[Resolved] Airtel Dish TV — SIGNAL LOSS | |
My son Vinay Shekar purchased AIR TEL Dish TV pack during month of April 2009. Since last One month we are experiencing problems as NO SIGNAL Error No. B001 is continuosly displayed. After several complaints Ten days back one fellow from AIR TEL CUSTOMER CARE centre came stayed in our house Ten minutes asked several questions. Then his mobile rang and he answered and told me that another customer waiting and went away. He never came back. On alternate day another person came and replaced set top box and said problem has been solved. My air tel dish TV worked for few days then same problem occurred.Before purchasing Air TEL dish TV I had high regard for AIR TEL. Now I can say even a neighbourhood mechanic is far better than air tel engineers. This type of worst service I have ever seen. I can say Air tel service is irresponible, arrogant, inordinate delay and incompetent. we regret having purchased Aior TEL dish TV.. Was this information helpful? | |
