I can't understand what you are saying by terming that"eager to resolve"you know very well that you people have intentionally removed ESPN channel, so that once the cricket match starts customers will try to call customer care and you will intentionally switch off all the lines and after trying for long, people will opt for add on sports pack.By which you will make extra money.This is nothing but looting customers and this is nothing new to you, you have already gained lot of experience by looting in cellular service.You are asking MrIndravadan's contact detail for what.I have made so many calls to your CC for the same problem, I also asked to forward the call to your higher authority's, for which they said the higher authority will call me, but so far i have not recd any call.When again i contacted after making several attempts they forwarded to some one called Ms Prathiba From [protected] (southern cust care) even she could not replay to my query, when i asked to give her higher authority number, she gave another number[protected] of Mr Manoj john i have been trying this number right from morning, either it is engaged or when it rings after few rings they will put me on hold and finally no buddy picks up the phone.I have also mailed the complain in your website complain no-DT[protected] for which i have not recd any replay.
The money i have spend in calling your call center will definitely will be more then Rs100 for which i could have recharged the sports channel.But i don't want to do this because it is better to donate money to beggars then to you.

Removing 3 major sports channels from Eco Sports pack in the middle of the month without any intimation/information is a bad practice in DTH Services. Airtel is also not providing the Dth customers the right to change their packages as per wish, they are giving option only o[censored]pper packages from the existing, eg- i ma having eco sports pack that cost Rs. 275/month so they giving option only for mega pack and above but not giving the option of value sports pack that cost Rs. 200/month. I want to say that if there is no major sports channel is left in the eco sports pack then why i am gonna pay 275/month and when i choose to change package to value sport for Rs.200/month there is no option available for that.

Complaint for Airtel DTH Service
1. Removing 3 major sports channels (ESPN, Star Sports & Star Cricket) from Eco Sports pack in the middle of the month i.e. 15.11.2012 without any intimation/information.
2. No option available to choose Value Sports pack in the process of "change package".

Leave airtel digital tv and go to videocon dth for sports lovers. Take south silver sports pack of 200 rupees in which you get espn, star sports, star cricket, ten sports, ten action, neo sports and neo prime. If you want ten cricket and sony six in addition to these channels go to new south gold sports pack of 237 rupees economical than airtel south economical sports. for more details just visit videocond2h.com
