reason that I don't want to change my cell number.
                      But now I'm fed up of Airtel and if I don't get a solution, I'll soon switch to some other service provider.

                      Airtel — Message not free

                      I have recharged with Rs 52 according to which i should get 500 national and local message free for 30 days.But on the contrary,my message have been charged from day of recharge.In 28 days,i have called customer care about 12 times regarding this problem, but most of the time they disconnect my number or tell to to wait for fix number on days.Even their supervisor told me that my balance will be refunded in 48 hrs and service will be provided but no such refund has yet been made to my number.

                      according to the company's new scheme airtel was providing free mobile internet for 6 months on purchasing nokia mobiles.on 15th jan i purchased a nokia N8 mobile on which till now the free mobile internet has not been provided to me.

                        On 26/6/13 at 2217 hrs a sum of Rs 50/- was deducted on account o[censored]pgradation to airtel money Axis bank super account(Txn ID :[protected] as per SMS received from AD-AIRMNY.Besides,I have not been able to use my mobile for almost 2 months as I am interrupted with messages "Allow sim card to send message" and it takes minimum three attempts to cancel the message. Secondly, I do not want any extra services activated on my account. Lastly, my DND service should be activated forthwith.

                        Airtel Prepaid Mobile Connection — Disconnection of Mobile Services

                        I purchased an Airtel prepaid sim about 20 days back.
                        I submitted the photocopy of my driving licence as Identity proof and the photocopy of address proof issued by my employer (Bajaj Auto Ltd, Pune) bearing company seal.
                        On 24th July I received an sms from Airtel that my docuements have been rejected.
                        And subsequently the mobile services were disrupted on 25th July.
                        I contacted the shop from where I purchased the sim card.
                        He said that I need not submit the documents again as he has not received the documents back from the salesman (one who collects documents from various retail counters). I kept visiting the shop for 3 days but no concrete action was taken. I got the phone number of the main collection center at Pimpri from the shopkeeper.
                        A lady there informed me that my documents were rejected but she had no idea why.
                        She gave me the contact number of the salesman who had collected my documents from the shop.
                        I called him up and he told me that the address on my licence was not clear. (Though I had submitted it as an identity proof). He asked me to resubmit the documents with the shopkeeper and assured of resuming my mobile services in a few hours. This time I submitted a copy of my PAN card as identity proof and a copy of company address proof.
                        But nothing happened. On contacting him again and again he started using foul language and told me to talk to the shopkeeper instead.
                        Loosing all hopes I went to the collection center at Pimpri on 30th July and again submitted a copy of PAN card and the original address proof issued by my employer.
                        They assured me that my mobile services shall resume very soon. Today it is 1st August and still no action has been taken.
                        I have been totally harassed by these people, whether it be the shopkeeper, salesman or the people at collection center.
                        Despite of numerous calls (from phones of various people) and visits nothing has been done to solve my problem. I have done all this amidst my busy office schedule.
                        I have been completely out of touch of my friends and family.
                        Despite of numerous promises from these people, I am still struggling to get my mobile services resumed. I am totally frustrated. What should I do?

                        Bharti Airtel — Prepaid Mobile connection

                        I had purchased 25 prepaid connections from Bharti Airtel for my staff on 15/12/2007 from IT World MAK Tower 52 S.P.Marg Allahabad vide bill no.10931 dated 15/12/2008 . At the time of taking the connections I was advised by the person coming from the local office of Bharti Airtel at Allahabad that the connections should be converted to lifetime incoming free connections on extra payment.I agreed to that and the required exercise was done before handing over the cards to me and also the value of Rs.20 was also loaded in the prepaid cards.
                        Some cards were utilized and others were kept safely till now . Now when the staff has joined and I have handed over the connections to them I am told that the remaining numbers will neither function nor can be corrected and fresh connections have to be taken .
                        I am running a logistics company and the numbers had been taken in serial for ease of functioning and the numbers have already been communicated to the principals : TVS Motor Co. Ltd and India Yamaha Motor Pvt Ltd

                        This too much because this is happend two times in a single month, deduct money from prepaid mobile account without intimate me like:-
                        1. First time(14/06/09 at nigh), while i was talking with cust. care excu.(121) he hold me more then 30 min and provide wrong information which was i ask after then i disconnect the phone then i got lots of messages fron airtel related to services activation after then i chek balance and i socked it was just 4 Rs out of 294 Rs.then log a complaint and after so many followups from nodal officer after one day i got money (Rs.280) back and he committed me this will not happen again.

                        2. second time(18/06/09 at night), again deduct money from my mobile account without any message or intimation, suddunly i check my balance and again i socked it just Rs.14 out of Rs.266. Again i logged a complaint but no response till mow.

                        I had recharge my airtel number with a message voucher of 15 days of worth rs11 on 3 march 2010 . On 5 march the voucher did not work on my number and all money on my no. was deducted. When i call to the customer care and asked them that I want my money back then they told me that there was a technical problem on my number but they did not give my deducted money back and instead of giving me my money they told me that they giving us facility on cheaper rate and they will not gave my money back.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I am airtel mobile user with prepaid SIM mobile no.-[protected]. For past few months I am noticing that AIRTEL is wrongly deducting money from my account on false subscription of services. This time on I got a message from AD-54321 QUOTE "Thanks for downloading DartsDolls from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 50. Join Gamesclub at http:/gclub.in".

                        This amount of Rs. 50 has been deducted from my account DESPITE THAT I HAVE NEVER EVER SINCE THE DAY I GOT THE SIM , I SUBSCRIBED ANY SUCH TYPE OF SERVICE.

                        I very often hear such type of complaints from other persons also and I am confident that this is a DELIBERATE AND MALICIOUS PRACTICE adopted by the management of the company to increase its INCOME by CHEATING the customers and practing unfair trade practices under MRTP.

                        I request AIRTEL to immediately refund to my account Rs. 50/-
                        else I shall proceed legal action against the Board of Directors of the Company who are solely responsible with the affairs of the company.

                        I also request to STOP all types of promotional advertisements on this mobile number.

                        Its been 2 to 3 months since repeatedly again and again money is being deducted from mobile no. [protected](prepaid).Type of deduction is 1 re per day at atime .once 15 rupees were deducted for some prachidesaievent.On calling airtel customer care, they you have activated some xyz service and thats why balance is being deducted.Actulally we never activated any service still this kind of blunders happens, They also committed to return the money to the account but that also never happened . please take necessary action.

Now I am even unable to contact any customer care executive for which I feel mental punishment from Airtel. So, I request for a help to solve my problem.                         I am Jayesh, My Mobile number is[protected] and is of Airtel Mumbai Circle.
                        Airtel is deducting Rs.5 (FIVE RUPEES) daily from my Account.

I made a number of complaints and was told that since GPRS is on I m being charged. To which I stated that please disable my GPRS. I was told that this service once discontinued will be for ever. Accordingly I was categorically told that GPRS services have been discontinued and no charges will be levied. But I m really helpless as the charges are still being levied. I think to keep their operating cost low, the company is hiring some half-baked stuff who come for pocket money as has been the trend in the State of Gujarat. I m sure the same must be true for other states. There is absolutely no seriousness on the part of these fellows and the consumer suffers as u hardly find any redressal for your complaints. Most surprising with a customer base of 120 million, how can a cash rich company like Airtel afford to be so callous.

                          2g data services are activated on my mobile. the balance of 2g data is still showing about 143. but on using internet the balance is deducted from my main balance. my main account came to nil but 2g data balance is still showing 143.

                          I even tried to call customer care, but i just hear "please hold the line, this call is being connected to customer care executive" and suddenly the call is cut.

                          This problem I have faced twice in fast 30 days now. Please help, its too irritating.

                          AirTel — Deduction of balance for no reason

                          My mobile number is [protected] and on friday 27/02/2009 at 1:30 pm my balance got deducted by 185 rs I logged a complaint on the same day (complaint no: [protected]) I also got the call from Airtel side telling that it was their fault and balance will be credited in 24 hours but i havent got the balance yet and when I call them back they say that concern dept. has not solved the problem and you have to register another complaint to get balance back. But frankly speaking from last 4 Years Airtel is doing the same with its customers ie. deducting the balance without any reason and not refunding it.


                          So i request That an action should be taken in this matter.
                          This is the 2nd instance when a service not required by me has been forcefully been allotted to me. On the 13th Sep 09 a sms was sent to my cell no [protected] that a particular caller tune has been alloted to my no and Rs 30 have been deducted from the account. After speaking to the executive this was refunded.
                          In July 09 a similar thing had happened after speaking to your executive the amount was refunded.
                          Why is this happening again and again.

                          a hello tune was installed without asking me and money of about Rs 45/- was deducted.
                          I am damn sure that this done to draw money from hands of those consumers who have enrolled to 1paise /sec call scheme.

                          I want the company to refund it to me as this is an act of stealing someones money.

                          AirTel — Balance deducted for no reason

                          I use airtel web on my mobile with RC of 98 which gives 2 gB of browsing+upload+download free for 1 month.Yesterday when i was browsing ownskin.com on my phone,by mistake on 'i-don't-know-what' and instantly i get a message saying 99Rs have been deducted for using some "hooters".I lodged a complain immediately with reference number [protected] and the supervisor assured me that i will get my balance back by 28th of january afternoon.

                          On 27th of january, i get a call from customer care saying i have downloaded something ( which i never did ) and hence i was charged. Assuming Hypothetically that i downloaded something , where is the need to deduct 99 Rs? M i not paying for internet already? When i try to call them back , they put my call on hold and the call disconnects.

                          When i try to reach them again , everytime they say that they are not the concerned department and they keep giving new numbers 12138 , 12118, 12118* , and finally when i press '9' to talk to executive , i get a recorded response , asking me to sms some to some number.

                          How now am i supposed to contact them? I am writing this after trying innumerable times.

                          I demand justice , and want my amount back.
                          I have also this problem.Recently I have taken Rs.98/- RC for Internet after that use one site and checked the balance than find my Rs.6/- have been deducted for this uses.Now What i have to do, use the Internet or not, I am confused that for what I have paid Rs.98/- ?

                          Although it is not first time when i am facing this problem. I was charged rs 250 with out any reason on 28 NOV 2010 at around 1700 hrs
                          I received three messages stating that i have downloaded few games and movies(we are a family) and my total 250 ruppees has been deducted.
                          I want to tell you that i have not downloaded any games or movies. Why my balance is deducted. I am using simple Nokia express music in which i can not watch movies.
                          Why i will going to download movies. These kind of activities are ridiculous and a cheap way of making money.
                          Please refund my money back else i am going to switch my connection to other telecom service through mobile number portability.

                          My airtel no. is [protected]. The airtel service people suddenly started
                          deduction from my Airtel account without any reason. I have never down-
                          loaded and 'Friend Pack' nor any music. Everything is self-generated.

                          At present my balance shows as (-) minus Rs. 27.56. Why this minus

                          hello there... i had sort of similar problem within 24 hrs. i get money with a lot of work. n i get paid about 100 rupees per week believe it or not. i rarely recharge my Airtel number. today January 22nd 2011. yesterday which was 21st of January i got some money to recharge and i recharged my number for 100 rupees. i activated GPRS in the night for 19 rupees (200 MB of free usage) and it got activated by 00:59 hrs n the price was deducted. so far so good. now when i wake up in the morning i got a pop up message saying i have 12 rupees balance? what the heck? i had 76 rupees and 56 ps. after activation they deducted 19 rupees as usual n i had 57 rs and 56 ps left. i wake up in the morning (i'm very very sure that i LOCKED MY KEYPAD AS USUAL so that i don't press any button and it speed dials it) and i see i have only 12 rupees and 56 ps? they deducted 45 rupees for what? i tried calling the customer care in the morning and it says there's some sort of problem please call back tomorrow...? please i need some answer here. my number is [protected] if that helps. i just can not afford to give up that money. please do take some action regarding this. it has happened to me before many times but it used to go like 10 rupees to the max but this time it has gone too far. my recharge transaction ID is[protected] if this helps too.

                          Please note that any amount sometimes 25,50 and 15 have been deducted from my balance in the name of downloads or subscription of services like Airtel tv or airtel live with out my consent. And they say link has been clicked by me by mistake.

                          Even my number has been put on barring. I cannot have a talk to the customer care representatives, and when I let them know about the deductions from another number, they say these deductions are automated by our system.

                          Airtel — Balance Deducted without any reason twice

                          This is regarding my mobile number [protected] (Provider - Airtel).

                          I use GPRS service provided by Airtel since 6 months. Rs98 gets deducted every month in every cycle.
                          Today morning Dec 8th 2011 cycle was renewed at 9:15 AM and i got confirmation for the same.
                          At around 4:30 PM i got the message that my whole balance Rs.167 is deducted, so I called up customer care for the clarification. Called them twice times and made them understand my problem, they replied me that the balance was deducted due to the surfing. I made them understand I have free GPRS service renewed the same morning then why does the balance got deducted from main balance. They replied the cycle has got renewed at 4:00 PM.

                          If the cycle was renewed at 4:00 PM then why did i got message in the morning 9:15 AM about the renewable. They dont have answer for this and keep on saying that i didnt had balance between 9:15 AM to 4:00 PM.
                          This is the second time i am facing the same issue. On 10th Aug 2011 i faced the same prob. Me and my friends have suffered alot due to Airtel's bad services and then poor customer care services. I don't know what they pay their customer care executives for?

                            Hi my name is seepika ... i called up these airtel people for a broadband connection on 14th sept2009 ... they came to my place took the money, gave me a receipt and told that they wil come next day for the installations.. but i got no response from there side for almost a week.. when i called them on their mobile they never picked up my phone.. then when i callled on their landline no i was told i cannot get a connection un my area.. and then these told me i will get my money back through a check in 10 days.. today is 23rd oct.. almost more then a month has passed and these guys are still dragging .. and the worst part is they are not picking my phone even..

                            I had applied for the airtel broad band services in the month of march but i didnt get any connection there so i told them to cancell and refund my money .So according to there guidance i fullfill all there details on there customer care (no tll free number) then after 1 month i got my cheque back but they have have wrongly written my name so i am unable to get it from bank.So i again contact to thee customer care no they told me to send ur aal the detail and bank cheque and application for changing the name and mention with right name and with a bank details.                               AIRTEL SUCKS...
                              I have registered my mobile no [protected] for National do not call through airtel on[protected].Its almost a year and airtel have not stopped harrasing me. I have called them atleast 1000 times saying that please stop the promo calls and sms. But they behave like dumb guys. They say me to register on DND, and when i say that i am already on DNC they say will look into this and stop the service within 48 hours. but they have not done so in past one year.
                              AIRTEL SUCKS.

                                Hello all,

                                This is regarding Airtel money.

                                Airtel is trying to promote their service 'Airtel money' by misguiding the customers.

                                If we look at their website, they say we would get more value for certain amount. For example if we recharge with Rs 100/-, we would get Rs 110/- value of talk time. Under the promotions they have link (text) saying 'Terms & Conditions'. They actually does not display the terms over there. We need to click to see the terms & conditions. And this section is saying above mentioned are valid only till 31st of May. When it was expired a month back what is the point of keeping the offers in the website. Today is 5th of July and they are still displaying the same saying exciting offers. If they are promoting then why they don't display the terms & conditions along with the text as well. Why the user need to click the link to know the terms? It is just to misguide the customers to use their service 'airtel money'.

                                I have purchase a Airtel SIM, in DEC. At that time Dealer told me that this SIM will have 30 Paisa Local and 50 Paisa STD throughout.You don't have to recharge it seperately.
                                After 4 months that is now again my rates have been increase and it is now it is 1Rupee Local and 1.50 STD. When i am talking to the executive. they are tell that was a promotion offer which is no longer there.

                                My concern is if it a promotional offer why they have not written the same on the SIM docs.
                                Why they unnecessarily fool customers at the time of purchase by tell its life time.. it lifetime.. and after certain period they said you don't have validity for this offer.. you need to recharge with so and so offer and so and so money..

                                They just cheat people by these fake things.

                                Hi I'm Sainath Chowhan Airtel postpaid Customer ([protected]) since 2006 and I expect the special privilege should be given to the customers.
                                1.Yesterday (26.09.2010) I have called to 121 regarding billing address correction after a long time I called to customer care & I came to know that subscriber will be charged 50ps for every 3 minutes for interacting with the customer care executive.
                                2.I asked her why should I pay for it,the service provider has to bear the expenses & it is getting debited to the subscribers of Airtel.
                                3.she said sir you ca give a complaint by dialing 198.
                                4.I have dialed 198 & the CCA said i will not take it as a feedback not complaint,I asked then whom should I give the complaint,He said sir u can mail it to [protected]@airtelindia.com.
                                5.today morning I got a call from Airtel saying that your request for change of address is done and it will be corrected from your next bill & I asked her (CCA) I had a talk yesterday regarding the complaint to whom should I speak to then she said sir u can dial 198 for any kind of complaints.
                                So the CCA is misguiding the customer.

                                Last but not the least Why the Subscriber should pay Rs.50ps for every 3minutes of interaction with the CCA. It is not fair.

                                  I use Airtel 3G on my modem.I recharged it previously on 21st june with Rs 945 which gives 6GB 3G Data and after consumption of 3G data,unlimited 2G surfing.I somehow finished the 3G data by 1st july and used internet at 2g speeds for about 2-3 days.But when I got it recharged with Rs 1505 yesterday which gives 10 gb 3G data, I am still getting 2G speed which I got previously when the Rs 1505 recharge was not done which is quite distressing .

                                    Hi.

                                    My landline and broadband, both crashed during the recent showers in bangalore. I called up the Airtel customer care on 23 April 2011 and informed them about the status of my landline and broadband.

                                    I was informed that they would get back to me by 25 April 2011.

                                    No action was taken.

                                    i visted the airtel outlet in Fraser Town. They informed me that the status of my complaint in their system is showing as "resolved and informed customer about it". However, my landine and internet, both were still dead and i did not receive call from anyone stating my connection was fixed.

                                    I had to place another complaint at the showroom on 30 April 2011. They informed me that it would be fixed at any cost by 2 May 2011.

                                    Its 4 May 2011 today and the status of my landline and broadband remains the same. Its not yet fixed.
                                    I am tired of calling and speaking to the customer support. They are hardly of any help.

                                    Its really sad that inspite of being one of the top telecom service providers, the customer service is so lousy.

                                    I hope some one, Senior Management, from Airtel reads this!

                                      I have Airtel Post paid Mobile Connection, My No. is [protected].
                                      I paid its all bills in time, from Last year , I observed that I am getting
                                      exponential High bills while I am not doing that much calls and nobody except
                                      me using this No. then I checked with Airtel Relationship centre, they said
                                      that you activated some services for which you are getting charged.
                                      I said that I have not activated/subscribed or requested for any other calls or
                                      services, if there is any pls. stop it immediately, because I only use mobile
                                      for Incoming and outgoing calls, nothing else. In March its amount was Rs. 1599/-

                                      Since March I have been calling and contacting Customer Care for resolving the
                                      issue and asking for activating my phone but nobody paid any heed to my
                                      suffering, only assured me that some senior officer would call me.
                                      But in june They asked Rs. 2700/- If I want to retain this Number.

                                      On 22 June I got a call from Mr. Deepak, Legal Deptt.( [protected]) regarding the payment.He
                                      Asked me to pay Rs. 2700 if I want to activate & Retain My Phone No.

                                      I told him all my grievance and said that I am ready to do full payment but
                                      first correct my bills and why company is charging rental for the month of
                                      April and May while my In-coming & Out-going calls have been blocked since
                                      March and now My phone No. also put in suspended status
                                      .
                                      He checked with his seniors and said Ok Company is waving -off Rs. 700/- You
                                      just pay Rs. 2000/- and your phone would be activated withing 3-4 days. With in
                                      Half-an-hour I reached the relationship centre I called him again and asked
                                      him to talk to relationship officer (Ms. Suneeta Singh) regarding wave-off my bill and activating
                                      my No. I paid Rs. 2000/- and gave him payments details like Receipt No., and
                                      amount.

                                      But still my phone is in Permanent Disconnected Status.

                                      More than one month has been over but till date (24/07/13)my issue has not been resolved by Airtel . I called everybody from Legal Deptt (mr. Deepak/sameer/rahul) to Airtel.[protected]@in.airtel.com (M/s Nandita/Puneet), but nobody has resolved my issue.

                                      I am still waiting for their response...

                                        We have placed airtel mobile number 9959091** ownership transfer from my husband name to my name on 21st of june. the number got deactivated on 26th June. they have said request got rejected due to address not found. I am really concerned why they were not able to locate the address. I have my airtel broadband & landline at the same address . I really suspect they have not done the address verification , because my address is not a tuff one to locate. My concerns are below.

                                        1. I already have another airtel mobile & landline, broadband at home with the same address, that means they should not have any issue in finding it.
                                        2, If we call the airtel customer care, they are not at all showing interest in solving or understanding the problem.
                                        3 We are reaching out malakpet, Hyderabad Airtel branch for re-verifcation of address request multiple times but same is repeating.

                                        AirTel — Real bad customer support

                                        I have cancelled my mobile for which the number is [protected] on October 27, 2007, but still I am getting bills. Last month I got call from your customer care and informed them the same. However, this month also I have got the bill, I don't understand why customer care is not acting on this, I regret to say that the customer care in Airtel is really bad. I am Airtel costumer since 2002 and this is something I am really not happy with.

                                        I paid the total amount on October 27, 2007 and requested for cancellation of the post paid number [protected] of Rs 1213.71. Please do the needful in cancelling the number [protected] and don't send any more bills.

                                        AirTel — Bad Service of AIRTEL

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        For the last 2 hours, I am unable to call anyone because there is no service from your side.
                                        Assuming some fault in my mobile I tried to call from other Airtel mobiles but even services in them are dead.
                                        Note that we are receiving calls from others but we are unable to send a call or even unable to call your customer care executive.
                                        Pls. also note that for the past week or more, when ever we receive a call tha caller can hear our voice but the receiver can't. When the caller calls again then both the caller & receiver can talk smoothly.
                                        Pls. do something to sort out this problem immediately.

                                        i was trying to disconnect my two airtel postpaid connections since last five months at udupi, Karnataka, airtel branch, gave more than three request letters every time they miss placed it and finally they did it last two months back. Now they are not refunding my full deposit around Rs. 3000, even Udupi airtel area manager is not responding properly...

                                        i beg to say, airtel is provding too bad consumer service. Every day it deduct my balance and giving warning for turning of my no. .                                         Subject : Severe mental harassment on a request for transfer of address.

                                        Phone number:[protected] Not working from the last 15 days. Initial request was logged on 23rd May for transfer pn 1st June. This was cancelled due to delay in shifting the house. Despite cancelling the request and postponing it the connection was cancelled. The Customer care department had no idea why the connection was cut. They initially said that there may be some problem with the system.

                                        We have been following up with the customer care department for the address transfer and in every interaction they tell us that we will log a new complaint.

                                        3 days ago Mr. Praveen Dadgouri a Senior manager spoke to me. Apologised for the inconvinience and promised the the work will be done within 48 hours. Its been more than a day than his promise expired and nobody has even bothered to contact us. I spoke the the customer care guys today (26th June 2009) as well but there is no response.

                                        I dont think we are liable to pay this month's bill because the connection was active only for a couple of days. We faced a lot of loss in business because the work is primarily online and deals with international clients.

                                        This is my final attempt to communicate after which I will log a complaint in the Consumer Court.

                                        I really fedup. They are giving me any option to connection to customer care people. They are dropping the call with the message SMS to AIRTEL for complaint and further queries.

                                        hi my self hitesh kundu... iam an airtel user for last 5 years.. i want to inform you that.. airtel has no network coverage in pgims rohtak... all of my frnds have changed there connection... and i have also started thinking that way.... but for some reason i cant change my number... either improve your services.. or tell me some way that i can switch on to some other service provider....with out changing my number...

                                        Airtel Mobile — Discontinuation of service due to address verification issue

                                        I have a new Airtel post-paid mobile connection since 15 days. In the last 15 days Airtel has not been able to schedule an address verification visit and hence have disconnected my phone service while I am travelling outside my home base Bangalore.
                                        Airtel does not have an all India toll free number that can connect me to the Bangalore help desk and I had to spend 4 hours on 25-Sep-09 from 9 am to 1pm to finally get to speak to a line manager as the Airtel 'systems' were down.
                                        Now the line manager has asked me to send an email to [protected]@airtelindia.com to help solve this problem.

                                        This is the most insensitive way of dealing with customers and disconnecting outgoing facility so abruptly is the last straw. This despite the fact that I also have Airtel broadband facility at the same billing address in the same name as my mobile connection. I fail to understand why Airtel could not use the "address verification" done by the broadband team while installing the modem at my address!!!

                                        This is by far the worst service I have received from any cellphone provider worldwide.

                                        Airtel Postpaid Connection — Horrible Service

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I, Chetna Karnani, of FD - 231, Saltlake City, Kolkata - 700106, had taken an Airtel Connection in mid February. My number is [protected]. I had taken this connection as I needed a Data Card as I was travelling to Rishikesh.
                                        The connection provided to me was so slow that I could not even check my emails. The speed of the connection, shockingly, never crossed even 5 KB/s.
                                        Not only did this Data Card serve any purpose, infact it made me lose 2 contracts as I could not reply to the mails on time.
                                        The data card was sold to me by some sales person called Bappa Chatterjee, his number is [protected]. I got back from Rishikesh today morning and when I called him and requested him to get my line dis-connected, he was absolutely rude, and said, "selling connection is in my hand, not disconnection". Should that mean that there goal is just to sell connections, and then what happens to the customers is none of their concern.
                                        When I called Airtel Customer Care, I was told that it will take TEN WORKING days for the connection to be dis-connected (Complaint Number[protected]
                                        Its sad to see such a poor and horrible service from Airtel.

                                        AirTel — rejected for connection

                                        i got a call from an airtel executive for broadband connection and i called him home for the documents and money. he took me 1100/- and told me that the connection will be connected by day after tomorrow on
                                        ( 09/04/10). he did not come that day, and when called him he did not received my call and then i called from my other no. he received it and when i scolded him, he said tomorrow on 10/0/10 definite the connection will be connected. he did not came again and i had to call him, this time he rejected for the connection to be made and says the money will be refunded after 30 days. what you will say, its foolishness or the way to borrow money. they dont even know that where they have connections.

                                        Airtel — Worst Service for last 9 months

                                        I live in a joint family and we have near about 13 mobile phones at home out of which 8 are Airtel numbers ([protected], [protected], [protected]... list continues). I am facing No Signals Problem at my home from last 9 months and am regularly complaining Airtel thru Emails, Customer Support, Telephone Calls to Nodal Officer and I have proofs for all my complaints. We pay near about 6-8 thousand of Bill every month for this ridiculous service. The billing people follow-up on complaints regularly and we pay the amount with the fear of our connection getting barred. We are into business and have to take calls from customers for which we are carrying 2 mobile phones (the other one is Non-Airtel). Every other mobile service works perfectly except Airtel. I got fed-up with the response from Airtel.

                                        Now, I feel consumer court of law is the only way to get justice. Please let me know the process to lodge compaint against Airtel.

                                        Airtel Nodal Officers are of no use, they just give false commitments and nothing will be taken care.

                                        AirTel — Connection/Transfer of connection

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,
                                        I have been requesting the concern authority of M/s Airtel for the transfer of landline cum internet to the new address,and the required documents /fee were already submitted.

                                        After several follow up and telephonic talks / personal interactions with the authorized marketing and technical heads of the Airtel- Bhopal,for infinite times, no initiative/action was taken for the work.

                                        Always assured that "it will be completed soon and not to worry". Already it is two to three months to complete after request.They are not clear to give or not.
                                        Now a days they are not lifting my phone call also.It is a seriuos matter ,as im forgoing the facility and lot of inconvenience due to unavailable services.

                                        Can you please look into the matter and clear.

                                        my name is dalapathi. The coustemercare srvice is only use full of talking not for working in airtel mobile service. When we are demanded for our services they can tell i will check your prodlems and solved in one day or two days. We want any information after that call they are not recieving my call and cut my call. This isnot only my problem. All coustemers. All my friends are airtel users. They have same this problem.                                         Hi,

                                        I have applied a new airtel connection on 16th Sep 2011 and their executives came to my house and collected all documents and Rs.999/- money. we are located in main saidapet, chennai area. I have asked their executives whether this location is feasible to give connection ,they said this area is feasible because already we have some connections like wise.

                                        After getting the money from 16th Sep; no one responded, I feared abt my advance and asked customer care which found my application even no loaded after 3-4 days then I asked for it they took request [req no;21165218]; after that they said u will get connection max by 7 days.

                                        After 7 days I asked again they took complaint [comp no: 4743314] on 27th Sep will be resolved the same day and I waited again I have not even got any confirmation call about the process/money/status of connection. I tried the next day, the executive feared to give new complaint no and finally said 'we will give strong comment to urgent this service' so-far not even a call [courtesy], Very worst service I have heard from your company. .

                                        Every time while calling customer care I found similar response
                                        1) Sorry sir our system/server was down pls. try later
                                        2) Sorry for the delay sir, we will process this complaint asap.

                                        A great company, see how their service. a truly shame !

                                        I strongly recommend don't choose broadband airtel only if they can do in timely agreement.

                                        If we are not paying our payment in time, they are asking penalty then this 999 charge for interest rate for last 15 days calculate it. whose fault this?

                                        Lakshmi — Garbage Collection next to the house

                                        There is a garbage collection next to my house in BHEL layout, RajarajeshwariNagar Bangalore. Its very unhygienic & frustrating. We have been complaining to the nearby BBMP office one hundred times, but no action is been taken by BBMP to remove the Garbage point from there. Though the BHEL layout house owners give away the Garbage to the everyday garbage collector, the Kenchenahalli villagers & the nearby Temples dump all the waste at this point. There are small kids at my home & nearby houses who play in the streets, they might get affected by the various diseases.

                                        This Garbage point is created by the people themselves, and Its very frustrating that BBMP is not taking any action for removing this hazardous garbage collection.

                                        AirTel — Postpaid Service - Worst

                                        Hi,

                                        I had purchased an airtel postpaid sim card - [protected], however I was told I would be applicable for monthly 99 rs pack, and I had activated rs 98 gprs plan for month. I just used for 10-20 days and I was billed 15,970.57, in which calls was around 210.58 and gprs was for 14235.00 + I was charged 98 rs for gprs monthly, wen I inquired with the billing team I had several responses stating I would get my bill cleared wen the cycle month, however when I got my 1st bill I got rs. 15,970.57.

                                        I was not able to get any certain clarification, hence I asked to get the service to disconnect but they I still got no reponse.

                                        When ever I called airtel I used to keep waiting for some time and got the call hung. Now I got legal notification from airtel.

                                        Could you please let me know how I have to dealt this situation.
