I have recharged my mobile through online. During the payment, I got the success message from the bank and the money is deducted(Amount paid to Airtel: BHARTI TELEVENTURES LTD (BILL DESK)) from my account. But I got the Recharge Unsuccessful message from the Airtel, but still the deducted amount is not refunded to me.
This is happen 3 times....

Telecallers from Airtel called me for Postpaid offers for that Air-tel executive came on 4th may 2013 and issued a postpaid simcard and taken ID proof and 300 Rupees of security deposits relationship form number (TNPA 208115) therefore it have to migrate but still no response ,if I call to 121 mean these people had said " prepaid department no information" than if I call to postpaid customer care they said "you are using prepaid...
